We’ve been sending emails for updates and not just bug fixes. We need land expansions and more visitors to the island but we never get a response. Whats going on? Are you actually going to continue to evolve this game or not?
This is a great game for the ideas. But its too boring. You need to develop better abilities to construct more and better buildings or at least make them faster. Not very fun.
We use to play this game awhile back and recently downloaded it again. And we cant play for more than maybe 5 mins before it closes down and when we go back into it everything we did before it crashed didnt save so we have to redo it All all over again and guess what it will close out again and so it keeps starting the whole cycle over again!!! We cant get anywhere in the game cause when it crashes we have to start over again! Please fix cause we use to really enjoy this game.
Im on level 26. We started out with 2 builders. We purchased one, so that we would have three, however, we didnt realize we paid 40/50 gems to have him for a week. Fine. Now at level 26, we are missing a builder. We only have 1 now, not the two we originally started out with. We REFUSE to pay 50 gems, to have two builders, and then only have him for a week. You will not get anymore money from us. And now the funny part is, we have no idea if Im gonna lose our last builder. Then we will officially have no builders, and the game will truly be over.
We’ve been playing this game for like a year now, and we really enjoy it. We specially love the graphics and how detailed and well thought everything is! Whenever you upgrade the buildings they add small features to the building graphics as well which is so pretty. It only takes us a few minutes per day to progress but we could spend hours decorating and changing placement of stuff to increase happiness among guests. We almost never write reviews but we love this game and we dont want to see it go. We used to play paradise bay by king until they closed it, and Eden Isle is basically the only game we play almost everyday since that. Unfortunately it seems its doomed to the same destiny there havent been any updates in a while and now Im at level 57 and there is nowhere to expand our resort to. We want to buy more decor but we dont have any space left to put it on! There arent any more land expansions available. Please update!!!! Dont let this game die.
We keep getting bumped back to day one every time we reach about 40-45? We play every day! Is there a time you switch over? Is it calculated within 24 hours? We may play in the morning or in the afternoon but always within the day. Help an ole woman out! BTW, we love the game and have played for at least a year?
We really enjoy this game. We’ve been playing it for a few months now and like to see the funny quips as the game opens, we enjoy when new items are available at the next level & we like expanding…. Which is now where the problem is. Updates. The last festive update changed the opening page only. There were no new items, not even special items to buy. It was VERY disappointing. Im now at level 51. There isnt much left thats new for us at our level. Unless theres a very big update Ill be deleting this game soon. If theres no further to go then why keep playing or spending money on it?
We wish it werent so expensive and it would be nice to make it easier to earn more hearts.

So many pop ups very fast that we have no time to look things over and figure things out for myself. Hate that. Trying for to move things and cant for all the quests in our face. There is a percentage increase for proper placement. Lots of luck to try and do that. We feel the colors could be brighter. Where to find the path tool should be near the shop so we could find it. Anything else we cant tell you… We got mad and left. Make improvements and we might try again.
Im leaving a higher review because the good developers responded quickly to our frustration and have not only answered our questions but have added more direction to their help page! That is awesome. The game is really fun and enjoyable. Its extremely interactive with lots of things to do all the time to keep the resort running. They offer free items and deals as well so you dont automatically need to pay in for anything unless you want to. We highly recommend!
