The latest app update is abysmal. Start-up is slower than ever. Weekly competition used to be boring and repetitive, but was a nice break, now its just too difficult to have as weekly competition. The game seems to be easy at some parts of the day and more difficult at others. Seems like they try to lull you in and then make it difficult at others to convince you to pay $80 for an upgrade.
Terrific game and fun community. May take a few months to have a viable castle but have enjoyed it well over a year.
On Monday, June 19, Skydradons game glitched and issued a system-wide email reward that was very generous. We cashed in. Later, we got an email where they admitted they screwed up and said they were going to take away those rewards and everything we bought and upgraded with it. Which, they did today. We want everyone to know how crappy this game software is written. So, if you do decide to get involved in this game, be prepared for an extremely buggy experience that never gets addressed. Skydragon ignores feedback like this and others that we have given because they dont care about the players, only that players spend money.

We have played this game since it started. It is fun for towers games but DO NOT SPEND MONEY. The developers will separate and ignore teams by force with imperial kingdom which happens randomly anytime without warning or explanation. Players with $50,000+ accounts cant even get help from in game support. The servers crash frequently during world events and many people have lost their investments and work because of game issues.
That says more about YOU than it does the game.
Good fun game great for the kids a long road trips. Theres a lot to do in this game. Very cool.
We downloaded this game for the mini game. The PvP component of the game is ridiculously complicated without much guidance. Now the mini game stops at level 500. If the game is just building an empire slowly after , its not worth our time.
The game itself takes planning and tactics. You have to play the long game, which makes you keep coming back. Lots of different game plays each day, so keeping track can be daunting. If you like this type of game it can be extremely fun. The biggest downfall for us is that we joined to play with friends. If you dont join the exact same time with all your friends you have to wait 30-60 days to be able to immigrate to the kingdom they are in to play together. Ultimately making you to have to play alone for that time period. If your looking for a game to play with or against friends this is NOT it. Its setup so only the top 5 alliances prevail, so you better join one immediately to be protected.
We downloaded the game for the tower game and finished it at lvl 500 very disappointing. The packs are way too overpriced to get too little Ill just stick to Lords Mobile way better gaming experience.

The ad for this game looks like an amazing game, this does not have the same gameplay as what is shown in the ad unfortunately.
Video advertisement on YouTube for this game shows an animated male character clearly groping a womans chest making disturbing noises. Reported it to Google as well so hopefully it gets removed. You target this game to kids and then make ads like that? Disgusting.
This game has been going great for us recently! All we gotta say is that we know this game has great potential and we cant wait to see how it looks like in a year :)
We love the game but when we purchase a pack in game thats 19.99 they charge us 37.40 USD and refuse to refund us over 100 usd they over charged us. They keep it up they will get sued for ripping customers off.
Pretty good game but its very annoying not being able to use your own keyboard emojis. That would make communication a lot easier.
Seems the game servers are down right now.. Cant login will lose all our troops in castle. No support for the game outside of the game.

It suffers from feature bloat. The game doesnt know what it wants to be. On the one hand, you have the actual game of growing your island in RTS point capture levels. On the other, you have kingdom building mechanics, complete with buildings, upgrades, attacking other players, etc. While combining the two, the game does not do so in a cohesive way. The kingdom stuff has nothing to do with that we want to play the game for, to the point that we havent touched it. However there is a way they could have been combined to make this interesting: the RTS levels are not pre-made, but player made, built from the kingdom build stuff. So instead of the generic kingdom game, where you just wait for the time to pass and hope for the best, you can set up defenses can can only attack or be attacked while online (no need for an actual map like there is now, just do match making). This way the core gameplay loop isnt disconnected from the actual game. You could even merge having an army with this. Bigger your force the bigger your starting position in the RTS part. Similarly, much like other kingdom games, make buildings placeable on plots, gained and lost via conquest of others. This would allow for continued opportunities for micro-transactions, and indeed, we would suspect increase interest from the average player and thus the transactions purchased. If we had to guess, most players play until the kingdom building stuff starts to assert itself, then either ignore it or stop playing. Also a couple UI recommendations: -You need a settings menu, or a mute button. We sometimes want to listen to other music while playing and we cant do that with earbuds because we cant disable the music. If there is a way, it needs to be obvious. -let players zoom out to move around the island more easily. -there are too many unclear buttons in the middle and top of the screen, many of which are various sales. Some though are things like daily rewards, which could stop appearing after they are claimed until next time. This would help keep the game from feeling cluttered, like it currently does.

We love this game because we can win against other people and we can upgrade our builds and fight more people.
This game is fun for the first couple weeks. The mini game of capturing towers is very fun. But after a couple weeks, the larger multiplayer game kicks in and you get attacked over and over, quickly causing a loss of interest. Game maker should implement some type of shield after one loses an attack. We came back this week after not playing for a few hours and had been attacked 6 times. We couldnt retaliate because all our soldiers were dead. We dont have time to go find and participate in a good enough alliance. Probably a good game for highly active players.
Play the game for the first hour or so then you hit the time gate or pay crap tons of money to bypass. Just another money grab game. Dont waste your time.
We’ve been playing so far for about three hours and got our castle up to PvP level, this plays very much like Game of War or King of Avalon and we like it so far, especially with the addition of the takeover mini game; it gives the player something to do other than wait for troops to March or resources to generate. Unlike other war games, the player can unlock and level multiple heroes, offering some definite pay-to-win advantage, but the game is playable and enjoyable without spending money. Early game is straightforward and easy to learn, with plenty of resources and time skips given freely. No complaints so far.
