We cant login in to our account through Facebook getting an error saying the app is not accessible right now, even though we know it is working.
Help! We cant get into the game with our Facebook Account. We uninstalled Epic Seven and Facebook and it still doesnt work it keeps saying Error App not Active. Please help. What is going on?
This game is incredible, graphics and animations are absolutely amazing. We love this game but lately every update really bothers us as lately when they update the game Im signed out of our account for some reason and the worse part is we cant log back in as it begins to say error. Please fix this small bug.
The game isnt loading anymore stuck on the main screen.
Starts out very fun the game looks great but soon becomes tedious and unfun with almost no content aside from story. But dont worry most of the bosses in the story are so annoying and tedious that if you arent paying hundreds of dollars you have to heal stall them for over 25 minutes just for them to kill your whole team in one move. Please just balance the game in the story its not that hard.
We like the game but it doesnt take away from the fact that we were scammed out of your commercial that gives yours a promotion code for 1m gems just to only get a 100 using the code really didnt appreciate that the game barely gives you anyone new other then that the game is ok we guess.
Game is fun but chapter boss difficulties severely limit progression and are just not fun.
Whats the point in having a tank class while all bosses are immune to everything and when they attack all you can do is to pray that they dont hit your backline? Switching equips cost gold is the most counter-intuitive thing ever existed. Its not like upgrading the equips are easy anyways, Im lvl 60 and barely have a team with full lv 15 equips let alone that you have so many different contents that require you to have different units. Making players life hard is not the way to go. This game is heavily pay to win.
For the past week we cant login Im just stuck at the loading screen that says 0.0 connecting Even after deleting and redownloading the game forgetting our network and restarting our router its still not fix and customer support isnt helping.
You added spirit blooms adding another wall to grind threw to evolve anything!! Including phantasmas.. Way to make it not worth the time.
Our app has been stuck on 0.0 connecting for a MONTH now and this new update didnt fix it. We’ve uninstalled a bunch of time and nothing changes. Tried on a different phone and account and nothing.
Also 60 vs 50 level and some time level 50 wins.
Once upon a time it was a good game. They havent adjusted the meta forever, RNG is far too prevalent and they dont seem to understand balance anymore.
Changed the entire exp system and runed the game for new players, literally had all the materials for another six star and that ends up getting removed.
Past few updates have ruined the game . We’ve played from day 1 and a lot of the changes up till now were tolerable . We have all basic characters and majority of the ML and we’ve spent 3 years stuck on the same abyss level . Past 2 months content has been cut and paste , the community has dwindled because the makers are so busy kissing up to streamers and outside the game stuff its like theyre forgetting about the other players .
Game will not let us login with Facebook. Just tells us the app is not active.
We downloaded this game like a year ago and we havent got over it since, until this recent update. Everything that we’ve worked for just meant nothing and devs are just finding new ways to make you spend your buck. Time to find a new gacha game!
So far the game is pretty much what im looking for. Lots of story and so far, no problems of running into a pay wall. Hopefully it stays true to that!
The summoning rate is very awful. The mystic is very hard to find. We brought all the packets that have mystic about 250$ plus, but it doesnt close Enough to get only one ML that we want! When you have custom mystic event, should you give players some mystic? Or increase a little bit summoning rate when player summon a lot? If we dont get hero before event end, we need to stay all way from this game!
The game is so much we had to redownload it on our other device cant wait to reaquire our characters thanks a bunch.
Even though we dont think im gonna play this game,i LOVE the sound opening for the ad. The game in general looks actually fun to play and we do recommend it even though im not going to play this game. The sound is very catchy and we love the beat and voice. And if we were an official song(it might be?)i would deff listen to it daily. Plus,the animation is AMAZING!! And the graphics too in the ads!! But really, this game just actually looks very fun to play and it seems to be like an adventure game. And those are the types of games that we love!! We sadly wont play it though bc of work and we really just dont have the time. But either way, we hope you do at least try and play this game.

Epic Seven is a persistent endeavor. But we’ve made good friends and created a great top 500 guild. Collecting heroes is fun and challenging, getting their equipment leveled up and upgrading them is rewarding. Beautiful graphics and no connectivity issues ever. Great amount of content and real time arena and pvp is very entertaining, rage inducing at times yes, but very entertaining. Recommended to 3 of our irl friends and we play together and have fun. Great game.

We read some of the previous reviews, and some of these people are crazy. We are mostly f2p, and the amount that we’ve spent isnt even enough to buy enough skystones to get a new character, but we’ve never had the problems that they say theyre having. In the pvp arena we lose, but that can just be written off as not having good enough equipment. Sure you have to grind for it, but with the new background system, the grind doesnt even affect very much. Not getting characters that you want can just be associated with bad planning and having the skystone burning a hole in your pocket. If we had any complaints, it would be that the beginning quests are too easy, so it makes it difficult to get past.

Had this on our phone since release. Its it is one of the best gotcha games we have played. Until this week! *Angelica *Montmorancy These characters need to be banned or not allowed to be a single opponent or adjust cycle times for abilities refresh. We have noticed a heal and shield loop in the arena As you can do damage but with the opponent only using one character the refresh time and cycle time is quicker allowing them to heal and shield as a cycle until they damage you little. This can cause a match so long it will break the arena and just stop the match after 10 minutes. We are very upset as we do our daily and have had 30 to 40 consecutive wins until we run into this loop. In the card world we call this broken! This will ruin your game if it is not fixed. Please Fix.
We just redownloaded the game but there is something wrong with the loading. It has been saying connecting for the past 30 minutes. We deleted it and redownloaded it again but the same thing happened. Please fix it.
Great game overall, but cant help but few stuck in mid – late game. Also, its becoming P2W as far as summoning EVERY CHARACTER in the game and having top tier equipment amongst most of them. If you dont aim to be #1, then these probably wouldnt bother you!
We’ve been playing this game for 3 years. Loved it. Spent too much money on it and still loved it. But for the past year, we keep waiting for the devs to fix issues, make quality-of-life updates, listen to feedback andnothing. The power creep of new heroes is out of control. Theyve seemingly run out of new ideas to keep the game fresh for players who have been here a while. Theyre mostly targeting new players and if youre not new and not into PvP, youre out of luck. Theyre even needing some of the more fun aspects of the game, for some reason. Its honestly sad to see the game fall apart like this.
We called it about a year ago that this game and its horrible RNG and power creep were going to be the end of it. We dropped the game about 6 months ago and tried it out again and noticed there has only been like 3 new units released that werent collab units and there is zero new interesting content. The RNG is so bad you can farm for hours for gear and gold and roll nothing but low stats or stats rolling into useless stats that the piece of gear doesnt need. Each unit released has to power creep the last and the devs have zero interest balancing the new unit or bringing up other units to counter the busted ones. We wouldnt be surprised if they announce a server shutdown by the end of this year. There would go their 10 year plan lol. Do yourself a favor and go play a better game from a Korean dev group like Blue Archive or even Nikke. We loved this game and used to buy the weekly and monthly resource packs but the devs being incompetent and not listening to the communitys complaints of the severe RNG has made us lost all hope for this game. You will be missed e7.
Months of progress lost after update. Have not been able to recover game. After update, game had us login and account had been reset.
Decent story and graphics, completely ruined by gear system. It costs a lot of gold to move gear from hero to hero, $3 worth if you are buying gold. You cant play new heroes because you cant move gear around. Heroes are completely useless without gear. You can only get gear in one specific dungeon which they expect you to grind for thousands of hours and its not even usable starting off and RNG ruins most gear. There are no competition or activity brackets for new players. You will be locked out of most content other than story and miss most of the reward materials you need to progress. You can play just the story but youll get trapped by all the time wasting systems in the game.
Gmail transfer to different device you start back at rank 1 and lose all your characters whatever money you put in game.
The game is honestly terrible there are so many better games to play even on mobile which says something community full of whales and furries no thanks.
Not really worth your time unless youre more into the story of the game.
Was loving this game but after all the time and work we put in waking up to a new user login and now all of sudden we cant find our account we worked so hard for anywhere cant recommend anyone play this game knowing you might possibly lost all your hard work we never cheated and played fair so its not worth playing anymore Ill update this if they ever fix the issue somehow.
Horrible PVP balance either you paid $1000+ dollars for the 6-8 top META heros or you are hard stuck challengers. They screwed this game with evasion dual attacks and counters leaving everything to RNG idiot devs.
Rng rng rng. Glad to see we can come back after months of quitting and still see the stale meta that revolves around a couple units and unnecessary rng sprinkled throughout everything and anything.
This game used to be good but now its just unbalanced garbage where the only thing that matters is speed and having the next op unit.

This app is the best app for fillers in your day to share with friends, and it feels like Im the anime its self! All of these missions have been so much fun! We are a F2P player of 3 years in this game and got all the limited heroes by farming. They also listens well to the players. Just one thing tho. Balance team needs to improve. Overall, 10/10 for this game.
The game is so animated and so cool you can do everything in the game and theres cool animation to the characters are fire. The characters have a good style and theres a lot that you can do in this game.{
