This app is awesome! We love all the Emily games! Especially if you want to be a vet someday, like us! We also really like it because we are a fast tapper so we can look at different things all at the same time! Im also a big fan of dramatic tv shows and games! So we really like this game and if you get it we hope its fun for you too.
We actually found the story primrose via Nintendo. Lol we were looking for a new game, saw it for switch, did some research about primrose. Found out we could play it here on our tablet. We loved the game so Im back for more!! We cant wait to play your other stories. Whats sad is Ive never seen ads for any of your games. We wish we knew about them sooner. Thanks to Nintendo Switch for introducing us to your games! Ty keep up the great work.
We love this game a lot but we just dont like Sherman hes much of a jerk and bossy and we dont kinda like the look of our face most of the time but its ok for now.
But we could not find a spot to report an error so Ill report it here. One level two when is brings you to upgrade something we cant leave even after buying something. We might be doing something wrong but Im not sure.
We like all the Dr Cares games but cant play the first on on our iPhone XR. So Im hoping you have a plan to fix this. Thanks and keep them coming.
Ive had this game for a while and we really love it, but however, there is a glitch the glitch is when we hit play it says downloading ad so we tried to buy the no ad version but however, when we tap it, it just glitches us out and now we cant play it. We would really love this to get fixed cause we love this game.
Its a rlly good game but we played the first level and was unable to click play on the second level.

We love how its played and the graphics are amazing but we cannot get passed 1-2 because it wont let us exit out of the buy screen.

Once we hit level 2 the whole left side of our screen becomes unclickable. Ive never had that problem before and its not a problem in the other Dr. Cares games. Theres no update so please fix this glitch.
We play this on pc and got excited to see it on mobile but on second level after we buy iv we cant hit place button.
We love these games so much theyre always super fun and we were really excited to play this one but it wont let us play the second level. We have this game and love it so far but after we finished level one we went to play level two but it said wait for an add so we waited for 30 minutes and it still wont work its been doing it for two days now and Im so disappointed that we cant play it.

We would give this game 5 stars but we get to the 2nd level and it gets to the stage where you have to upgrade and after Im done upgrading, it will not let us go any further. Please fix this.
2nd level freezes at upgrade screen. Wont let us hit play. We pay for a subscription to play the games but we cant actually play the game. Kinda frustrating.
Gameplay will not proceed in the upgrade section. You can select what youve upgraded or could upgrade, but the Menu and Play buttons will not work. We noticed that the complaints for this have occurred since 2018. Ive contacted support, and after providing details, sending screenshots, and recording a video, Patryk of Fan Relations to GameHouse Original Stories replied to us: Im sorry youre having problem. This is a known issue but unfortunately, we do not currently have plans to update it, due to the technical complexity behind this issue. We are very sorry for inconvenience caused. We have a lot of games and we hope some other one will catch your eye and provides you with a lot of fun. Really? If GameHouse can make the Play and Menu buttons work in the other games, Im confident theres a way to do this for this game too. Im not sure how it could be that complicated to make it playable. If players cant even get passed level one, whats the point of keeping it available to download.
We keep touching the play button and it wont let us we uninstalled it and reinstalled it and still cant play level two we can purchase upgrades and play the first scene but cant go any further please help.
We got this app on a different device and we loved it even though we didnt have the full version. But once we got it on our iPod we played the first level and then it says please wait while downloading add. So we waited for a whole day and it still said the same thing!!!!! We also got the game and fell in love but then it said we had to buy it and we were like uh uh honey we aint paying ten bucks for this whole game! Even if we could got it fixed that would probably be ok because we liked this game!!!! Please fix this bug.
We are having trouble with some of the buttons not working. This keeps happening with your games.
Play and pause button dont work. Couldnt even play the 2nd level.
We liked the first level but after passing it on the upgrades screen we get stuck. We keep hitting the play button but it doesn't do anything.
We tried to play the game and enjoyed the first level and was excited. When we went to play the second level the buttons for play and the menu buttons did not work at all. We even deleted the app and downloaded again to try but still nothing.

We just bought this game last night on our IPHone, Ive bought a ton of gamehouse games and this one we got through the first level, was able to hit play on the second level, buy the upgrades, but when we went to hit play, nothing happened. We tried to hit settings, nothing happened. We cant even play the game we just paid 10 dollars for. Ive emailed customer care, sent a picture, and still havent gotten a reply. Im so disappointed. Ive bought almost all of them and loved the first level. But now we cant even play any other level. Im upset its not been fixed, and if it cant be fixed Im upset that no one has contacted us about a refund.

This game does not work on the iPhone XR. You cant click on the menu button or play button. You get stuck in the shop because nothing happens no matter how many times you tap play.
We are unable to move past The upgrade screen for level 2. It allows us to upgrade an item but when we try and press play on the bottom left hand side the button doesn't work- along with the entire left green side. We have an iPhone XR. We also pay for the monthly subscription. We don't have any other issues with other games of yours that Im aware of either. Ive uninstalled and re-installed 3 times to see if that could help and it doesn't. Ill change our review if Im ever allowed to actually experience the game.
Seemed to be pretty good setting up for the story. Wont load level 2 so cant really play at all.
We can play level one fine no problem, and it lets us click on level two but once we buy the upgrades it freezes and wont let us click play. So we cant play level 2.
