We love the graphics and also its really fun.
It keeps saying sever error and we cant even log on.
We wanted to play the game, but we IMMEDIATELY went back when we saw you couldnt customize your character or even choose their gender. If a MMO has no customization options, than we dont wanna play it.
People cheats using speed hack in this game and the GM doesnt care. We provided screenshots evidencing the weaker players beating the stronger players in damage despite the wildly differences in stats, something that is enough for for other games to decide whether the players cheated or not. But the GM here doesnt even know the basic of game stats and kept making excuses for the cheaters. If you want a game where the GM monitors fairness and know how to do their job then dont play this game. We would give 0 stars if we can.
We can't login game by Facebook! It's been 5 days we can't login with our Facebook account. Game support so bad, we never play any games from eyou game.
Its a good game if u have a lot to do in real life. Im able to daily quests while still going through our work day. If your looking for a good game without it being completely hands on this is it. The only downside is its a fairly new game so customer service is t set up and they are slow to respond. Any in game issues that arise often go unhandled. A lot of bullying happens and no one really does anything. It is a heavily pay real money to get ahead kind of game.
We dont know how to use gift code, but the game is great.
The visuals in game are astounding and the ease of game play makes this game really fun.

First off, we love this game, its similar to another we played and stayed with until they deleted it, and Ill probably do the same here. Our only issue is that it crashes multiple times every single day. We keep needing to reopen the app and start over with whatever quest we were in, and thats getting annoying. We tried deleting other apps of our iPad to see if it was a space issue but thats not it. Also tried hiding more things in game to see if that helped but it didnt. The app says its compatible with this iPad so Im not sure what the issue is. If you guys could figure it out and get back to us thatd be great! Thank you for your time, and thanks for this app.
Our giftcode we received in a text to download the game does not work. It keeps telling us there is an error.
EYOU must be the Kamino of the App Store universe for as many clones its put out. Novolands, Jade Dynasty, Mystic Realm, Celestial Fate, Luminous Sword, are essentially all the same game with different plots and improving character graphics. The environment is flat like most of the Chinese themed EYOU games and you can essentially be afk as long as you like. EYOU devs need to play games like Dragon Raja or Lineage 2 to learn how to do this genre properly.
We entered the game and suddenly all of our data is gone.
It wont load up for us, we were hoping to play this with our boyfriend, but only he can play.
The app freezes and is not showing us anything except for the startup screen. Is there a way to resolve this.
You keep putting new stuff to make money but its not much people playing each server. Im in server NA66 we only see people in our clan. Instead putting new stuff in the game try to merge the server. We put too much money in this game now we regret doing it cause it is so boring. No people. Little players.

Liars and thieves. Do not top up in this game. They will cheat you. It deserves to die off.
Been playing game a few days and am locked out of our account. No scheduled maintenance either. The weird thing is we can get into other servers just not the one where our character is. We have contacted support multiple times and no response. We wouldnt recommend this game or similar ones from this developer thus a 1 star rating.
After playing a few days and charging in the game. Suddenly today, we cant log into the game??? Even tho it shows our character on the sever list. We have tried to email no reply. We tried to GM system on the log in page… No reply.
Game is awesome. The support suxs. They rip you off and and dont help you. They just take your money. Advise: DONT SPEND NO MONEY ON IT. Because if you dont get what you pay for they WONT make it right like other games do. We messed up and it happened to us.
