New bonus courses will not open.
Our club points have been screwed up for 2 weeks. We’ve reported it multiple times – each time receiving an automatic "we’ll get back in 24 to 72 hours" email with a number of questions concerning the problem. Each time we’ve answered it, but there is no further contact from Big Fish until we send in another trouble ticket and get the same response. Do they even HAVE a support staff?
We love the structure and gameplay but this has a braying, fatiguing monetization path. Being forcefed videos was a huge turnoff and by the third one, we deleted the app.
This game used to be fun. However, it seems that as you get deeper into the game the only way you can win is if you purchase extra items, especially if you use up all of the irons, etc., that you earned throughout the game. We expect some difficulty but not to where we are contemplating purchasing support items at each hole. We are disappointed. We finally deleted the game off our devices.
Good game, but if you have any trouble with the app youre out of luck; you can create a help ticket, but getting anybody to respond isnt going to happen.
Game is old and dated. Nothing new in years. Customer support is non existent. They have not responded to tickets in months.
Love this game but the lack of support when there is an issue is inexcusable! Our team did not get Level 5 rewards and 3 days later – just crickets. The game is great but if anything goes wrong, you will be very lucky to get assistance!
We understand that the developers are incentivized to get people to use power ups during play as a means for people to buy them with money in the App Store. But seriously, if you have to pay to win a game why would we play? (This really only applies to the latter levels in the game. The first levels are incredibly fun.)
We will continue to give you lousy reviews until you fix our game. This has been going on for weeks. Do you really expect our team to be patient forever. Not fun & we have been playing for years. Fix this.
Love this game and play everyday.. Lately no video to watch to obtain free gold clubs, what gives?? Says not available come back later.
This game freezes up and nothing works when you touch it. A couple minutes later it starts working again. Is there an upgrade to fix this?
Not only are the videos way way way too long, now they freeze up and you have to restart the game. What is wrong with the developers??
We love this game and have been playing for years. BUT now lots of problems, games freezes and you have to close the game and reopen, losing what you have done. Worked with help folks but the just quit responding. VERY DISAPPOINTING!
We’ve played this game for years, why am we now being forced to watch ads to play new courses? The no-ads gameplay is why we stopped playing other games and continued to play this one.

We have played this game for years and loved it. In just the last week they have started putting in more ads. Almost at the end of each round there is an ad. Very frustrating. Thanking about deleting the game forever. Not worth playing now.
We have had this game a long time. We were just prompted that there was an update, so we updated and went to play and all our levels up to level 199 and all our coins almost roughly 298,300 were all gone and we are steering at the very beginning. Very disappointed and upset.
Been playing this game for years, all of a sudden game changed and we lost close to seven million dollars. Very upset and would not recommend this game to anyone.
You should just offer golf bucks or erasers. This game has been made so much more difficult and Im pretty sure its just to make more money. We have been playing for a long time and its absolutely ridiculous how much harder it is.
Watching ads to purchase clubs ect was fine. But now that ads are required to even play a hole its a huge turn off. Ads are much too long for the rewards offered and frequently cause game to freeze.
On the main the puzzle now has so many blocked cards and such, it is impossible. We have been trying for four weeks and cant get it! We give up.

It is very difficult to understand why a survey is on your commercial list of items that does not have a cancel button. It keeps asking us questions that we do not want to answer in any way but does not have a release button to close it like other ads. We have had to close the game 5 times in the last half hour and restart game in order to play. Can a cancel button be added to this item so that it can be closed like other ads? Game is great just this ad is a problem. Thank you for your help.
Ads are whatever at this point. But check who you are advertising. Almost all the ads (especially anything Royal Match) always break the game, permanently silencing in-game sounds and music. We hate having to constantly restart a round. Seems like a game issue perhaps as most ads are likely coded the same where its basically 3 ads in 1 (ad within a pop up with an ad).
This game used to be so much fun years ago. We just decided to start back playing it and Im very disappointed. Its nearly impossible to win or get a decent score anymore without needing to use a million clubs and spend thousands of coins for extra cards. More stress than fun. Might have to let this game go again unfortunately. Games these days are getting awful with greed. Just let us make a one time payment for a decent game geez.

Frequent freezing of game makes it necessary to shut down iPhone an restart again. Recently this is so frequent that it makes it impossible to play . Our iPhone is latest version and is updated as required by Apple. Suggestions?
We used to enjoy this game but the ads have become too annoying. Too many of them require three or more clicks to get out of with long pauses in between. Im not interested in Royal Match. Enough already. Ill find a new game (and it wont be Royal Match).
Its just like real golf, it rewards you only when you spend a ton of money and punishes you when you dont.
We dont like when your ads hijack our device and take us to the install screen. If we want the game we know how to install it.
Hello At first we loved this game But now there is a lot of problem our ads have been stopped for three days If you don’t do anything, we will not put our system volume for this game we will delete it.
We used to play this game all the time. Looked it up last night to play again and we’ve had to remove it three times in under 24 hours. Bummed because just wanted to play on our lunch and breaks here at work and all we have done is fight with it. Wish it was the same dependable game it was in past.

Love the game, but theres a glitch again. Landscape ad wont go away after it has played. Even if we download that game ad wont leave. We have to delete app and redownload or reboot phone. Sick of such problems. Please fix our favorite game again !!
Levels are most of the time doable without powerups and if you have to use any its not much, plus levels do not require lives or cash (like solitaire grand harvest or solitaire tripeaks journey which you should avoid both) and you can earn bucks and powerups EASILY!!!
This game will be so much fun to play on the Mac with Apple Silicon. Please bring this game to the Mac App Store.
MAKE IT AN OPTION TO OPT OUT OF CLUB PLAY. Am we misunderstanding the accumulation process? Mostly enjoy the game, because its for personal relaxation and stress releaseIts not to play for social interaction or to challenge othersso we choose not to join Club play. Unless Im misunderstanding the accumulation processits consequently especially frustrating that It appears a portion of our efforts to earn points/ rewards in the daily games, and especially the various treasure hunts, are being accumulated in the Club totals, which even though still show as available in lower right corner, actually are not available.. Unless we chose to join Club play to redeem those. Even more frustrating is that periodically those are wiped from the Club accumulations, so the effort to earn those rewards is down the drain. Stop penalizing those who choose NOT to join club play.

We love this app. The reason for the 3 stars is that we downloaded the free version years ago. We just went to play it again and found that we had to pay for it. The free version is no longer available.

Problem with the bonus courses for quite sometime. Been playing this for yearsnand we love it but imdont get credit for our bonus wins 75% of the time.
Stamp freeze to reset (annoying)i believed made in America was desirable but these bugs are not.
This used to be our favorite solitaire game but now its filled with ads that repeatedly take you into the App Store after tapping the X on the screen to go back to the game and there is no way to opt out of ads. Ruined a once great app.
We dont mind an occasional ad when playing, but the game gets hung up on the ads and will not let you return to playing. Restarting does not solve the issue most times. Please fix this. Never used to be a problem.
This game isnt as enjoyable as it use to be. The courses are complex and impossible in some cases to get close to par. Some courses you start out with 9 cards that you end up using to unfreeze or cut through weed cards. The. You have to use clubs or buy clubs to win, thats not fun. Its not about skills or strategy anymore, they stack the cards against you to try to force you to purchase golf bucks. This game was exciting at 1st, with originality with the commentary and sound FX. Im not going to try to beat course by buying a bunch of clubs. Like we said thats not fun. Clubs.
Total cash grab. Levels are impassable after just a few courses, unless of course you spend money on boosters. They have also added tons of additional content which seems good but the courses are loaded with obstacles that are tying to force you to spend money to buy boosters. If you are looking for a non-frustrating, non wallet vacuuming solitaire game, look elsewhere. Its a shame too because its a really clever idea but devs intentionally make levels impossible to generate spend.
In our opinion this USED TO BE the most well engineered game app. Creative, challenging, wonderful graphics. Youve ruined it with all the garbage game advertisements. Sad!
