Price in store says 4.99 but is actually_49.99 this needs to be fixed asap.
Tried to play but our pets never sleep on the main land and so we can never get them to do anything on it unless we buy more pets then they also dont sleep.
We enjoy this game quite a bit, but the map would be easier to maintain and to create merges if you had the ability to summon all of one type of item into one place rather than dragging them halfway across the map. For example, touching to highlight an item, and in the bar where the description, sell button and trash buttons are, if there were another button, like a magnet or something that would gather all of those items in one place without causing them to merge. The map got too cumbersome so we havent played in a whilebut that would be a huge help!
We enjoy the game but there are a few things that we think still needs work on aside from having a better way to contact the developer. One is being able to access the cloud to beable to register so its able to be switched between devices(mine just keeps showing the loading one the cloud icon) and be able to zoom in and out better ot zoom out just a bit more to see more of the map.
We lost a lot of gem payout when the ap crashed for two weeks in Dec-Jan. We had purchased the daily payout and could not collect during that time. Other than that its a great game we enjoy playing. Wish there was an easier way to contact you about this situation.
Just started this game and we love it. BUT, we went to buy a chest that said $4.99 and got charged $17.99. Then we clicked on one of the pink/purple clouds for extra spaces and saw that it said $8.99. Ok, cool. We can do that. $22.99 was charged to our account. We hope this is a fixable mistake.
The UI for this app is a bit lacking since the notch and rounded edges of an iPhone it makes it very irritating to play sometimes since buttons go off the edge of the screen.
We have sent this email twice, with no response. Just had a major snafu. We used a bunch of coins to purchase a whole lot of Gladiator Dragon eggs so that we could get (5) Level 4 dragons. Then we merged them. Our total pet power dropped from 15xx to 1349. So, now we have to build all that back up again. Can you restore us back to where we were? We will not play again until youve had a chance to look into this. We cant seem to find any kind of ID number. We’ve spent quite a bit of money on this game. Its very frustrating.
This was our favorite app and we were excited to play it during break, however, every time we click on the app it immediately crashes. We tried everything, deleting it (and all our progress ), updating our phone, restarting our phone, and whatnot. Nothing works and it still crashes. We dont know what to do. Update: the game works now but we had to restart because to our fault we didnt back up our game. Its just a disappointment because we were looking forward to playing events but now we cant because we have to wait until we get enough pet strength. We are lowering our rating because of all the issues this app has had and how it took a very long time to fix the issues and that no developer has reached out and responded to peoples feedback.
We can’t collect our purple gems. They can’t be sold or deleted and they have totally clogged up our map. We can’t contact support so all our game play is wasted. Tilting LLC website doesn’t even have the game listed any longer, so it seems clear that they have given up on it.
The game is broken and support stopped responding two month ago. Too bad because it had potential. But elements freeze and lock up the board making the game unplayable.
This app was down the Christmas holiday and the new update that we did today that came out yesterday fixed the automatic closing but in doing so it deleted everything we did we had close to 80 stars and over 1000 and pet power and now we have nothing our homes, our trees, our iron our coin bases they were all at level eight and now we have to start over so Im seriously considering just deleting the app.

We’ve played this game for almost a year now. After this last update the game crashes before it can even open. Im hoping for it to be fixed soon so we can continue to play. We love this game and am very happy with it other than this.

The game just crashes when we try to open it on our iPad. We’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and it keeps doing the same thing. We have had a blast for over a year playing. Its been 3 days that the game force closes every time we open it we uninstalled and reinstalled. Would be 5 stars if we could still play. It is very fun and the events are so fun and cute pets!! Please help.

We’ve really been enjoying this game! The creatures are adorable, the game play is challenging without being impossible, and we look forward to the new events! As we logged on to play the new event however, we could only get past the first locked cloud. There is no item to open the second locked cloud! Was this a glitch or am we totally missing something? We would love to continue this event, the creatures to obtain are very cute!
The constant upgrade arrows above some items is really annoying and gets in the way. If we want to upgrade them, Ill click on them. Also when Im playing camp and the arrow keeps trying to get us to play the levels pisses us off. What is the point of having the camp if yall keep trying to make us play the levels when Im waiting to be able to.
We love this game but we hate the fact that the pets in your base falls asleep so fast and when you dont have enough goblets youll have to either use your gems or wait a while for it to refill and whenever it does its never enough. It wouldve been better if it had an option to watch ads or something to refill it or at least take away 15-30 minutes off the waiting time.
Had a problem with Salina she asked for something she never Asked for before today , she had asked for things we could make, win or buy from store to trade Salina but today she wanted to raccoon eggs which are rare ! We bought 1 for 20 gems when u started and havent seen any since and then she asked for 2 and before we knew it we had sent them like we usually do we automatically trade Salina as soon as we long Im in the evening but we only had 1 she wanted to trade to and honestly we didnt want to trade at all but cant find a customer support button or a undo button and dont want to lose our rare egg ! Please help ! So disappointed:( !!
We really love it because its all different kittens thats our favorite kittens or cats smile.
We loved playing then game then we got bought enough nightly cats up to have two level four and then they all disappear and makes us not want to play.
We love the game about half the time. We hate that special events jumps so quickly to need 5k to 10k orb energy to free it up. Our sole bigger issue right now is we cant get past the Far Lands level. We defeat it the number of times it indicates and just starts the level all over again. We are about to give up on the game. We have defeated this same level a minimum of 20 times and is wanting us to do 6 more. No thank you.
There is no way to report a problem in game so we have to leave a review like this. And it is a bit glitchy, like you use gems to double or get extra items / pets and you dont get them.
THANK YOU. We had a problem and it was fixed in less than 24 hours. We find this merging game easier to make progress in than any of the others we have tried. We intend to finish this one making it a first for us. Thank you again for the great support team.
The recent update and temporary quest (dont know what else to call it) does not work. You cannot collect the points and when you do the rewards are not sent to your home base as promised. Cannot find a way to contact the developer nor can we find our username on this game to report the issue.
Does not give you the rewards for watching video adds Takes way to long to gain any endurance No point in playing.
We started playing the game and love the creatures. We’ve got 108 stars and broke our original device. Went to move this game and cant save it anywhere to do so. Theres no way to link it to Game Center, our apple account or Facebook like other games. Please make the game moveable.
Its not super user friendly- the upgrade bars are in the way and constantly get tapped accidentally. The objects are often in each others way and hard to see because the ones in front block the others. The pets are cute but get bizarre looking as you level them up. Eggs have to be merged by hand and cant be merged in the same place you can merge hatched pets. Wicked annoying. The events quickly go from interesting and a good time killer to unplayable. Im not spending ungodly hours harvesting orbs to unpoison a single tile because its 5K or 10k. Especially when the pets will just aimlessly wander without auto-harvesting. Or when they do auto harvest they seem to only go for the lowest possible flowers instead of the higher level one we put so much effort into getting. It should also ask if youre sure before merging pets in the air- we’ve accidentally merged pets when we were just trying to move them out of our way. You can also tell that they borrowed 99% of their ideas from other merge games- they didnt even bother changing the names of things. It was ok but Im not putting any more time and definitely not our money into it.
We enjoyed the game. However, now we major problems. The game loads extremely slow and occasionally not at all. It also has problems after it has loaded.
The game looks nice and is similar to games like Merge Magic/Dragons, which we like, but it takes up so much more space in phone and is incredibly laggy every time something moves. We keep the game downloaded because we like the creatures designs (the entire reason we play new merge games), but Im avoiding it until it becomes less laggy. Theres no reason we can run Merge Magic 100% fine but this game does not run as well. We didnt want to put this complaint in a review, but we tried to reach FanPets facebook and email, with no response.
Enjoying the game but just noticed that every time we complete levels and watch videos to be able to get certain items for free, it has been taking away gems so Im out of them now and dont want to spend money to buy more.
We downloaded this in hopes of something pretty cool but we have yet to play it. As soon as we open the app it kicks us out.
When we try to load the game on our phone it wont open the game at all wondering what we should do looks like a fun game dont wanna delete it.

We couldnt get the game to stay open. After clicking the icon, it shows the opening screen then at the loading screen it shuts down.
