This was not working at all earlier, blank blue screens with nowhere to click. Its better now. However, we think that as in the eterna.org site that Ive started using, it would be a great help to have temps in each loop. We know that you could keep looking at 5he total temp for each modification, but seeing all of them makes it so much better when figuring out how to make it work.
This is an engaging difficult game and a good review of high school biology. However, when we try to access the screenshot feature ingame, its blocked by the window displaying the requirements for the level. Its really frustrating, especially since we cant submit screenshots to the chat for help. Also, the options under the menu with the three horizontal lines can only be accessed by clicking directly on the icon: it would be helpful to make the label for each icon selectable as well.
The game is a great simulation of RNA sequencing to learn how medicine is made. We love the puzzles, and love that it walks you through. But when you reach the 2nd lab and complete it it forces you to go to the website to play the rest of the game. Like, Im already in the app, its right here. Just let us play it here in the app, dont force us to open safari to go play it there. That defeats the purpose of downloading the app in the first place. Trying to play a game in safari is low performance and forcing someone to play it that way detours people from wanting to play it, especially if its meant to be a mobile game, not a browser/pc game. Im uninstalling for now, but hopefully this strange oversight will be looked at and fixed, maybe Ill come back and finish what we started.
