We enjoyed the teaser for this series of escape games and we enjoyed Episode 1. We were enjoying this until they started slipping in obscene words. Why???!!! Do you really not know any other words? Now we are hesitant to play Episode 3 and we already paid for it. Grrr!
Wish we hadnt bought it. Bumming music, slow controls when youre being timed. No storyline. Too many puzzles going on at once it gets confusing.
There seems to be a problem with the first "blox" puzzle. We’ve entered in the shapes correctly several times and have even consulted walkthroughs to make sure we were doing it right, but nothing happens. Can’t get further than the first puzzle. Super bummer.
All these years since the release and we never wanted to try this game… Because we didn’t care much for episode 1. But just recently purchased it and we’re super impressed with this episode 2. Hands down better than the first episode. Creative and intelligent puzzling. It requires logical thinking and keeping notes.. So recommended more for the die hard escape adventure gamer.
This episode pulled out all the stops! It’s longer and much more in depth, giving you access to explore larger places. We found the puzzles to be just as, if not more clever and challenging. The reason why this is our favorite in the series is because of the storyline. With memories, and exploring Jason’s past and childhood, you begin to connect with the character and also learn more about the others. Glitch Games knows how to deliver you the right amount of information. Not too much to where you lose interest, but only enough to leave you guessing and wanting more!
We love the Forever Lost series, and this is a worthy second chapter. Its longer than the previous game in the series, and even more challenging. The puzzles fit neatly into the story and are part of the environments, which we find far more interesting than your standard hidden object/slider puzzle/combination lock puzzle games in the genre. There are plenty of great puzzles in Forever Lost 2, and we didnt find any of them to be so frustrating we couldnt solve them without hints (although putting the game down for a while and coming back with fresh eyes helped). The atmosphere is spooky, but its obvious that the developers have tongues planted firmly in cheeks, which lightens the mood (and occasionally provides solutions). We found the SD version to look just fine on both our iPhone and our iPad, and it didnt hinder gameplay in the least, but we guess if you have the extra $ to spend on HD, why not. The game experience is definitely worth it, either way.
Long and intricate, very well done. Even better than 1st one. Really enjoyed it, starting 3rd one now! Definitely well worth the price! Love the camera to let you take pictures of clues (can even write on photos!), briefcase to scroll through items held, free hint system, fun and challenging puzzles, good atmospheric music. Had no issues even on older iPad mini. Love these developers, so fun! This is the standard the other games in this genre should aspire to.
This is a good game but almost impossible for a person who is color blind to play it. There are too many puzzles involving color and no provision for color blindness. A lot of games today are providing for this but not Glitch. Our wife has perfect color vision and still had a hard time getting the flower pot puzzle. Two stars off for this and no more Glitch games.
We never had any glitch issues at all. This is game is absolutely stellar. We love it and can’t wait for 3 to come out. The story is great, in depth, and challenging. Absolutely worth the buy, we would pay $60 for a console version of the series any day. Keep up the great work and hurry up with Episode 3!
We were hesitant to buy this game because our experience with episode 1 was pretty so-so, but this game ran much smoother and we have no major complaints. Playing v. 1.2 on a 6s plus we did not experience any game-interrupting glitches. The game was really long for $2… We spent most of an afternoon on it. A lot of the puzzles were really clever (occasionally to the point of being totally obscure) and we had a few "aha" moments, which is a fun part of playing these type of games. There were even some funny little jokes built in. We do not love the "plot," but the feel of the game is good and there are some parts that are outright creepy, which we like. We’re usually pretty stingy with 5 stars, but this was such an improvement over episode 1, and such a long and complex game for the price, that we think it deserves it.
We liked part 2! It is much longer and is just challenging enough to keep us engaged without getting frustrated. The many many hints are helpful when you need one!
Incredible, absorbing game. Don’t listen to the bad reviews. We didn’t have any bugs with anything. A must play!
Love this series, but 2 was our favorite of the 3 out to date. If you liked The Room or intricate puzzle games with a great vibe, interesting storyline, and intuitive but challenging puzzles-this is your series. They also have a few others that are fun like A Short Story (which is still a full length game) and Ferris Mueller (pop culture punny).
Screw those naysayers and whiners. We played this game few times and enjoyed immensely. Can’t wait for 3rd installment!
We feel it’s almost redundant to review a sequel, but this game deserves it! More backstory, new locations, same quality puzzles that require you to ‘think outside the box’
Please come out with episode 3 we would totally buy it!
It’s been a little too long since FL2 came out. Get off your butt and get the next episodes out, you’re being ridiculous.
We are a bug fan of escape games, and we were very impressed with "cabin escape" which first introduced us to this story of Jason and Alice. Hooked at the thoughtfulness of the game, we were more than willing to purchase forever lost. The first one was very fun, but we have to say the second episode blew us away, and if couldn’t be happier!!! There were no software problems either. Very well designed game, and makes us hungry for more :D.
If you’re having trouble with this… It takes a downward swipe, not just a tap. This is very unintuitive and should be explained. Otherwise, great puzzles, environment, and story as in Episode 1.

Ok, sometimes you have to open it twice to start, but other than that, this games is incredible. Is Forever Lost 3 out yet?!!!!
This game was very well done, very creative and thought provoking, and long. That’s really nice to see in a game that you’re going to put your time into. So overall, we enjoyed it. The storyline never is explained, but it’s interesting. It starts getting hard to follow the clues to solve the puzzles though, especially at the end as there are so many places and objects and clues up to that point that it’s hard to keep track of things, and we kept using the hint option mainly just because we were tired of having to remember everything that that clue could possibly go to. But overall, very well done and clever.
A lot of fun but you can’t get the final thing you need because gimp doesn’t accept the code word. Please fix this! Other than the fact that due to the bug you can’t finish the ga,e it was a lot of fun.
We happened across episode 1 and loved it! Episode 2 was going great until now – it won’t let us swipe the key card in the courtyard door!! Very frustrating to see it’s been a problem for a while… Please fix it :(
The first puzzle does not work. Is there any plans to update this app? We loved the first game, and we want more!

We’re sure it would be great if we could get past the logo screen. So glad we paid $2 for a logo screen!!!
3 months between updates and they still haven’t fixed the swipe card bug in the courtyard. We can’t proceed with the game if we can’t use the card. We love the gameplay itself but your app support is less than stellar.
Don’t waste your money on this. The first puzzle was impossible. Why would you make the first requirement to hold NINE buttons in place at once?
Well, we downloaded part 2 HD yesterday and with no luck after 5-6 tries to play game no luck. So, decided to try the SD version and again no luck. We really liked part 1 and couldnt wait to play part 2 but no luck! Anyway, cant write a review. Will hopefully get to play oneday. Just a little money gone bye bye!

We couldn’t wait to play part 2, but whenever we tried to load the game, it crashes and quits. We still want to play it so bad, so we hope they fix it soon!
Too many glitches when played on iphone. Glitch Games…. How appropriate.
Seems like it’d be fun if we could get past the 1st room. We are unable to press the buttons, so we can’t do anything. Very annoying. We won’t be getting any similar games.
We can’t seem to make the knobs go up when you have to have 4 knobs in the right order according to the glass plate. Uninstalled and re-installed twice, still not working.
We bought and install on our iPhone 3GS iOS 6.1 was not able to open game. Glitch? Need fix. So hopefully we can play the game. Episode 1 was great.
We bet this game would be great but it wont let us play the game it keeps crashing at the logo screen.
We thought the first was freaking fantastic. But our mind is blown how much better this one is. We think our head might explode if the 3rd installment can top the previous 2. DOWNLOAD this game immediately. Why this isn’t in the top 10 of all the games is beyond us. Buy it now!!

One of the best adventure/puzzle games we have played in a long time. Reminds us of Dark Fall-The Journal, etc. Great graphics, storyline, easy interface. Love it!! Hurry with episode 3 please!
One of the best adventure games we’ve ever played. It wasn’t easy. We don’t use hints, and there were many times we were totally stumped. But then, once we had that AHA! Moment or discovery, it was pure delight. So many devilishly clever puzzles and dilemmas. If you’ve not played episode 1, play it first. If you’ve played ep 1, you must play this one. It seems longer, with the puzzles at least as good if not better. We can’t wait for ep 3.
We really like this app! We got Forever lost one back in December. We just got Forever Lost two. One glitch that we want to point out is the red block puzzle in Jason’s Arcade. Ours always glitches up and we can never solve that puzzle.
We CANNOT wait to play this game but even after the recent update, it still refuses to open sometimes. Also, when it does open, clicking on the hints closes the app.
We loved episode 1 and we are mesmerized by episode 2!!! It’s simply Genius!! Can not wait for episode 3!!!
