Game stopped working completely. No one seems to care to help and fix the problem. After we tried to reset the game, It kept telling us the was a network problem. Tried to sign in with Facebook, it kept giving us an error. We consider our spent $60 on this game equal to flushing it down the toilet. If your game doesnt work, please refund our money. We found a better places we can spend them on.
What happened to the bank building and why is there no dogs and cats. Animals, we need animals and more lit up buildings but a dog and cat would be nice….. Would add more zest to the game, make it so that the dog can do tricks and stuff.. Come on add some real life fun to this game… It is a very cool and neat city. We are an older lady living on a pension so we cant afford to donate or buy things but to us this is the best game out there. We like how the city goes dark and the lights come on at night. You need a police department, fire department, apartment buildings, come on Im trying to help.. We are totally sick, we lost our entire game because someone hacked in on us and took control of our Facebook account, we had to delete everything, so we lost over 360+ diamonds not. To mention all our levels and our money, if we cant get help then we will delete the game and play other games although we worked hard and loved this game. You should be able to check this out and see. Please is all we can say…. We lost our entire game with no help from the developers and we cant even get a response from them. We worked hard to get where we were, we had over 360 + diamonds and our level was way up there, you should be able to check, we had the whole right side almost completely cleared and our castle was at level 6 as was most of the stuff we had, why make games if you arent going to keep up with them, we are literally sick over this………… So please tell us WHY we should rate you ????????
What has happened to Miracle City 2. We’ve not been able to log in for this past week.
Like we said it’s a great game ( we’ve been a fan of these developers since Miracle City 1) and we think its certainly worth an update every once in a while. New scenery, buildings & areas would be amazing. There are plenty of unused ideas in the original that could easily be incorporated into this game. Please yall.
Why is this game not working? Its one of our favorites an it hasnt been working on our phone for months? Can u please let us know whats going on?
First and foremost, we’ve played with the spin wheel for a while, and it is 110% rigged, and we’re sorry but we’re not buying gems to make a little bit of money a little faster when the money system in the game makes quite literally no sense what so ever. We can get about 40 coins every 30 minutes, that’s just horrible lol, do you think people plan on playing this game their whole lives? The economy is messed up, prices don’t make sense and it takes forever to get what you need in the game. We have spun the spin wheel for a week getting the same items over & over again, and it’s just making us want to buy a spin for gems since that’s the whole point which is just a scam. You can’t even get any actually decent buildings in the game without sending gems either, and there’s hardly anyways of even getting gems without buying them. We’re sorry you guys are poor but it doesn’t give you a reason to make others poor over in-game currency and a broken awarding system. All-in-All, the game gets pretty old, pretty quick.
Game says its ages 4+, so we downloaded the game for something our kids and we can do sometimes during summer break. We went to edit the information and the automatic name the game gave us was youeatdick. Im incredibly disappointed.
This game is awesome, please build a chat for us and have special events we want mind spending money wth you guys, lets keep updating this is a wonderful game, we play on different devices its not keeping up, will not connect wth Facebook please fix this.
We really enjoy playing this game and was in the seventies level and had a goal of buying one peony and we bought seven and it would not register. Tried contacting customer support but in game support AND the link on this page would not connect us with anyone. So we ended up just starting over. We are now at level seventeen and if we begin to have problems again will probably just delete. Have no patience for terrible customer service. Removing the three stars we gave before. Still enjoy this game but there is absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Now having issues with the movie tickets not working but again cannot connect anywhere to get help. Here we are almost six months later… Never did get credit for purchasing the peony so we completely started over. Here we are again needing to buy a peony to complete a goal. Still not registering after purchasing ten! Obviously this company has no intentions of fixing the glitches in their apps! Also we have no more realms to expand but continue to get as daily quest. Have email them about both of these issues with NO RESPONSE!

We’ve spent tons of money on this game we’ve had a lot of issues. We’ve written and asked for help several times with Zero response or help of any kind. Now it says network error and wont let us log in. We’ve tried to reload the app with NO success because when we try to sign in with our Facebook it says under development and we need permission to get into the app but doesnt tell us how. We would like to know who we can talk to so this can get resolved or to get a refund on the money we just spent???
If youre not going to fix it then just delete it.
We cant even play this game because every time we load it up, it says out of sync. We’ve watched a dozen YouTube videos and none of them have helped. And looking at everybody elses comments, Im glad it doesnt work.
We loved playing this game, but something happened and we couldnt play it anymore. We deleted the app then we downloaded it again and we’ve lost everything! We’ve had to completely start from the beginning. Not happy at all about this. If we could have given less than one star we would have.
There is absolute no way to contact customer service to rectify any issues that you may have. Once over 600 gems we purchased vanished. We thought maybe it was something that we did. So we purchased more and the very next day all our gems disappeared again! We tried to contact an email that might of been customer care and there was no response. We basically wasted our money on this game.
A chat room of some sort would be nice. We are from Arkansas and with some else’s profile name, it seems that another player is also, but we have no way of getting a hold of them. War games have great chat rooms, but there are so many, and we grew tired of the one we used to play. We are also having trouble with our profile name. We tried to change it, and now it is just a series of numbers. We couldnt get to the contact us link either. We would also like to ask about accepting friends. If 50 is the limit, we have no complaint about that, but hitting the denial button just seems rude; especially to the other player. So can that be adjusted somehow?
We enjoy the game very much but when we get to a real high level it freezes we keep starting over this is 3 times not playing after this but it is a very enjoyable game.
As of yesterday we can no longer plant our fields. The seed list comes up but it wont let us select any of the seeds. Please fix. We dont want to start over again. We had to delete and reinstall after connecting to Facebook because it wouldnt let us do anything after connecting.
For now Im enjoying the game. Its not too challenging but it does make you think.

We don’t use Facebook, so the previous comment doesn’t apply to us. Love the graphics and "happy" feel of the game. No pressure, play at your own pace. Better than most games we have played like this. Great job developers!!
When we collect gifts one at a time we get issues of game freezing up and a green circle just keeps going around and around and have to shut Game down and restart. And then it disconnects from your servers. Fix it then get better review. Also link in game to contact you dose not open up at all. Help fix the game. And it is your end cause we have excellent WiFi we use cable internet and it is very good and high speeds up to 100 mps so fix this please Ty.
Unfortunately we have to give this game a 1 Star. First off Im connected to Facebook because it will let us post when we level up but it says we need to connect to Facebook for our friends to show up. We cant find a way to connect so our Facebook friends will show up…. Especially our wife. Second we tried to email the Devs but when we click to contact support it does nothing, so thats even broken. So we got on Facebook to contact Support on it and nobodys been on there since August 22. So we tried everything we can…. So guess our wife and we both will delete the app since we cant play together.
Load on our iPad mini. Keeps crashing!
