We love the game but there is some ones that are not making sense why do you like delete the important things that you need?
We enjoy playing the game but it still needs some work. For example, when you have two of the same thing, reception, and one of them goes to break the just stay in the queue; Needs the option to move person to another queue, either automatically or manually.
This is a really great game! Very fun when you got some downtime!! We need to expand our hospital, which we really wanna do, but unfortunately it’s near impossible to get enough blueprints to do so!! So we don’t know how to continue, cause we need different rooms to treat patients, but we don’t have enough space.
Good game but when it comes to buying other slot its supper hard to obtain them.
We love this game, but we feel like the developers have given up on it. There is so much potential for growth, and they could continue the humor. Can we get some new content please?
So we’ve been playing this game for about two weeks now and we’ve loved it but we did the newest even was #1 the entire time but once the event was over we didnt get any rewards and when we clicked on the event calendar again it just said next event coming soon. Very upset. Dont do the events if you actually what the reward.
So, we really wanted to like this and it reminds us a lot of an old hospital sim game we played that we loved. However, after a few days of play we have two issues, the first of which is causing us to uninstall it 1 – it keeps losing a lot of the work we’ve done. We just went back in and having logged in off and on all day and building on the rooms we had finally gotten enough to build yesterday, we find its dumped us back at yesterday morning so we’ve probably lost at least 10 hours of gameplay its done this a few times now and so frustrating to finally get something built just to have it all disappear. 2 – about the time youve filled the first building with machines, equipment, etc. Then things get expensive and require a lot of blueprints. Unfortunately if you arent paying $5/week despite watching lots of ads to try to get more blueprints and money, youve hardly made a dent in what you need to expand further. We were having enough fun we were going to actually pay for it but now add that to all our work keeps getting erased, and Im removing it today Super bummer. Few small things we wish theyd change like not having to keep manufacturing the drugs to treat people instead of that being automated and let a few staff roam and fill In when a doctor takes a break instead of shutting that room down but overall fun until the glitches and the cost make it unplayable.
We just downloaded this game and we love it so far.
We mean its a great game but there are some bugs like we tried getting staff and it showed 0 it only showed ours and we couldnt buy any for a phew hours and the timer for stuff takes like ages and we only have like a phew hours now of covid.
The game is great the app keeps closing while playing the game not cool and you loose coins and blueprints and other things.
There are many cool things that come with this games but the features that need work is the inventory cap and the fact that they are really trying to make money off of this game. We feel like either a one time fee is acceptable or a monthly subscription, not weekly. It takes a long time to get diamonds and you have to have them to upgrade. It takes a long time to expand because you need blueprints. We dont even have all the rooms we need. Like we said, its very fun but its kind of disappointing how much money they want for everything.
We love the game when it works but it only works for a few minutes. Literally crashed 8 times in 15 minutes.

Hi we have played this game for 2 days now and we are loving it but we think they give u a little to many commercials and also the game is kind of a complicated at first and we are still learning on how this game works but overall we are loving this game and we fell like it lags when it say they r trying to find a connection it just makes no sense to us and there are some bugs in the game but overalls great amazing game we suggest you try it anyway bye .
We liked this game for a week or two and then on level 11 no one started to come to our hospital! So we started to get really mad. It stayed that way for a looooonnnnnggggg time! Though it was super fun before that. We liked to play with it and hire people but the patients would non-stop throw up like we would need so many handy men.
We’ve been playing for a few months and we played before a couple years ago. We love how you can arrange your hospital and decorate the way youd like. Reminds us of Two Point hospital which we love! But the game has been having connection issues all the time.. Then itll load and load and reconnect. But then we lost medications we’ve been waiting for a long time and we almost earned or just earned. Ambulances got messed up, rewards got lost etc. We have great internet and our husband and we both work from home and never have issues so we know its not our end. We’ve been thinking about deleting it even though we dont want to but losing things all the time and getting rebooted 2x in a 10 minute period is really frustrating. We also wish you could earn diamonds and award ribbons easier.
This game is constantly disconnecting from our server. This is the only game we have a problem with. It seems like every 5 mins of playtime we have to reconnect. Its getting pretty annoying.
The change in ownership has messed the game up! We were level 50. Now Im lower. We finished all our research. Now we havent. The mini game says its too late to join with 2 days remaining. Its glitchy. Annoying. Please fix what can be.
We used to play this several years ago and stopped because we hit a plateau at 43. We had bought all the space we could and was basically just maintaining it. We had hundreds of blueprints that were useless at the time that we literally just offloaded or traded away because they were useless. Well, not anymore. We came back and we see there are new spaces, 3 years later, and even some ward thing that we cannot get the hang of, and we guess we’ll have to reaccumulate blueprints since we actually need them now.
This game is fun until you get to about level 35, then its just repetitive. They havent added any new features or content in a very long time, and it loses its fun challenging aspect. Also theres game events and no way to sign up for them. It will tell you registration is coming soon then just skips letting you sign up and goes on with the event. The developers either just dont care or theyre done developing this game at all so what you get now, is all you get.
This game dose not make you watch ads every 15min like them other games and it has a simple concept that make it enjoyable.
Well we played the game for a while and really enjoyed it. We’ve been away from it for months and there is still nothing new. All we’ve seen are bug and crash fixes. Are there any upgrades coming in the future for people that have reached the max level?? It really is a fun game, but the fun stops when leveling up stops. Not sure if the developer has moved on to other projects, please let the gamers know.

We like this game but ours constantly says connection lost and makes us exit the app, when we know that we have perfect connection.
OK so we love this game, we’ve been playing for like a month now and we’ve already got to level 22. We like that this game doesnt pressure you into buying stuff. We also like the fact that it doesnt make you watch too many ads, you have the choice to watch ads or you can skip out on that. We love the graphics of this game is so realistic. Its such a great simulator. We also love visiting other hospitals to see what our hospital will look like one day. One thing is it the VIP patients are always very sick so its very hard to take care of them and they also come to this hospital with things that we’ve never researched before. Thats the cure is a date and we dont have the resources so maybe you could develop an update that makes the VIP patient with come with basic cures. We also dont like the fact that sometimes the game kicks us out while we were redoing something or remodeling our hospital and then everything that we were just working so hard on is now gone. So like maybe you develop an update to fix that bug. We absolutely love that you can purchase more than one ambulance but you cant purchase more than one helicopter there should be a way to get multiple VIP customers. One other thing is that we spend a lot of money on reception desks, but when we purchased the other lots for the hospital the patients dont use those reception desks so maybe you could develop an update that creates a way for them to use reception desk and they can go straight to the back and check in with that reception desk. Overall, this game is a very realistic version of a hospital. We really like it and we recommend this game to you all reading this review. Edit on Apr ok this game is pretty good but why do the people keep throwing up? They are clearly not trying to use the trash cans (which by the way, are everywhere), our sister and we love this game and we will play it until we die. Please take a good look at the suggestions and improvements that you can do to make this game awesome!

Why a store to sell cure and gear and boosters and…. Isn’t there so that players can buy the items they need or sell the items they don’t need?
Where are the notifications for events?! We keep missing events because we receive ZERO notification of them. Im talking about within the game itself, not an Apple notification, we get plenty of those for other things. Every time we check for events, it says registration is closed and we miss out on rewards! We give it three stars on that basis alone. Overall, we like the game. Not being able to participate in events is annoying though. Edited(11-14-2022): we contacted Support and they were very helpful. We can now enter and play in events. However, there must be some serious cheating going on or Im missing how to score big in the events. There are other hospitals that score points that seem ridiculous. We just saw someone go from about 37000 points in third place to 57968 points, placing them in first place on the leaderboard in a matter of minutes! How is that possible? If there is cheating going on, then we may just skip the events. Whats the point of playing if theres no chance of winning because some people may not be playing fair.
We cant build anything anymore. It says construction worker is busy, but Im not building or upgrading anything.

Please fix the lost connection problem. We always get disconnected when we are playing. Otherwise, its a fun game. We enjoy playing it.
Good game, but has problems and is not fully developed. Every now and then we get old scores and when you trade in the won tokens and during this time the scores change, the prizes you get for the won tokens are gone too. This is very very bad, we are not lucky with this !!! We have written to support and do not even get a response and the prizes are also gone !!!!
We like the design of the game, but we played it a lot on the first day, then hit a wall. We ran out of space, so we cant put in the next diagnosis room. The problem is its way too hard to get blueprints. We have less than half the amount needed to unlock the next hospital area. Now we have to decide if we want to log in daily for weeks or just give up on the game. Also it would be nice if you had some kind kind of construction screen so you didnt have to take so long to move things around. Its a pity, we think this is a really solid game, but we just dont know if its worth it.
