We usually love games by this developer but its done so sloppy it takes the pleasure out of playing them. Requesting refund.
Cannot get the dish. Reset 3 times. Bombs every time. Lost our money on this one.
Please, stick to neutral themes. There is no need to brainwash people with your sexual preferences or at least have the curtesy to let the customers know so that we decided whether to buy the game or not. We had to delete the game before finishing it.
We are disappointed with this game. The hidden object scene in the ambulance will not allow us to complete it, so we’re stuck. We tried sending messages to the technical assistance bot but it just tells us to rephrase the question (Which we did several times). If this issue cannot be fixed, we would like a refund.
We have played lots of these games, and many by Domini but this one will absolutely not get past the Hidden object game in the ambulance. We paid almost $9 for this game. Ridiculous. We’ve never had this problem with a game before.
We could not continue the game at the HOP in the ambulance. The basin cannot be picked up at the end.
We got as far as the ambulance and it wouldnt let us collect the spit bowl!, and we paid full price! Please re emburse!
This game was BY FAR the best game from Domini that we’ve ever played, and we think we’ve played them all. Im not only saying that because its free. Its delightfully long, the storyline doesnt get complicated, weird, or hard to follow, all the mini games were refreshingly unique, not too difficult, but not boringly easy. All in all this was such a great game. We loved every moment of playing it and we cant wait for a new release.
Game is fun but theres a glitch in the ambulance. The bike pump is still there after we inflated the balloon thing and we cant get rid of it to move on. Please help.
Started out very fun but as soon as we bought the rest of the game we got stuck because we cannot finish the find objects game in the back of the ambulance. We found all of the objects but cannot pick up the final item and therefore cannot move ahead. Also the bottom of the screen is too sensitive as others have said.
Chapter 4: Hall – use gloves to pick up joystick. We did that, but the joystick isnt in our inventory. Cant move forward without it.
This game wont even progress past us trying to pry open the ambulance door. Let us not forget that the hint button does not work. If we press it, the map comes up. We want our money back.
Cant get past the ambulance. And for Pete sakes do not reply to email the developer like all the other complaints. Please just refund our 7 bucks.
We to have a hard time getting through the ambulance search. It happened after we paid the 6.99. Dont tell us to reach the IT department. You need to contact them and get this fixed!! We also will not ever buy a game from you until you get this fixed!!
The main game is great. The bonus game has issues you cannot move pass after feeding dog, you are supposed to feed dog then play game but it throws you back so you cant go any further you have to play that game and it tell you nothing more to be done in every scene unless you finish that part. We emailed the company already and are waiting for a answer. Update now its worse now you cant get pass the h.o. In the hospital you cant pickup the hospital dish in the end. June 7 finally fixed, played the whole game bonus game works now. We just wish we did not have to go through this with almost every game. The game itself was quite good so we would differently try again .
Great game! We loved the story line. Side note: we do want to say we are disappointed with the remaster games the company is putting out. It is like you are running out of ideas. There is no real change to the game and it tries to recharge if you bought the original. Smh. Stop remastering games and just produce new games like this. We have been a customer with you for over 6 yrs when you were with Big Fish. No more remaster please.
UPDATE June 7: we have raised our rating to 4 stars after a prompt fix of the error. You need to reset the bonus game and it will play through properly. Thanks for the rapid response Domini. Stuck in the bonus game after feeding the dog. No way to proceed after that. We were enjoying the game up to this point, but now disappointed because we have yet another flawed game from Domini. Come on – get your act together!
It was more of a guessing game for us to figure what comes next, even with the tutorials. But we did enjoy the surprise of things when they turned out. A few things that were suppose to work (like the rubber glove on the broken electrical wires) didnt work after many tries. And we knew it was the correct answer. It only worked after coming back the next day and it was the first thing we tried with the help of the hint button….. The both items had glowing circles around them and were easily moved together asI knew they should be. We are new to this kind of game, so maybe we just dont know the secrets to finding things out….. But we sure am enjoying it. We expect in the near future, they will ask for a real $$$ payment to continue the game. That is when we will delete the app and find another. We only play FREE games and never use real currency on any game.
When you get to the ambulance, pick up the leftmost scissor first. If you pick up the right one, the game will crash and youll have to delete the game then start over. Now, lets see if we can get through the rest of the game with no further crashes.
Bought game. Love it until we fed the dog in the bonus game. Then nothing. All hints say nothing left to do. We can’t do anything after we fed that dog.

We like all the games and the way they are set up but we wish the full version of the games could be for free and not just part of it because in our opinion whats the point of even posting the game if you have to end up paying to play the rest?
Having trouble with hint button needs to be a little easier have trouble moving back button.
We are trapped in the maze, not because we cant figure it out, but because when Im standing at the hole in the floor, we have to open our inventory to access the boards. The problem is that every time we attempt to select the inventory we are sent back to the prior screen. Can you please fix this frustrating issue? We were enjoying the game up to this point.
We were really enjoying this game until we needed the joystick. We had already gotten the glove and picked up the joystick from the cactus plants, but when we went to use it the joystick was not in our inventory. It vanished, and along with it our hopes of finishing this game. Disappointing.
We were enjoying this until we paid. Now we are stuck. Completed HOP in ambulance but cant pick up the earned item. It is also really sensitive towards the bottom of screen and takes you out of the HOP. Not the end of the world. Please fix so we can enjoy the rest of it…. Or refund, please.

At first we were excited to see that Domini had released a game that had a crime theme, as opposed to fantasy. But once we played, which was after the update to fix the fatal error, we were extremely disappointed. Its unfortunate that this game, which was intrinsically an enjoyable game, was so fraught with technical issues that it ruined the entire experience for us. Several mini-games had to be skipped because they did not function at all. In order to move past the ambulance HOP, we were forced to switch to the match -3 option. There was a lack of touchscreen sensitivity, causing us to second guess myself when applying inventory tools which were actually the correct ones. One issue that really annoyed us was that we had to close out zoom zones with the x rather than tap outside the zone. Thats totally ridiculous and outdated. The HO scenes had a nice mix, and there was a good variety of puzzles/games. Sadly, many of the games (especially in the bonus chapter) had to be skipped and we would have enjoyed those games. This game was somewhat light on mini-games and the game was quite brief, inclusive of the bonus adventure. When not dealing with problems the gameplay was actually entertaining, the storyline was interesting and the tasks were enjoyable to complete. Inventory usage was innovative. The gameplay interface was awful. The hint button was so large it obscured areas of interest and it was too close to the map. Even with the collectibles we felt cheated. There were no fun descriptions in regards to any of them. We feel like Domini threw this game together but did not put any love into it, and certainly caused us to endure a technical nightmare. How many times do we have to endure brief games with glitches and fatal errors before we just give up? Domini, fix your issues! All of these issues ruined the game for us. Our true rating will be 2.5 stars. We hate to rate it so low, but Im being objective and it was miserable to play. Plus we see problems in every Domini release. For the price we should have a wonderful gaming experience not ruined by poor quality assurance! In addition, where is EIPIX? We still havent received those games, as promised and we need them! We deserve some answers, good, bad or otherwise. Arent you all wondering the same thing? You should contact Domini and ask them for answers, because we certainly have not been getting any. Update: Elephant released a new Grim Tales. Supposedly we will get an Artifex Mundi release sometime this month, but we havent seen anything on the App Store. Happy gaming everyone!
Too many problems. There was an error in one of the first HOPs that forced you to complete the HOP with the alternate game to get the basin. One mini game could not be played as one of the controls was behind the skip button. Difficult to toggle between some scenes. One mini game just did not work at all – we had to skip.
We had trouble getting the basin in the ambulance. Now we got the joystick but it did not show up in our inventory. We are stuck. Really hate to restart the game especially since we dont know if its been fixed. Very frustrating.
We mean, this would potentially be a really fun and enjoyable game. However, the bottom of the screen is so sensitive, that Im constantly trying to click on our inventory, and instead going back to the previous room/scene. Im at a point where Im trying to stand on a chair in a living room, and we spent 5 solid minutes trying to click on our inventory, but instead kept getting sent back outside the house over and over and over, no matter how careful we tried to be. That pretty much ended the game for us, as we were too aggravated to finish. This almost seems like a design flaw. You shouldnt be clicking on the exact same spot for inventory and to return to the previous rooms. It had so much potential!! Now Im just ticked off we spent money on this game. We wont be doing that on any of these games again.
There was a glitch in one of the first hidden object scenes inside the ambulance, and hints led us nowhere. Couldnt do anything with the scissors or air pump, so we had to switch to match-3 to get the basin object. Some of the minigames also had glitches, and touch sensitivity was off.. :/
This game is SO Screwed up – Now its the ambulance hidden object scene with the pump. Cannot even progress! Have tried to contact customer support numerous times with NO response! There is No excuse for this & certainly NO way to treat their loyal supporters ( who are going to fall by the wayside if things dont change!) Hope you read this one Domini!!! Last week we purchase Fatal Evidence Cursed Island and really enjoyed it so we decided to go ahead and purchase this one. Im very sorry that we did as its been one problem after another. First, we had to restart the game 6 times, Im not kidding, 6 times to get past the ambulance in the beginning which was frustrating enough now the patch tape is stuck and we cant fix the radiator and we absolutely refuse to restart this game, because Im so far into it and now Im beyond frustrated!!! These arent the only issues, the tazer shot the cop by itself and the character kept touching the thorns and making that ridiculous noise even after we went to something else. These are the things we remember. The storyline is okay and the graphic are good but the glitches kill this game. Id really like our money back! Dont waste your money until they fix these glitches!
Great story line! We love games with REAL people in them. We are not a fan of games full of mythical creatures, fairies, magic dragons, etc. Please offer more games like this!
