Love it so far.its free to play but Ive bought a few things to support the makers of the game..and because there are really cool and valuable packages. Absolutely worth playing.
Been playing for long time now. Updates are hiccup free Events are cycled Great game.
After a few years of playing this game it becomes a waste of time and money. We dont know why anyone would spend money on this game. The higher your level, the more it crashes. Crashes after almost every battle and when trying to complete most tasks. We finally had to just delete the game.
We still really like this game,been playing for years. Deep and challenging strategy,but we have a suggestion:maybe make a new hero,say a troll,that uses vitality as its main stat.
The games really fun and easy to play! The castle was a lot to look at at first, but we got it! We wish there was a bit more streamlined way of going through daily errands though.
We are done with this game. Every time there is the slightest hickup we lose the game and have to reinstall. When this happens we lose everything and have to start completely over. This is especially annoying when we have invested funds in the game to collect the bonuses that are offered on a monthly basis. You ppl need to fix this problem.
In the tutorial section it stalls at the magic altar. Cant click on anything. We have a new iPad. It seems like it could be a fun game, but it freezes in the tutorial.
We downloaded it in 2018 and then deleted it but hey cant be that bad.
Not only is this game great and fun to play the customer service is excellent to say the least. Unlike other games we have played and given up on due to the lack of CS and the generic less interactive response given to players this is top notch. Why is that? Well, when we first addressed our issue within 24hrs we got an actual concerned response. After a few back and forth messages our issue and concern was resolved. Very impressed and satisfied. They care and they are there to help the player. Definitely will and would suggest this game not just for the challenging game play, but the EXCELLENT CS you get with it.

Love this game! Wide variety of characters, weapons, armor, lands to explore & enemies to battle. Spend time working on upgrading characters and getting them the best gear, then kick back and enjoy watching the fights! As an old D&D player, we give this game an A+.
We really enjoy playing this game and wish we didnt have to quit. We unlocked Crystal Wasteland, but it closes our game when we enter or shortly after. This eliminates being able to get equipment for our heroes. We reinstalled the game to try and fix it. After the installation our accounts were gone. Thank you for a good time. We wish you guys luck in the future.
Repaired bugs few weeks later. Ive adjusted rating. New victory arena doesnt work… Sigh New update fails to download – 11 Mar 2020. Doesnt work on iPad or iPhone. Wrote to customer support – after 12 hours no response yet. Previously we wrote: Love the game! One of very few where we will purchase upgrades to advance more quickly. They also dont beat us up with commercials every 5 minutes – huge thanks… The only reason Im withholding the 5-star is the general lack of help in menus. There are a lot of options in the game and the newly added crystal wasteland makes things more confusing. The foes we encounter in there are much too advanced for most players to tackle. Some of the BOSSes are also too amped up for us to take out. Ive been trying to get the Devourer for about 3 weeks now. Still enjoying overall.
We are up level 11 and its been fun so far. Reminds us of Myton Magic, which is a good thing.
Fun game, not too complicated. Not pay to win, will take some doing to unlock all the characters tho. Great storyline.
Great game, definitely more p2w but you can f2p and get far if you Play enough. Biggest complaint is in regards to crystal wasteland. It is way too easy to click houses when youre hunting for monsters. Especially when your lower lvl and in the event for it. This can cost you the 2 minutes you have to find beatable monsters b4 higher lvl players wipe the map.
Extremely boring and monotonous.
Ive been playing this game for nearly 2 years now. Im level 94, VIP 3, so Ive seen a bunch- and heres our honest review. The game used to be WAY better. The majority of the updates are pay-to-play driven, And we dont know if they notice, but they are losing players after every major change- They are slowly taking away everything that you need to upgrade your team/army and making it nearly impossible to get any better without paying real money. The game is still fun, but it seems Im just on everyday to run through the motions because we know it will be WEEKS before we can get any further. Devs need to realize that the more difficult they make allowing players to get better, the more difficult it will be to hold onto players. If you take away the ability to get better, your going to lose players, and thats exactly what theyve done. And then the server merge- LOL. You mean your losing players to the point that one server barely has any active players so you need to merge them together so you bring all the players onto less and less servers. At some point theres only going to be one server. One last note for the devs- we used to be able to complete every event every month- now we are lucky if we can complete some of them every 3 months. But dont worry- if you spend some real money you can have an advantage.
Most of the (daily) tasks in the game are tedious and offer little reward. Even spending upwards of $100/week wont guarantee you can complete the weekly challenges. This was something that could previously be completed at little/no cost. As the game population dwindles, the devs alienate their base instead of offering them incentives to stay. Characters youve spent literally hundreds of dollars upgrades are nerfed with no ability to redistribute those funds/jade elsewhere. Our advice: skip all games from this developer. We would assume similar disappointing end game dynamics with anything they produce.
The game is great, the devs and admin are horrible. They continually fix weekly events to ensure only those willing to spend $$$ or are extreme top level players can complete. They then hide behind offering more of the coveted rewards but at an unattainable level. Once you reach about lvl 90 (max is 110 currently) you stall out if you arent spending big money. It takes maybe two months to get to 90 then can take a year to get to 100. These are the players most affected by the mismanagement of the game too weak to gain ground on the top level players and with the changes constantly being made these are the ones that now get further behind even though they state the changes are to help these players. If you plan on downloading this game be aware the first month or two you will be addicted you move up fast enemies are at an equal strength as the heroes. But beware once you hit mid 80s in character level you will start to see the issues, between needing the heroes needed in the last world you are now going to need to work on different heroes to pass the next one but spent all your time leveling up the ones needed earlier and when you finally get them there they will need those and you will be again stuck. Ive been playing since the early stages and we must say the changes are making the game less and less fun and more and more deflating.
The Devs of the game continue to ignore the players and do exactly what the community does not like. Continuous nerfs on every event and aspect of the game making it impossible to advance without spending enormous amounts of cash. Numerous server merges have been necessary just to keep the major spenders around. Almost all casual players have quit and more then half the remaining players have boycotted spending any more. The Devs are just milking what they can from the whales now.
Ive been playing over a year and was up to level 80 with tons of heros and after this new merger update we have to start over, not cool.
Changed one of the most popular events and crushed it. Changing the dragon eyes event was a terrible mistake.
Auto fighting and u cant even see your character fighting..lol.. Every developer listen up: MMORPG go play WOW classic or Order and Chaos (Mobile).. Open world..free to roam..real dungeons with boss fights…real time pvp with real players. This is how a game should be made and played. We played this game for 2 minutes and deleted.
It can be fun. But when you build up diamonds, (the in-game currency that matters most) through logging in and participating in events daily for a month over, and then you try to use those diamonds to get things the game tells you you can get with them, for some reason, it wont allow you to use diamonds… Its BS. After 3 months of collecting diamonds, to use them, we are unable to use them for anything? What the hell did we do it for, then? Going to delete this real quick if they do not address this.
Dont not download. Your game will get erased and you will waste your time. Customer service is non existent. No point in playing. Skip this game and go to another. You have been warned.
We have been unable to login to the game for several days. Today the game updated, and we were able to log in. However, instead of our regular server, it started us fresh. When we tried to login with our google account it BOUND MY ACCOUNT TO THE NOOB ACCOUNT! HELP! We need to login to our regular account! This should not be happening! Our account was bound! We invested money in this.
So now the last patch is fixed and all our data is gone!!!! There is no way in hell we are starting all over. Never using this game or any other developer game again.
All this game does is downloads to 100% then restarts all over again. So fun to watch. Its the best idle game ever. Im on iPad, so it looks like they locked out all apple devices. It works on android. Our suspicions are that they locked out apple due to this global economic warfare thats taking place. Glad we didnt spend money on this game, sorry if you did. There may be some legal recourse if you spent a lot, cause there is no info on what happened or what est. Time of repair. Was a good game when it worked.
After the recent crash of their iOS support, our account is gone. Avoid this mess at all costs. Customer service is horrible, no response. There are far better devs and games available.
Is anyone else having this issue? Ive been playing on our iPhone 11 for several weeks without issue except a few crashes. This latest version opens to the game image and starts downloading resources. It gets to 100% and we get a message saying the download was unable to complete, hit okay and the same thing happens over and over again. We deleted the game completely and tried again only to have the same thing occur. Any fixes for this?? Thanks.
Very fun but developed wouldnt fix a patch for over 7 months for iPhone 11s causing it to freeze every 2 minutes. Now tried to fix and you cant even get in game. Frustrating but fun.
On 1.8.1 Im getting failed download, after failed download. Please fix.
Game wont load on iPhone or iPad.
Since latest update cant get app to download resources. Get error message download failed [302] please try again. Tried a few dozen times on several different devices, same error message. Error 302 seems like all players are reporting this.
We enjoyed playing the game, but the required download on iOS platforms will never complete…stuck in a loop now for more than 2 days. When it was working, it was a lot of fun, as there are a bunch of different aspects to the game that are worth exploring. We absolutely hope that whatever is causing the update to fail, gets resolved so we can get back into the game and enjoy it again.
The app downloads , then fails to open. Playing graphics are one sided. You only see your enemy. You don see any actual combat between players. Difficult to get to higher levels once you are at a certain level.
Use to love this game but since the update have not been able to open it. It takes awhile to download then we get an error message. Code 302 it says that it did not download correctly to try again. Each time same message. We hope they fix this soon then our rating will go up.

Been playing this game for almost a year and now it wont download the last update. Uninstalled and reinstalled, get download error 302 every time.
Good game, with good graphics, to many heroes that u put real dollars to get but nex week they have new one to buy Im in on lvl 8 for money spent and people with lower attack will beat us.
We cant log in. It downloads the resources 0%-100%, then says that download failed. So it starts it over. Just happened since the most recent game update. We cant even get in now! :(.
Downloaded the new update and unable to get on line for 4 days.
It was a great game when it works. Everytime we try to load into the app it says its down loading resources and then theres an error trying to open the game. Its been several days now and youd think theyd have it fixed already.
Great game, but after the 3/2020 update, unable to get into game. Have deleted and reloaded game with same results. Quite disappointed unable to get back into game.
We have been patient through other glitches and issues with this game. It was already becoming a game of greed but was still fun. One week without service is so much Im missing out on. 10/10 would not recommend this game, literally anything has to be better. We got a message back on Facebook have patience well patience has run out. We cant imagine the rage of people that spent lots of money on this thing.
