Once you get in the extra game the game will just keep shutting off when you play the match game.
This is an enjoyable HO game. Story is interesting. Play is easy and not complicated. Especially in this time of Covid 19 lockdown, this game will take you to fantasies and realms existing only in imagination. We would highly recommend.
First we would like to thank you for making games that we absolutely love! You guys do an amazing job and people should be grateful for that. Im sorry but Im going to call out a reviewer by name because Im sure they dont understand or get what it takes to make a game and then you guys try to make it work for all devices. This upsets/angers us because these type of people think that games should be perfect when their first released and thats not always the case and that goes for a lot of games that are put out, not just you guys. Drosietwo…. You left them 3 stars because they had to do 2 updates??? Im sorry, but you need to stop and realize what goes into making these games and STOP criticizing them for a little bug! They end up fixing them and making it right! Have you ever made a game? Im sure not, but until then stop criticizing people for trying SO hard to make people like us happy! We truly hope this isnt deleted, we didnt say anything bad enough for it to be. Its just the truth. Again, thank you guys for your hard work!

Just started game. Again.. It appears to be fixed. Made it through the Phoenix. Game seems awesome . Thank you for the update.
Update: The updates that were done completely fixed the problem and Im having a wonderful time playing the game. When Domini gets it right, they really excel! We were so excited to get a new game by Domini, but it didnt last. We didnt even make it through the free game when major problems started. Right after youre told to get the 4 crystals to free the Phoenix, the screen changes into a mini screen and moves to the upper left corner. It happens again a little later when you are told to find a safe way down into a grave. If you get out of the game and go back in, the game fixes itself, but we wont be buying until we know that bug is fixed. This is really minor, but the Hint button is super sparkly and, while we’ve never been distracted by anything before in a game, that button was driving us crazy!
Note to App Store: kindly do not delete our review. Stay safe, guys! UPDATE: March 31 Just released! Domini has released Mystery Tales: Art and Souls. Note to CaseyMarie: how dare you call out one of MY team members for reviewing objectively? Drosie did just that, and was right to complain about the ongoing quality assurance issues plaguing Domini. We are privy to information that YOU will NEVER have, as we work closely with Domini. These issues should have been resolved already, and we applaud Drosie for broaching an uncomfortable topic! Most of the players will stand behind us, and not you, so kindly do not call anyone out for objectivity. Thank you! We of course did not play until Oleg ran 3 updates on this game, so we didnt experience the technical glitches that the rest of you did! At least we got them resolved quickly. We can tell you that this developer has made some very positive strides. The graphic artists and programmers have improved the graphics and cut-scenes tremendously. The graphics are clearer and not intensely saturated with one pervasive color, and the cut-scenes are no longer pixelated. In addition, the programmers finally fixed the zoom feature in the HO scenes. Still, the technical issues which were present when the game was released were unacceptable. Once fixed, this was an entertaining and magical game! There was a nice mix of puzzles and games, including our favorite: a labyrinth. Thanks Oleg! The HO scenes had an interesting variety, with some being more innovative and unique. The storyline was the same boring fantasy storyline: stealing souls to preserve an evil being. Although we have seen it time and again, at least the gameplay was fresh and original, and applying inventory led to some enthralling results. We cannot ignore the technical issues first present. Even after all the updates, we noticed some slight touchscreen sensitivity issues and some of the mini-games just would not function correctly. For this reason we are deducting one star. Our true rating will remain at 4 stars. Remember everyone, the sooner you practice proper social distancing the sooner this pandemic will end. Stay healthy and safe, and as always, happy gaming!
UPDATE 3/26 – The game appears to work after the second update, but you must change profile to access extras in each scene. We have not played all the way through, but so far it seems to work. Other than this big glitch, the game is very good. We will leave our rating at 3 due to it requiring 2 updates to work properly. Thanks for your rapid responses Oleg. UPDATE 3/25 – GAME WORSE AFTER UPDATE!! Very disappointed. We purchased this game and found that immediately had the game minimize to the upper left quarter of the screen. We were forced to exit and restart. That has happened 3 times and am only in the scene with the Phoenix. GET THIS FIXED NOW!!! When we purchase for full price we should get a quality game. Other developers have stepped up this week and sold superior products for much less than usual. We applaud them and expect the same from you.
We had all the glitches, but some of the puzzles were off too.. Wanting you to place stars but you finger is on top of the star, the runes puzzle is too bright you cant see the rune to rotate the wedges, some had little to no instruction on what to do… This storyline is good but seems like were playing the exact same puzzles over and over again with different characters. We’ve bought all your games and this one for full price even without the bugs and glitches this was bad…. Yall can do way better!!!
We would have given more stars, but 1) we finished the main game in less than 4 hours 2) we started the bonus chapter and get half way through and every time we FINALLY finish a puzzle the game crashes and we have to start the mini game all over. Uninstalling the game we paid for. Very disappointed. We hate ads but was overlooking that as we know ads are part of how things work…. Not the end of our world. We just really wish we wouldnt have paid for a game we have to uninstall since it does nothing but crash.
Game goes to quarter screen size forcing us back the main menu to restart where we left off. Should have been thoroughly tested before release. Cant give more stars than this even though the game has some interests.
You have a pretty big bug. The screen keeps miniaturizing to the upper left corner. You have to fuss around to get back to the large screen. We are missing some dialog while this is happening. Otherwise, fun game, great art, love all the collectibles, and that they are marked on the map. Solid map. Added a star because of immediate developer response.
Aside from the glitch that everyone else is reporting. The game is not on sale. It is 6.99 to purchase rather than 5.99 as advertised. Right now, with everyone staying at home, most other developers are only charging minimal prices – Elephant games is only charging 1.99 (amazing for them). We would expect a reduction on these games. For a while they were 4.99 – a guaranteed buy from us. Now at 6.99 – it is a maybe. Please fix the price to 5.99 when you fix the glitch and consider reducing it. Thankyou from stuck at home.
Well since the update you cannot pick up the statues or feathers, they simply have disappeared. What kind of quality assurance is this??? Takes every ounce of enjoyment out of the game. Please fix as this is FULL of bugs. Will update if game ever works properly – For now it deserves NO Stars. Disgusted and disappointed have been an avid supporter of your games. Kdboots.
Come on, even our car insurance is giving deals right now. We were pleasantly surprised to see how Elephant games stepped up. We had issues with the screen as well! And also in your app, says game is 15% off. When we hit unlock, price was $6.99? Lots of problems here.
We waited a month for a game that doesnt work. Im having the same problems as everyone else. You talk to a character a picture gets small and goes to upper right hand corner. We tried 3 updates and nothing works.
We’ve had the app crash on us a few times in the middle of game play, and we often have to tap items several times in order to pick them up. However, Im enjoying the storyline, and the artwork is as beautiful as always.

It kept logging us out had to keep logging in annoying for what we paid for not worth it shouldnt had paid for it.
Bought this game after seeing all the updates. Unfortunately we got stuck in chapter 4 with a glitch in the spider mini game. We really believed all the problems were solved by now. Lesson learned. Dont buy even with updates.
Throughout the entire game being dropped every 2 minutes & having to restart the game.
Not sure how this got 4.6 star average. Not only did it crash nonstop but also has numerous in-game glitches. We probably skipped half the puzzles due to either poor/inoperable interface controls or we would get near the end and the game would crash which starts the puzzle over upon reboot. We finished the game on principle alone. If we hadnt already paid, we woulda just deleted and moved on.
The game has so many glitches. You have to click on items or areas of interest several, several times for it to respond – often leading you to believe that you are not supposed to click on an area or collect an item. When you finally give up because you tried everything you can possibly think of, and ask for a clue lo and behold the item you tried clicking on 20 times is what you are indeed meant to select. So you try several more times – in the center, slightly above, or below, or to the right, or to the left – until it finally takes. Then, the game crashes so many times. At first it was once every 10-15 minutes. Then we got to an area where the game kept crashing – about 20 times in a 7-10 minute period. It is too frustrating. And we paid $7 for this disappointment and aggravation! Save yourself the money and annoyance.
We paid for the full game and all it did was shut down every 5-minutes. Couldnt even finish the Bonus Chapter.
