This is a great game. Some of the features we like the shop where people can buy many different items, not just one. Also, its just a really fun game in general. However, gems are hard to earn in game and it would benefit players much more if gems were available in more ways.
Fun game, graphics are good. Only watch advertising if you want to do so.
We like the game but the number of ads are annoying us. We are taking a long break from this game possibly indefinitely. Ad overload.
We think the experience was great but it wasnt the same when we found 2.o hospital.
You got to design the hospital how you wanted we loved it there are not to many adds it is amazing.
We love the colors on this game, but Im not crazy about the lack of maturity on the enlarged character pictures. We think y'all could go really far against competitors if you think about all the types of facilities besides hospitals. Ex: outpatient surgery, urgent care, preventative medicine, skilled nursing/ long term care, physical therapy, dentistry, etc. It could lead to new buildings or game expansion. The farther you go with diagnostic intrigue and strategy here, the higher on the app boards it might go. We highly recommend game plot lines for bonuses with diagnostic type scenarios. If you want to attract older audiences like Ataris roller coaster tycoon (one of our favs), we recommend thinking about the complexity of the buildings types.
This game took our money and didnt reward us. Very disappointing.
Great game!! We just started playing and we love it.
This game is great! We enjoy it thoroughly. However, every time we complete all our daily tasks in order to get our briefcase it checks all boxes but we are not getting the briefcase prize.
Great game but cannot justify all the ads.
You guys give us so many task , so many things to get but no space to place them..BECAUSE the expansion tickets are so time consuming to get and basically you are forced to buy some from the crate/chest but not guaranteed to even get them its like a draw or something. Only part we do not like about the game! Need to be able to expand faster we see players on lvl 50 still at the base floor. Terrible.
Fun game. The ads are not forced on you, and receiving gems and blueprints doesn't take life. We like that you can arrange the services however you want, but you gotta do it juuust right if you want to squeeze a lot in. The character animations make us laugh sometimes.
Patients not coming to Cafe, therefore not producing us money. In game ad half the time freezes our game with no rewards. Cant purchase the expansion value package. Really like this game & wouldve given it a higher score without these issues.
Id love to give this game 5 stars, but we cant. This is one of our favorite games! We played it for a while a few years ago but got a new tablet that couldnt handle it, another story for another place. Anyway, we got a new IPad recently with tons of room and a fast processor so this was the first game we downloaded! The problem? Well, it keeps having connection problems and freezes! Anything we had done and earned gets deleted and we have to redo stuff! Ive watched several videos just for blueprints and then they disappear with the connection problem!! Also, it takes forever to earn blueprints and coins to expand but there isnt enough room for all of the stuff you need to earn coins.
This is super fun. Thank you so much for making this a real game.
We have reached level 50 and there is nothing new. Is it over or will there be more levels soon. Kinda boring just getting coins, thank you.
We absolutely love playing this game and have for a very long time. Unfortunately, recently it has become very buggy and we havent been able to enjoy playing it. If you watch ads it messes with the connection to the server and we have to close out the game and get back in. Not a huge problem. Our biggest gameplay issue has been recent. We can no longer register for the events. When each event starts it tells us registration is closed, event ending soon even when the event just started. We have found we are not the only player with this problem. Now game developers, before you respond to this and say please email support please note that we did three weeks ago and we are still waiting for a reply, we described our issue with game ID and version. And that is after having to dig for the contact email since it is not available in game. This also leads us to believe the game is no longer supported. The event feature is one we enjoy and if the issue doesnt get resolved Ill be forced to have to delete the game. Which we have deleted and reinstalled many times to see if this would fix the issue; it did not. If there is support still out there please fix the bugs so we can enjoy the game again.
Overall we really enjoy this game. We have been playing for a long time but we do have some suggestions – Only being able to upgrade or build one thing at a time. Wish there was more than one builder. At least give the option to hire more. Maybe give an extra builder if you buy the subscription. – wish there were more slots to produce more supplies from the medical store, pharma factory, and booster lab. At least give the option to purchase with diamonds or as you level up add more slots because the demand gets higher as your hospital gets bigger. Patients end up sitting around waiting for long periods of time because it takes a long time to make medical supplies. Maybe include more slots if you buy the subscription. Or reduce production time as you level up or instead of one per slot double the amount produced if you subscribe. – there have been a few updates but none have fixed the connection to server issue. It drops in the middle of playing and you have to login again. – Is it possible to have more than one helicopter to have more than one VIP? – Can we get patients to use more than one reception desk in the other sections of the hospital? – Is there a way to set up the offices and reception to have more than one staff member for such things as shifts? It makes sense so our unassigned staff arent just walking around. – can a medical store be added where you can buy or sell supplies and/or trade supplies with other hospitals? – can storage be added for props instead of having to be forced to sell them? Again, love the game. Just think it needs more to continue the fun.
We have reached the level 50 for so long and am waiting the developer to upgrade the game so that we can continue build our hospital. Please please please work on this as so many people who love the game want to continue playing. Thank you.
We love the game but there is some ones that are not making sense why do you like delete the important things that you need.
This is a really great game! Very fun when you got some downtime!! We need to expand our hospital, which we really wanna do, but unfortunately it's near impossible to get enough blueprints to do so!! So we don't know how to continue, cause we need different rooms to treat patients, but we don't have enough space.
We enjoy playing the game but it still needs some work. For example, when you have two of the same thing, reception, and one of them goes to break the just stay in the queue; Needs the option to move person to another queue, either automatically or manually.
Good game but when it comes to buying other slot its supper hard to obtain them.
We love this game, but we feel like the developers have given up on it. There is so much potential for growth, and they could continue the humor. Can we get some new content please.
So ive been playing this game for about two weeks now and ive loved it but we did the newest even was #1 the entire time but once the event was over we didnt get any rewards and when we clicked on the event calendar again it just said next event coming soon. Very upset. Dont do the events if you actually what the reward.
So, we really wanted to like this and it reminds us a lot of an old hospital sim game we played that we loved. However, after a few days of play we have two issues, the first of which is causing us to uninstall it 1 – it keeps losing a lot of the work Ive done. We just went back in and having logged in off and on all day and building on the rooms we had finally gotten enough to build yesterday, we find its dumped us back at yesterday morning so Ive probably lost at least 10 hours of gameplay its done this a few times now and so frustrating to finally get something built just to have it all disappear. 2 – about the time youve filled the first building with machines, equipment, etc. Then things get expensive and require a lot of blueprints. Unfortunately if you arent paying $5/week despite watching lots of ads to try to get more blueprints and money, youve hardly made a dent in what you need to expand further. We were having enough fun we were going to actually pay for it but now add that to all our work keeps getting erased, and Im removing it today Super bummer. Few small things we wish theyd change like not having to keep manufacturing the drugs to treat people instead of that being automated and let a few staff roam and fill In when a doctor takes a break instead of shutting that room down but overall fun until the glitches and the cost make it unplayable.
We just downloaded this game and we love it so far.
We mean its a great game but there are some bugs like we tried getting staff and it showed 0 it only showed ours and we couldnt buy any for a phew hours and the timer for stuff takes like ages and we only have like a phew hours now of covid.
The game is great the app keeps closing while playing the game not cool and you loose coins and blueprints and other things.
There are many cool things that come with this games but the features that need work is the inventory cap and the fact that they are really trying to make money off of this game. We feel like either a one time fee is acceptable or a monthly subscription, not weekly. It takes a long time to get diamonds and you have to have them to upgrade. It takes a long time to expand because you need blueprints. We dont even have all the rooms we need. Like we said, its very fun but its kind of disappointing how much money they want for everything.
We love the game when it works but it only works for a few minutes. Literally crashed 8 times in 15 minutes.
Ok, so this is our first time playing, and we actually love it! And the graphics are amazing. But we would like to know how to get diamonds? And amazing game.

We liked this game for a week or two and then on level 11 no one started to come to our hospital! So we started to get really mad. It stayed that way for a looooonnnnnggggg time! Though it was super fun before that. We liked to play with it and hire people but the patients would non-stop throw up like we would need so many handy men.
Hi we have played this game for 2 days now and we are loving it but we think they give u a little to many commercials and also the game is kind of a complicated at first and we are still learning on how this game works but overall we are loving this game and we fell like it lags when it say they r trying to find a connection it just makes no sense to us and there are some bugs in the game but overalls great amazing game we suggest you try it anyway bye.

Ive been playing for a few months and we played before a couple years ago. We love how you can arrange your hospital and decorate the way youd like. Reminds us of Two Point hospital which we love! But the game has been having connection issues all the time.. Then itll load and load and reconnect. But then we lost medications Ive been waiting for a long time and we almost earned or just earned. Ambulances got messed up, rewards got lost etc. We have great internet and our husband and we both work from home and never have issues so we know its not our end. Ive been thinking about deleting it even though we dont want to but losing things all the time and getting rebooted 2x in a 10 minute period is really frustrating. We also wish you could earn diamonds and award ribbons easier.
This game is constantly disconnecting from our server. This is the only game we have a problem with. It seems like every 5 mins of playtime we have to reconnect. Its getting pretty annoying.
The change in ownership has messed the game up! We were level 50. Now Im lower. We finished all our research. Now we havent. The mini game says its too late to join with 2 days remaining. Its glitchy. Annoying. Please fix what can be.
This game is fun until you get to about level 35, then its just repetitive. They havent added any new features or content in a very long time, and it loses its fun challenging aspect. Also theres game events and no way to sign up for them. It will tell you registration is coming soon then just skips letting you sign up and goes on with the event. The developers either just dont care or theyre done developing this game at all so what you get now, is all you get.
We used to play this several years ago and stopped because we hit a plateau at 43. We had bought all the space we could and was basically just maintaining it. We had hundreds of blueprints that were useless at the time that we literally just offloaded or traded away because they were useless. Well, not anymore. We came back and we see there are new spaces, 3 years later, and even some ward thing that we cannot get the hang of, and we guess we'll have to reaccumulate blueprints since we actually need them now.
This game dose not make you watch ads every 15min like them other games and it has a simple concept that make it enjoyable.
Well we played the game for a while and really enjoyed it. Ive been away from it for months and there is still nothing new. All Ive seen are bug and crash fixes. Are there any upgrades coming in the future for people that have reached the max level?? It really is a fun game, but the fun stops when leveling up stops. Not sure if the developer has moved on to other projects, please let the gamers know.
We love dream hospital. But it has a glitch that makes the seat go over every thing same for vending machines but we still love dream hospital.
We like this game but ours constantly says connection lost and makes us exit the app, when we know that we have perfect connection.
