Community Insight:
Canfield is always our first choice for solitaire. There are so many Klondike apps and we were happy to find this. Something that surprises us is that any of the three cards drawn from the stock can be playednot just the top card. The instructions for the app reflect this also. Ive never played Canfield that way with a physical deck (only play the top card of the stock, not any of three drawn) and didnt know that this was a variation of the game.
Love this app! Waiting for developers to update to work on the recent iOS update.
We like that it is more challenging.
We like playing a new version of solitaire. We feel like our brain has to work a little harder in this version.
We like because you can leave a space open. We still only play top cards on pile but get a few more wins than if you have auto fill on 4 base cards.
We have installed a lot of Canfield apps in the past, and this is our favorite. We like when we tap on a card, it takes it out, and another card replaces it. Best game ever.
Challenging game! Keeps this octogenarian on his aching toes! It's one of our card games favorites! Tricky fun!. Single or double deck gives extra variety. Ol Sarge.

Love this version of Canfield that can be won 25-30% of the time when it gets good. 4 stars due too Quirks of playing black cards like jacks on top of black Queen etc. But still makes it fun to play. Marvelbox: PLEASE update this game to play on we OS 14.6. It make waiting at the Dr. Office for appts more bearable.
Enjoy the game but it wont work on iOS 14.6. Need to be updated.
Sometimes allows you to place cards onto spots where they should not be allowed to be placed; for example black ten on a black jack, red 7 on a red 8. As long as youre honest the game works fine, just seems a little sloppy.
Works well but interprets the rules very liberally. Easier to win than classic Canfield.
Why does a three of clubs play on a four of spades??? Very frustrating to have to remove cards that the program misplayed.

Please update this app! We cant play it anymore! We have iOS 14.6.
Hopefully the developers will fix this fairly quickly! But right now (4/28/2021) the application wont work with iOS 14.5.
Since we updated to os14 the game doesnt load but keeps crashing. It also sometimes put black cards on black cards which should be illegal.
Needs to be updated for iOS 14. Doesnt open.
New layer. Jacks were at the top but wouldnt allow them to be put there. Game needs serious work. Hit even said that o put jack at the top but it accept the card. Frustrating. Games is hard enough to play w/o it not functioning properly.
Uses your location even without permission and with location services turned off to target you for local ads. Unacceptable.
