An ad today had a sniper on a roof aiming for a man with a gun to a person's head. Dont we have enough of that in real life without advertising it in a game? Where are your ethics as a company? Anything for a buck.
This used to be a great app but now ads pop up in the middle of the game. Not only is this annoying, but it costs us several seconds on our time just to wait until we can close the ad. Im seriously thinking about finding another app with this game.
The only thing Id like to see to improve this game is for the picture/puzzle thats revealed by winning games to be changed to a new picture after its been finished. The fact that we know it doesnt change should let you know Ive enjoyed playing it enough times to uncover it (many times over, truth be told).
We love the game, its the ads that we hate. We dont think we should have to spend $20 to remove them.

It was fun until the ads started interfering constantly. Im okay with ads being in a free game, but when they get in the way of play this badly, youre GONE. Its not like there arent a dozen or so versions of Free Cell to choose from.
We know it will not make any difference but we will say it anyway When purchased some time ago no ads now we spend less and less time play If we wanted to watch ads we would watch tv About ready to just delete the app if it concerns.
Its a fun game with a large enuf interface to play on our iPhone.
This latest update has made the cards much smaller and impossible to see or play on our IPhone XS Max. Tried deleting & reinstalling & still too small. Restored purchase (ad free) & now getting adds. Never again will we buy from this developer.
Too many interruptions and we believe we even paid money one time to stop that and then they updated and the ads came back.
Ads wont go away after you win a game and you have to completely close out the game and go back in to start another game.
This used to be a good game to refresh after long day. Now intrusive ads cover the game rendering it a pain to play. Worse, now the app asks you to confirm your age each time an ad plays. We understand ads are required but to have to do a confirmation each time an video ad plays is adding insult to injury. NO LONGER WILL PLAY THIS APP.
Why is it the cards don't move when tapped 1st, 2nd time, up to 6-8 times!? Obviously there's a connection because cards move slightly each time they're tapped. Still they sit there . . . Something needs fixing. Yours is only freecell game with this issue, this bad and we switch often one to another.
This was a wonderful game until we had to update. New version tosses ads out when you restart and between games. Ditched it in frustration.
The top card in all the rows are to close to the top of the screen so you cant grab the card or you end up pulling the sleep screen down.
What did you all do to the size?? Its so tiny we can hardly see it – why the change.

We have enjoyed this game with ads for over a year. Now every break has a request to go ad free at a pretty high price depending on device. Nice game but not worth that kind of money when it's just Freecell. Developer needs to understand this not a unique concept and adjust their income expectations.
This version is the best! We are addicted.
This is the best of the apps, only complaint is that we paid for premium no ads and am bombarded with ads! Esp on our iPad. Otherwise would be 5 stars.
This used to be our favorite game, but over the last week or two, there is a very long lag time with the responsiveness of the card when touched on the screen. It is so bad that we quit playing due to frustration. There is no update available. Surely, this is happening to more people than just us. We have a new iPhone so we know it is not our phone. Please fix this.
We promised ourselves we would stop playing this game after complaining about the game slowing down or seize, especially just before an ad was getting ready to load. It was fixed temporarily but has now started again with the same problems. Ive played this game since we first loaded it in 2011 and hate to say goodbye the good features and our stats but it just has become too frustrating to have a consistent game without screwing up our stats. Also, we will not be extorted (even though $2.99) is not much, to buy the upgrade.
No real support makes this game torturous! Im finally deleting it.
Super slow after latest update.
The ads pop up and cover the game so you have to keep moving your phone from horizontal to vertical to make the ads move so as to not cover the cards. Annoying. Only started happening after the update.

This is the most realistic card game on our iPad. Its challenging and fair.
We love this game, but some updates havent been tested thoroughly and end up having bugs of their own. Developers do seem responsive to reviewers though – the latest buggy update was itself fixed after a couple weeks. If this was an essential service app, that delay wouldnt be acceptable, but its just a game, and a free one at that, so Ive bumped our review up to four stars again.
A recent update placed ads on top of the cards being played and prevented us from playing the game. The bug has since been fixed and we can once again play. Our thanks to the developer for fixing the problem.
Adds Used to be at the bottom now after update august 2018 they are covering the top cards. Can't get them the **** off the game. We'd pay for an add free version but don't see that option. Play on our iPad in landscape FIXED!!!!! Wonderful response from the tech support team / developers. No more problems. Never had such support from a review.

With the latest update, mid September, the problem with ads appearing at the top of the screen has been fixed, and this great game back to being our favorite. Kudos to the developers for their quick response to this problem.
The ads cover part of our board when we turn the phone sideways.
We used to play this for hours but after updating it now stops your game to advertise other games. Its very disruptive.
Until the last update. Now there are full-page ads that come up, covering the game and you cant exit the ad unless you play the game that pops up or close and restart the app. Update 10/31/18 the full page ads are INAPPROPRIATE. This is a game that kids can play – there dont need to be ads for games where sims are having affairs behind the back of their pregnant wife, nor ads with videos of scantily clad girls advertising a dating service app. After thousand of games, Im uninstalling.
The pop up advertisements are probably going to make us quit this stupid game. It makes it we possible to make a move. Ill never update the game again as thats when it starts back doing it even worse. You have to turn the phone sideways to get it to move to the bottom. But that only lasts for a few seconds and then it does it again. Just horrible.
One of the most challenging games we play regularly. We win about 60% of the time and have better success on our iPad than we do on our iPhone. We like the option to be able to backtrack and retry on the same game. Keep up the good work.
You might want to look for another version of FreeCell. This game freezes while youre playing it all too frequently. Although the clock freezes with everything else, when the game starts working again, the clock jumps ahead. This is not good if youre trying to beat a record. Also, we paid to have the ads removed, but theyre still there. When Ive finished the Quest, Ill find another version.

Fun game to play but the new adds now are really annoying.
Love this game. Have played almost 5000 times. Latest version supposedly corrects ad placement in landscape mode but makes it impossible to play game in portrait mode. Cmon people. When youre in public – how many people do you see holding their phones in landscape mode? This is not a video game. Its FreeCell. Give us an ads free option if you cant correct.

We purchased the ad free version long ago. Today the game was overtaken by ads that cover up the game and make it inoperable. Even with the update, we cant play due to these annoying ads. Please fix this problem ASAP! FOLLOW UP: Any word on fixing the app which has apparently been hacked? The game is unusable as is. Our ad free version is overrun with ads powered by Google that cover up the game. Extremely disappointing! Please fix ASAP FOLLOW UP 8/23/18: Thanks for your acknowledgement of the problem. Its still not fixed and now affecting the functioning of our iPad. We had to delete the program. If you get the serious bug fixed, we may consider reinstalling. But we are close to giving up for good. FOLLOW UP 8/27/18: STILL NOT FIXED.
We too am having trouble with the ads, particularly the banner ads. Up until the last week or so, the banner ads were always at the top of the screen and not disruptive. Now they are at the bottom and interrupt the ability to have a new game. We have to close out the app and restart. We have even had the ads over the cards. Not good. Somebody needs to reprogram.
We updated our favorite game program today. There used to be ads in the vacant space on the page. Now the Google ads go across the top -constantly – and make it almost impossible to play Freecell Classic. Frankly, we're nearly ready to stop using Google too! Update: we erroneously updated the game on our iPhone too, today. It is horrible there too – it essentially doesn't work there at all. . We have found someone else's version to use until and unless this version is repaired.
We use to love this game and have ployed for years. Since we last week installed an update we cant stand playing. The update installed ads that interfere with being able to play. The ads cover either the top and bottom interfering with being able to play the game and it also locks up. Stupid thing to do.
