It is good but more improvement.
A great game, recommend everyone check it out – but it is held back a bit by how often ads come around. Rather than a one time buyout of ~$5USD, the only options are monthly or yearly subscriptions which seems a bit crazy to us. We first tried this game about two years ago, and while building your actual building is an interesting feature, the thought of having paid enough for a AAA or two in subscriptions for it is definitely questionable. Sorry!
We forgot to mention that the game runs poorly. We have an iPhone 13, so its not like our phone is old or underpowered, however after awhile and especially once got get under sprint 60 percent battery it starts lagging a bit and even crashing from time to time.
We played the game and its a fun game but it freezes and crashes when our phone gets overheated when playing it, we hope the game can get fixed to prevent it from happening, there are many things to add to the game such as spin off shows when the player show becomes successful or actors causing problems with the player that leads to tabloid stories which makes the player to fix the issues with the actor or fire them.
We want to start this review of by saying this is a FANTASTIC game. The developers clearly care about it, and as this is a passion project, they knocked it out of the park. We can really feel how much thought went into this, and Im kind of amazed. Great job, developers. If youre looking at reviews to get a good basis on what the game is all about, its a game where you are able to create television shows (quite obvious, from the name). There are a number of genres you can choose from, Horror, Sci-Fi, etc, and your company is competing with other companies for dominance and viewership over the Television Industry. You can choose which difficulty you want to start out at; whereas ai studios are more viscous, random events happen more, pitching chances are decreased, Episode budgets are more frugal depending on the network you choose, and the like. Genre type is a huge factor, so just make sure whatever show youre making is part of, or one of the most popular genres that month. Main Cast members you hire are expensive, so dont always go for the more experienced one. Episode count also seems to affect the budget your episodes get, which we honestly wasnt expecting and is a nice little detail we appreciate. All in all, this is a fantastic game. We sink many hours of our free time into this game, and we intend to sink many more. With the constant updates, if there were any negatives we may have had, they disappeared long ago. Issues like veiwercount being an unrealistic 0 for some shows, and episode score requirements being unreasonable have all been addressed, and the devs are doing this not out of profit motive, but out of sheer love for the game. There are ads every once in a while, but thats a minuscule amount to pay for a game like this. You can remove ads by signing up for a monthly membership, which we honestly might do because we want to support these guys. In fact, we were going to write this review a few days ago, but the other day they just released a new update adding the ability to write your own premise of your show, cleaning the UI up, longer episode titles, and bugfixing. This is a fantastic game, and Im glad to have downloaded it in the early stages of development and watching how it has changed over time. Thank you devs for creating this addictive experience, and thank you all for reading this review. With that, Im now off to recreate Babylon 5.
We love simple sim games. Part of growing up on SimCity 2000, Roller Coaster Tycoon and Lemonade Stand. We truly think this game is a lot of fun and am supporting it financially so that the dev team can continue to add features. It has a lot of potential beyond what is currently fun to play!
This game is highly recommended!! They are always working on updating the game!!! Our only complaint is we are tired of all the ads, we understand you have to have them but seems like Eve 3-5 minutes an ad pop up and we must watch it for 30 seconds or more.

This game is a lot of fun. Its super easy to spend a ton of time playing, and the devs are active! Seeing frequent updates and bug fixes is super reassuring, and their transparency plus involvement with their players means the game is constantly improving and getting even more addicting.
We hope to add awards and nominations to the works, and adding an Emmy would be ideal.

This Game sets itself apart as one of the few turn based simulators on the App Store, and The ONLY TV Based Management Game Currently Available & this game delivers on EVERY ASPECT. Although much features and improvements are needed, the team is highly dedicated and heavily supportive of fans suggestions and wishlists. If you love management games or simulators, give this a try, You Wont regret it.
We put this game to rest for a month or two, and when we came back we were astonished! This game is headed in the right direction, this game is completely different then what it was before. If this game receives constant attention and updates this could very well be our favorite game of all time. Its soo good, we will say for beginners its a little hard too understand some concepts, but besides that this game is criminally underrated and you should get it ASAP!
We play a lot of mobile business sims and this one tops it all.
We wish they were titles and differences to what type of show you do. For example, when we do animated, it shows actors extras and all that stuff but it should really show voice actors and all that stuff we wish there was a variation based on the type of show youre doing.

Its an awesome game. Its easy to learn and its fun and addictive.
Writers/directors/etc dont seem to grow in their fields; and the pools are small so we see the same names when we hire/audition. Theres no reason/incentive to change a writer or director from episode to episode (which would more accurately reflect real life). Actors are hired on an episode by episode basis rather than locked into series contracts, which again would be more true to life. Consultants are useful in theory but in practice are money sinks. Its the start of a good game but Im four years into it and can see its going to be a lot of grinding the same stuff just to make money; theres no deeper end game we can see.
We had been looking for a game like this for a while and was super excited when we found it!! After playing 34 in game years, this new update killed our studio and we lost all that progress because we had to build from the bottom up, and didnt have much cash on us at the time. Other than that loved it!
We feel like this game has potential and we cant wait for that potential to be explored. Our only problem is that we cant make another show. Its like once we make one show Im not allowed to do another show. We dont know if Im supposed to wait or not but we cant make a show at all. Even with a showrunner.
We love this game. Super fun to play when im bored. Our first show just hot renewed for its ninth season. One suggestion, we think it would be more fun if you could name your episodes. We just think that would make it more engaging for us. Great game!
We enjoy the game and especially now with the new update but we had a few ideas which could be implemented into the game -awards for different categories,best actor,best sci-fi show etc -be able to have more episodes in a season and not be limited to 13 -be able to have contracts with actors,directors,writers,and also streaming services -able to buy and create a streaming service -be able to have subsidiaries -able to choose a city where our studio is based on -able to choose a filming location -be able to create our own custom script -be able to also buy "rights" of other shows -be able to create movies.
We love the concept and new updates, but for some reason this is the only game on our phone that makes our phone heat up like crazy and then starts lagging soon after. Not sure if this is just a personal issue, but it just seems pretty constant in our experience.
We really love this game and its layout. Been playing it for over a year now but it has barely been developed due to budget reasons. We really want to see this game thrive and reach its potential. We were thinking maybe yall could collaborate with another gaming company to bring this game into faster development. It was just a thought we had. Im sure there are many other game developers that would love to work together on this game.
Its a very fun game that runs really smooth and doesnt have many bugs. But we just feel like its missing something like we said its a great game and its very fun but we just needs more.
We used to play this game non-stop but the funding plan that was chosen awhile back really turned us off and made us feel like we wasted our money. The game has a lot of potential. The developers need to make money but there were and are better ways of doing that than what they chose. Put ads in and allow people to purchase a no ads version, or something along those lines. There are a lot of things that could be added to the game but rn we want to see the longline options to be removed and there to be just a custom longline option. Being forced to choose from the generic options can be a bit of a roleplaying killer for us. Overall, good game and Im excited to see what happens with it.
This game has and will always be a great simulation for a tv empire, but theres wasted potential and you can see it in plain sight. The 5 or 6 log-lines that your forced to pick takeaway the element for a custom simulator. This game could be a lot better if the devs got more money to expand. ADD ADVERTISEMENT IN THE GAME. Youll make a lot more money then you would have if you dont have any adds. Also add a add on that if you dont want adds you can pay to remove them.
We love this game but when you get far enough, it gets really glitchy, and when you have a lot of shows at the same time, the actors just end up sucking cuz we’ve already pick the best ones we think they should make a 2nd TV Studio game, id definitely download it.
The game is good, we like playing it to waste some time. But it lacks a lot of things, we think you should let us make movies. And interact with the cast members and people involved with the move or show to see what else they are making. And you should get the rights to buy off other shows or movies.
First, off the developers, we would like to start by saying we love this game and thank you for working hard to bring us fans enjoyment. The biggest things we see that could he worked on is the natural disasters and things that cause a delay in our show’s productions it happens so often that it caused us to go bankrupt also with our writers going we’ll and laptops breaking it happens so much that we never have a chance to earn our money back so we think you could turn the likelihood of them happening down a bit. Second, although 10M is a lot to start with we think you should make it more because 10M, especially in the beginning goes up pretty quickly, especially to players who still haven’t gotten used to the game we’ve seen many others say it’s so hard to get back to 10 so maybe more will give them wiggle room and third more ways to make money and more interactions with networks and such for us personally we really wanna see a Revive system or reboot where a show that has been canceled of yours can come back also a pick up system where is a network cancel your show another will offer to pick it up. It will be great if you could read this thank you.
It is good it is just way way to hard to make money and keep it. You lose way to much way to fast and may you compony rest in piece if you click the next week button one time extra.
This game is awesome and waste time but our only issue with this game is as soon as our studio get to level 5 we always end up bankrupt and have to replay the game all over its a little frustrating especially when we put a lot time and effort into leveling up.

We love this game especially because it didnt have the annoying ads of games we dont want however seems like the new ads has just gotten in the way of playing the game. What are the ads helping.
This game is good and we like it, but what is annoying is the ads. We get thats how you make your money, but after almost every action is crazy. The game has been so unresponsive ever since yall put them in, our phone keeps freezing and slowing down after we play for a minute and we have the latest iPhone so that shouldnt happen. Please fix but overall good game.
We would love to have custom descriptions Be able to name your episodes Negotiate before a show gets cancelled Be able to market your shows Have a news section And have review embargos and stuff. And see your streaming views past 4 weeks.
We used to play this game so much a few years ago. We saw that there was an update and decided to pick it up again lol. The only thing we wish was better was the quality of the actors, or at least a lower minimum score. We have a soap opera that Im trying to make the pilot for, and most actors that come to the auditions are in the 60s/100, while the minimum score is a 90%. For weeks, we were doing auditions and we could only get actors in the 80s/100. The only genre that we can do really without going out of budget are animated shows, because they have low minimums.
We dislike this we tried it to many times you can only lose profit on this fail of a tycoon game stay away.
Hello your game is really great but some more features would be nice and also adding more networks to pitch too but overall its great.
This game could be up there with the best tycoon games with game dev and others just add new features and a little marketing and it is gonna be up there in the top 100 free games no doubt.
