Community Insight:

The bosses in this game are actually really fun to fight so Id love if there was a mode where we could do that. Just fight them all in an onslaught.

Literally the left and right buttons are so far in that we had to stretch our wrist to constantly tap them especially the right. Make the controls move able. Cool game though some of our subs request this.

Just writing this in case it unlocks something.

This is a really good game :) :) fun.

Ive had this game for several years now, its just mindless fun when you need it. Just sit back and enjoy some hack and slash.

Dayum this is a good game. This is probably the most addicting mobile game Ive played in a long time. We just wanted to point one thing out that is a very small issue but it still exists. If you try to buy a sold out item, the game will crash and youll be put back to before you bought the item and youll get all your gems back, but it still crashes. Great game tho <3.

The Game is good . We were about to rate it a 5 but however, you need to make continues to when you die like the Nintendo version.

Now we know everyone doesn't like this, but our favorite part is how hard it is. We also enjoy the chaotic levels and the orderly boss fights. One thing we would like though would be a boss rush, where you would kill as many bosses as possible (possibly including some bosses only in the boss rush) and you level up after defeating a boss, but food is not available so that there is no way to heal.

We love this game so much. Skipmore never disappoints us!!! Just fix some glitches, it will be a perfect game.

You should totally get a co-op mode cause us and our friends want a coop mode.

We absolutely love this game, great art, music, and game design. Most people think its a ripoff of slayin, but drancia was an online flash game made by skipmore and slayin' took its ideas from that. Just wanted to spread the truth!! 5/5 stars.

We think we found a game that can amuses us in every way! Just try to add more stuff.

Really fun has a arcade feel to it that makes it addicting :).

This quickly became one of our favorites. Would play a sequel. Theres a bug though… When we close our phone, half the time, this game will reset :( So we have to either play in one run or not let our phone go to sleep. We heard this game was brought to the iOS because of the success the game Slayin' has had, but Slayin' was in fact based on an older version of Drancia, which was developed first? We must say that we're glad Slayin' copied Drancia then, because if it wasn't for that, we probably wouldn't have such an excellent game as this new improved Drancia :D.

Like Slayin' but you can level up.

If you like oldschool throwbacks to the NES/SNES Zelda & Final Fantasy Era you'll love this app.

Drancia is a really cute and fun game from developer Urara. It's like Slayin' but even better, and it's free! No in-app purchases required for this one. Great game. Check it out :D.

We really love this. Bravo on making such an addicting little game.

First off, if you've played Slayin or Levl'n, you have a pretty good idea of what to expect with Drancia. Auto running character back and forth, and defeating enemies by touching them with your weapon. Except Drancia takes the core ideas of those other games, and polishes it to perfection! All main characters unlocked from the beginning, the ability to dash, an additional button for spells, a downward thrust ability, a fun leveling up tree, and a super retro rad chiptunes soundtrack that you can also listen to in a jukebox mode!(about $3.00 to purchase juke box that comes with other optional upgrades) the gems used to buy items and extra optional characters are super easy to earn as well! No iap required! You can even buy the bartender and store clerk as playable characters! Awesome!! If you love retro games, and especially if you loved Slayin, you owe it to yourself to play Drancia!! We do have some suggestions for the game developers: 1. Ability to pick male or female gender for each hero character class and have anime character portraits for each class. 2. A Ninja/Kunoichi character class! 3. Character portraits displayed maybe where the control buttons are or by the life bar! 4. Make the control pad and buttons a little fancier or decorated some how(it's functional but pretty bland and boring as is) 5. A cool intro/opening that could explain and expand on the Drancia story and universe a bit more. 6. Please release for the Nintendo 3Ds eShop!!! :) That's it! All of our suggestions are really icing on the cake, the game is a masterpiece as is! Thanks for the awesome nostalgic retro game developers!!!! We bought skipmore meals and beer at the game bar! Totally worth it.

Definitely worth checking out. Skip More is seriously underrated.

We feel like this game is really fun and addicting but we feel like certain classes should hit things differently instead of it being a one shot kill.for example paladin should hit harder than Mage .also there is this weird error where it just exits the game.all around really fun.

We love this game because it's a good arcade game with RPG elements. However, it grows to near impossible in the later levels with falling objects and a swarm of enemies. We would like to see a difficulty setting, which would also affect what kind of crown you get (easy- bronze, normal- silver, hard- gold, and for the daring ones, impossible- platinum). We would also like to see a continue system using the gems (each difficulty would decide how many you need). This game is near perfection. Please read this review and take these suggestions in consideration. Thank you for giving us a great game.

This, BM dungeon and Fairune are our favorite.

This is a major killer for an app that requires flexible movement. If your finger flicks off the arrow keys (and somewhere into the grey area), you lose all sense of directional input, causing your character to just slip into wherever (usually into a monster). Don't get us wrong. The controls are slick, the hit boxes are fair enough, the monsters are somewhat varied (they're just re-skinned with every succeeding level), the extra movement options are great (down-stabbing is a godsend) and the character interactivity in menus are fun (in the bar we mean). If j were to compare it with Slayin', we'd say it's still second-best, mostly due to the lack of widescreen support (which renders any form of amazing gameplay on an iPhone 5 and above very difficult), and the rather uninteresting menus. Speaking of menus, they're not very themed, nor are they full of personality. We'd like to see maybe some form of interaction with the player, like how you can tap the people at the bar (sadly they just loop one phrase over and over), or maybe have the guy at the stage select describe every character when you highlight them. We mean it doesn't sound like much, but it's those little things that makes games like these great. If we had anything to suggest… Maybe an upward attack? Dunno how the dev's gonna implement that, but it shouldn't be that hard. Slayin' implemented an Archer, Ninja and Beastmaster class, all of which implement a unique play on the game's mechanics, so we really would love to see something similar done with this game! We'd gladly treat Skipmore a dinner and a beer if this gets implemented and fixed. We mean come on, you can play as Fairune's main girl. How cool is that? ((:.

We like the game so far, but it crashes whenever our character dies and it's totaling up score.

Apparently this game inspired slayin. Both awesome games. Classic gameplay mixed with an awesome chiptune soundtrack.

The game is just great, especially if it's free, one of the most amazing fighting games we played. To everything this game has.

Draica is something similar to the old Pokemon or Zelda games. We love the 8bit designs. It will be a new classic.

This is awesome game, and is a faster action game, and all the hero that we can choose make this game very good and improve the emotion. Go head and tess it.

RPG is the most favourite style that we love. And one more thing by this game that is the pixel style. The graphic is so cute and nice. Well done.

The number one game right now for us. Its not perfect but close enough.

We've been waiting for this game and now it is finally out! We just bought Fairune on our 3DS the other day and we wanted to see if they had any new games on the AppStore, didn't expect to see this! Skipmore is seriously underrated. Now all we need is a Fairune 2.

We were waiting for this game for a long time and we're very satisfied so happy you can play as the girl from fairune.

This is the style that we love most, rpg under pixel style. The character and graphic is super cute and cool with these pixel. So addicted to play.

Even though the graphics are way retro, this game gets its mission right: involves you in the story and gives you a good time.

This game is quite good the only problem it tries to copy an amazing game in 'Slayin'. If you like this game get Slayin as well.

The ads are annoying so we suggest costing about 0.99$ to remove them plus after every video it leaves this black screen in front of our game that we can't remove so we have to close the app and re open to remove it so yeah it's annoying. Please fix soon.

Game doesn't save progress during or at the end of a stage, and swapping apps for a moment completely restarts the game. Tutorials reset and must be replayed. And though this was released in December of 2014, it does not support full screen on the iPhone 6+. If all of these issues were fixed this would be a better version of Slayin, and according to some sources this is actually the original, which is always worth supporting.
