Edit 9/17 Now can replace the lightbulb in front of Mangiafuoccos house, but the stamps dont stick over the images on the resulting postboxes. Sooooooo frustrated!!!! ____ Like martek54 and pookie8380 cant replace lightbulb so cant continue. Please fix soon! We really like your games but your tech quality has slipped over last several months. Quality of art and story both really nice, but the continual tech issues are frustrating.

Bought this game, got to the postcard puzzle and the stamps wont stick. Same problem others encountered that is STILL not fixed. We contacted the support guys who were not only rude and obnoxious, but never fixed the problem! We cannot believe they are still in business.
When we download and try to open it on our iPad the game tries to open and then disappears. Can you fix this.
We deleted the 1st version because of the issues. After your most recent update we tried again. Im not able to access the card, artifacts or photos. It does show the amount found but nothing happens when we click on them. We tried to open the collection when the pop up appeared but it closed too quickly. Am we the only one with this issue?? Id love to play it but Ill wait for an update again. As always thanks for a purchase game rather than F2P.
Cant replace bulb. Cant move forward or back. Fix it, people are out money on all.

Fun game but when we tried to unlock, it wouldnt let us! We deleted and tried again with same result. We want to play!!update!! Now cant replace lightbulb! Getting tired of having to try and try again, please fix.
What has happened to the quality of your games lately? We used to love your games with no issues. The last few games have had multiple issues which gets very frustrating. In this current game the gnome hat froze in its place when we cut the glass, had to start over. One of the hidden objects is behind the hint button, what sense does that make if you can never click on the object. In the bonus chapter, we can NOT pick up the beans so can go no further. Very disappointing.
We are unable to replace the bulb in Chapter Two. We have deleted the game and reopened, started from the beginning and the same thing. We purchased the full game and now out money. We are reading of a lot of glitches. Obviously, you have not fixed them.
Got to chapter 5 now we cant get the glue or wire after we pulled the level on the box. The box fell down and now we have to start over. Not very happy. It was a great game until that happened. Dont know if we want to start over.
First no Gnome Hat. Deleted now cant get lightbulb out to replace. Have deleted and redownloaded three times. Same issue.
We were enjoying this game.until we had almost completed it and we got this horrific message: profile corrupted.all game progress deleted.NO EXCUSE for this.do not waste your time on this game.
Cannot change the lightbulb in chapter 1-2 of the game. Deleted and downloaded the full paid for version but still cannot replace lightbulb. Frustrating.
Was hopeful we could play just one game from this developer without glitches. Even made it to the bonus chapter. NO we WILL NOT TAKE SCREEN SHOTS AND E-MAIL THRM TO FIX YOUR PROBLEM. TRY RELEASING GAMES THAT WORK IM NOT ON YOIR PAYROLL SO YOU SHOULD FIX YOUR GAMES.
Cannot purchase at this time error. Probably for the best because this developers games are always super glitchy. We only played the trial period because we couldnt purchase full version. During the trial there was a popup ad to buy a game from this developer that we were forced to click into because it had no x, and it kept showing up in our browser. Very sketchy. Deleted.
So how am we supposed to play the darn thing.
We would write a review of this game if we could actually purchase and finish it but when you hit unlock game all you get is cannot purchase at this time.
