Please, please fix the ads. When presented with an ad to get a second chance, the ad plays, but does not take us back to the game. We have to watch ad after ad after ad and it STILL does not take us back to the game.
We love this game. Its so simple and requires just the perfect amount of attention that we can play it while listening to podcasts, watching tv, or youtube videos. Our mind is bad at only doing one thing at once so this is perfect for satisfying that need!

Im having an issue with the mid game commercial playing at the beginning of the game (at least the noise and not the video)
We actually really enjoy this game. We’ve downloaded a few apps with similar premise, but this one seems to stick for us. Our one frustration is if we choose to watch an ad to continue our game (if we dont get the bottom layer before it reaches the bottom of the playing screen). Lately, no matter how many times we click to watch the queued ad, it doesnt continue our game! We’ve even tried to click it multiple times (watching multiple ads – typically a 5-second ad) and it STILL wont continue our game. We dont know if this is a bug issue or intentional, but its really started to frustrate us. To the developers of the game – can we fix this please?
We wouldve given 5 stars if it werent for one major flaw!! The 200 stars to skip is ridiculous! That button should be smaller and underneath, or something. We’ve wasted hundreds of stars by ACCIDENTALLY hitting that button!! And we have spent money for stars before, but this feels sketchy. That button should be smaller and moved. Make it more obvious that someone truly wants to choose that option.
Great game but too many ads. Music options?
Fun game, definitely hooks you, challenging on occasion but not in a frustrating way. Our word of caution would be, dont pay the $3 for the ad-free version. You will still have to sit through ads if you want to utilize the second chance feature. Had we known this we never would have paid for the upgrade.
This game is addictiveI have played over 2700 levels. Sometimes the game hangs up when you have to watch an ad. You watch but when you leave the game, you end up having to click to watch another ad. That usually fixes it, but more and more the same or a similar ad pops up and the game doesnt advance. You have to close out the game completely and start again. Now thats not working as well anymore and we cant get past the level without using stars, which we’ve already purchased once and dont want to buy more of until we know the app will work correctly. Hopefully this bug gets fixed soon.
We like the game. However, there are too many ads and most of them are for violent games that we do not want on our screen. We know you needs ads, but can you improve the content? Im 58 and a grandmother. We cant let our granddaughter play this game because of the inappropriate ads. Thanks!
Glitches often. Takes a lot of cleared boards to accumulate many coins. Should earn more per game.
Ads are now repeating endlessly and wontet you return to the game at the second chance level. Please make a paid version or fix the endless looping of ads.

We’ve gone to level 1099, watched a ton of ads to get there despite paying for no ads. The way these ads are done is the worst. 30 seconds or more, then 15 more seconds to wait for the X then if you are accurate enough youll get the >>. We dont watch the ads since they are so long. This is a good well balanced game for most part but Im tired of trying to play something enjoyable filled with these garbage ads. Bye.
This game is lots of fun but the advertising scrolling makes the game stop all the time in the middle of aiming so it will aim wrong when it starts back up after add loads. It happens on every level. Very frustrating and makes this fun game miserable to play.
We have loved playing this game for over 7000 levels but we are giving it up because they now make you watch multiple game ads for a 2nd chance on levels. Shame on you for ruining a great game.
This is the third time we have opened this game as we love it. But getting only three lousy points for finishing a level is ridiculous. It takes forever to accumulate enough points for those more difficult levels and then it costs so much that is depletes your stars for further hard levels. Most games are very generous with points for finishing a level so it makes for a fun game and longer playing a game. So why not up the points to make it worth while to keep this game playing going. You need to award more points . At least 50-100 when finishing a level. Keeping interest in your game should be a first priority. We will play this for awhile and then probably delete it again. Please do something about point, stars earned, to keep us playing!!!!!
It seems like this game is rigged to take paid stars away without you using them. We suspected this for a while how all of a sudden we were missing stars a few hundred points at a time. We just used the 100 stars to kill a row and it used 200 instead. Why is the tech industry filled with crooks now!?
We paid to remove ads, yet for the second chance we have to watch ads? This would be fine but 60% of the second chance ads dont allow us to the second chance. They arent ads, but an immediate close option that forces us to go to another ad. This again would be fine, but it goes back to the same ad over and over. After 15-20 times of the same ad we are forced to continue in an endless loop or quit the game and start the level over. Then there are times we watch a 30 second ad only to click the x and its still doesnt give us the second chance, but forces us to watch more ads that are another endless loop leading to us being forced to close the game. The ads would be ok (except we paid for no ads and it should count even with the second chance) if they actually led to the second chance after watching one single ad. These people are just taking money for the remove ads option. Total waste of money!

Horrible music that cant be turned off. When the game allowed bottom banner adds, now there is noise/music that cannot be turned off. Ruins the game.
Except the ads wont let you keep going!! We keep having to exit the app because there is a glitch when it comes to the ads… Very frustrating. They end, they pop up… Click the button… Same ad runs… Ends… Back to the beginning… Again! And again… Ads still blocking from continuing to play… Very frustrating!! Keep deleting the app but nothing fixes the problem.
The app itself is fun, but this app producer cares more about their ad revenue than they do about the enjoyment of the game. 1. There are at least two ads with every level, and recently they added a third pop up ad that just comes up in the middle of play, and sometimes just in the middle of aiming, so that it throws off the game. 2. Furthermore, in our experience, most games that have difficult levels – there is a way to solve them without paying extra money if you really work at it. But you can pay extra money if you give up being patient or it is too difficult. In the case of this game, many many levels are impossible and cannot be solved even with patience, but the only way to solve them is by paying money in toward buying stars. Please, game producer, do not force ads on us even popping up in the middle of levels, or force 2-3 ads on us per level. Furthermore, do not force us to pay money to buy our way out of levels that are difficult. This is not an ethical way to run an entertainment company.
You spend more time watching ads than playing the game. Its so annoying that its no longer worth it.
We enjoy the game, but the deeper you go the more gigabytes it uses. At level 800, it had taken up over 25 GB of space on our phone. Super addictive though, we still love it!
So full of ads you have to watch ads to even play 1 game and for a 2nd chance and for the next level…. Oh and get this… The 5 second ads dont count and WILL NOT let you progress through the game watching these… So what happens when all you keep getting is 5 second ads?? Yea just happened to us and we had to exit our game Id been working on for a while… This app use to be great but now its just loaded with crappy apps and theres nothing we can do about it…. Used to be a fun gamenow when you watch the commercial the game doesnt give you your second chance! Wheres the zero star worthless game option?? Dont downloadits a waste of your time! AND.. When you click on the contact the developer option, it takes you to an unsecure website!!
At higher levels, such as over 700, the second chance stops working most of the time. It has become unplayable. They need to fix this right away.
Thought this would be a mindless thing to do when we had no internet. Well was fun then got to level like 200. At some point they doubled the health and its almost impossible to win. You are just playing the same level over and over. YouTube the answer? To bad it was 123 health in that video and yours is now 192 despite being the same level. You have to watch a add between every attempt and if you arent spending money on the in game currency then youll just hit a wall of unplayable content. Keep scrolling. This isnt the mindless game you want.

Over and over and over, force players to view an ad for some reward, and then refuse to give reward for watching the ad. This app should not be allowed in the App Store. They are using the system, and are ruining the reputation of both Apple App Store and google ads.
Its a fun game for sure. Worth the $3 to make the horrible horrible annoying ads go away. Then… Its just kind of a one trick pony. Spoiler alert. You earn 3 stars on every level no matter how well you do. If they were to update this game and give it a storyline and accomplishments that build to a bigger reward… And additional incentive to play beyond the cool bedlam of all the frenetic balls going crazy… It would be a great game.

This game is really fun and challenging, but, even with the paid version, there are ads and they are persistent and annoying. Once we finish this paid level, we will discontinue playing this game.
This game was great for a long time now but Im about to delete it. We got to level 3925 and the levels are now completely impossible unless you spend money on stars so you can get help during the game spending 100 stars to use the little exploder help button. The game did not get gradually harder it just out of nowhere turned into a possible levels unless you spend money. Its really sad the developers would do that just to force you to spend money. Oh well just one more deleted app.

The game is fun but so many ads is crazy. You play one puzzle and get and ad and so on and so on. Not worth playing.
Great game but it makes you watch a 30 second ad after EVERY LEVEL.
Not a bad game but by Level 10 the 30 second commercials became too much. You end up playing for 10 seconds and then waiting for 30 seconds for the commercial EVERY ROUND. Some advertising is fine for a free game but this is too much.
Having a 30-second ad after every single level is overkill and user-hostile.
