To connect your account, log in to FIFA 23 on your console or PC. Then:
o Go to FIFA Ultimate Team mode and create your FUT Club
o Create a FUT Security Question and Answer on your Console or PC
o Log in to your EA Account from the FIFA 23 Companion App on your compatible mobile device

Please somebody help us how to unlock the transfer market through web/ap companion.

We love being able to have the companion app for use outside of playing the game. We can set our squads, do sbcs and open packs. Unfortunately, we have recently been unable to sell any players from our transfer list. Whenever we go to the transfer list, the app crashes and logs us out and then back in. This has been going on for the last month it seems like and there doesnt seem to be any fix to the issue.
Its a good game but we really wanted to buy fifa points on here while we were away from our console but we just couldnt. Can you guys just add a buy fifa points.
We hope to fix the buges Now there is many of it because of the last Updates try to fix it as soon as you can.
Wont let us look at current fut transfers or to buy any players.
App freezes a lot. It just crushes. You have to constantly close and reopen on iPhone.
We logged into fut companion and for some reason we lost all our best FUT team players and we saw the 20 something players were sold tjat we never sold. Our main team is gone just from logging into the companion app smh.
We thought we were going to be able to make our dream team but then it says we have to be on a console we did somethings for no reason we just wanted to make our dream team thats all.
App is buggy, game is buggy, company doesnt care. Seriously, theres not a single day that goes by where the app or game does what it needs to do its always something that doesnt work. Constant freezes, unresponsiveness, and just bad UX.
EA as been know to just charge people and not care about the experience. Keep selling packs guys bravo.
This app still having problems with trade and stop to work several times. And now some players that was recovered from quick sell are disappearing.
Every time u select a player the app crashes.
The app keeps crashing! We lost a bit more than once because of it. It crashes a lot.
The app should let you login even when you forget to log out of your console. One time we were at someones house and we couldnt log in because we forgot to log out of our console.
Theres so many bugs with this app. We cant select players on our transfer list without the app freezing and this problem has been a thing since at least 2017. Its probably some null issue but these devs are not very competent. Im done with this game.
Please fix the transfer list it has many bugs and keeps crashing and reloading the game when ever we try to do anything with it. It wont let us do anything with any player in it fix it.

Joke of an app. Ever since the last update, we cannot even list any players in the transfer market. With market crashing Im losing so many coins only bc every time we try to list them, the app crashes. This is the last straw. With the gameplay, ball bouncing everywhere when you tackle, center backs scoring bicycle kicks at corner kicks, this game is pure garbage.
Literally does not function at even a basic level. Constant crashes and freezing. Absolutely awful.
This app is a must have. Only recommendation is better pack opening animation.
We Really Like It, But On PlayStation Can You Make Fut Champs And Division Rivals Without PS Plus, Because Players Without PS Plus Will Not Be Decent Without Spending Money -Thank You.
As Im biding for a card it shows an error witch lets time run out as Im trying to bid..
Tots came and we did the sbc daily login we packed tots harry kane WITCH IS A 95 rated card we were hoping to add him to our team but hes not in our club plz fix this!!!!!
If we could give this zero stars we could we’ve lost so many good bids because of this bug that wont let us bid after a certain amount of times this has happened so many times and we hate it.
The app crashes alot and bugs out too much!
It wont let us go in the companion app this app needs to get fixed.
When we get into the transfer list and click on a player, the app freezes and doesnt respond. Makes it impossible to trade using the mobile phone.
When we first purchased a $10 worth of fifa points on our ps app we never got our fifa points.
We love this app so much and its so easy to use but something they could fix is editing your squad while your on FUT on ur ps or pc.
Amazing it lets us do all the viral SBCs while on the go.
Helps us a lot to build our squads and use transfer market but there is a bug at the moment that we cant do squad builder challenge for 84+ X7 Upgrade. This is the first problem we ran into with the app but we hope you guys will fix soon. Keep up the good work!
Let us select multiples players when we are doing sbc in the app.
This app is great it is very convinent for opening packs and editing your team when on the go.

It is a very good app very good for playing fifa on the go but we get trolled some bye the flairs and the game is repetitive.
