We love the game, but the most recent update erased all progress. It restarted as if Id never played. Infuriating.
When we first played this game we got so addicted to it.
We didnt think id like it but this game is fun, endless events, seemingly endless characters to collect, and fast paced gameplay. We love it . But coins are hard to come by.
Great game just takes a while to progress.
Wish it was easier to earn coin so you can get more pops. We spend so much time watching adds to spin the wheel to earn more coin. Makes it a game we wont check every day.
We enjoy this game and had a major account issue. We were a high level player with a lot of acquired pop collections. Then it all disappeared. We reached out to tech support and they were extremely responsive. Sadly they couldnt restore our account which was extremely disappointing but they sent a lot of free coins and lives to compensate for the loss. Even though we had to start over again their gift allowed us to recover many lost pops and rebuild our account easily.
The weekly event only lasts for 3 days on the ipad.
We love the game but u really need to fix the glitches really seriously thinking of deleting The glitches are getting ridiculous and its absolutely ridiculous that the pops cost so many coins and the higher u get the more u get the same pops..u have to spend 9000 coins to buy the event pops and they give u the same ones so u never finish the event its ridiculous.
We love Funko. We have so many pops at home and genuinely their brand. The loot boxes in this game are designed to scam you. Saved up all our coins for months. Opened six boxes for a total of 36,000 coins. Opened three of the same common we already had in a row. Thats 18,000 coins with no value to us. Or the equivalent of $20. All it taught us is never to spend another dollar on this game. Statistically its almost impossible with all the options it told us we had so we think its rigged. Gives you barely anything to keep you spending. Should be a crime to make you gamble like this when they control the odds. We feel scammed and you should know about it before you waste your money too.
We love it mostly because Im a Funko addict.
We love collecting Funko pops we have hundreds on shelves and when we found this game we fell in love right away if you try it you wound regret.
This game is hint amazing the tutorial and the different pops just wish to start there were more funko choices.
Fun and no need to spend money on in app purchases.
The game is fun and all, but if you have a life you wont be getting any event pops.

Below was our previous review. Since then, we were contacted extensively by their Tech Support team and although they ultimately were unable to restore our old account. They offered enough of an adequate amount of attention and alternate remedying that we feel completely made up for our previous anguish over the issue. The particular support tech who was assisting and checking in with us regularly, made us feel appreciated. And for that, we say its worth our changing our previous one star rating to a five star rating. Many thanks! Old review below Still no response to this request. We loved this game and spent a chunk of $$$ only to have lost all our characters. We are so bummed. We switched to the new iPhone and although other game apps have picked up right where we left off, this app made us start all over again. Im so disappointed, we dont even want to try to get back to the level we used to be. Developers… Is there any thing we can do to regain our progress?

Pls add some anime characters so Im thinking the thing like how you did with hello kitty and you did after 5 days you could change it you know so Im thinking for one called demon slayer you do Inoske,tanjiro,Zenitzu,Nezuko,Muzan,Tomioka and for one called our hero academia you do Deku, All Might, Todoroki, All For One, Bokugao and for one called dragon ball you could add Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, lord beras, Krillan and for one called Naruto you could add Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, Kacashi,hime and for one called one piece do luffy, Zoro, shanks, black beard, sangi and pls do it pls.
This game was literally our favorite but similar to many peoples complaints about most games is we feel like its wanting our money now. The game pattern is now very predictable and yall have made it harder to accomplish the goals unless you play nonstop all day every day or spend money. This whole VIP chest thing where we now have to spend 9000 coins is completely ridiculous and unacceptable. Just so we can get the base level character 3 times in a row. There no way Ill earn all 5 in the weekly collection now. This is crazy. Its not even worth playing anymore so Im not. Hit us up when yall make the came better and Ill consider coming back. Yall were doing sooooo good too SMH our disappointment level is through the roof.
