This app itself is fine and works good, but a lot of the older games are glitchy or simply don’t work on newer iPhones. We feel like they really need to update their older games or get rid of them completely. Trying to go through the games in chronological order is a nightmare so far. The games that actually work are very good and engaging, but please fix these games or discontinue them.
We like this game is awesome from Steve Rosario.
This is such an awesome app. We know if we pick a game from here its gonna be enjoyable. We love the stories and The game play is super satisfying. Would love to find more of these in the future!!

Since the update the app doesnt open. We click on it and it closes. Please fix it! We have been using this app for years without any problem.
The main issue we have with this app is the question marks that appear when you open card packs instead of the pictures of the characters that are supposed to instead.
We cancelled our subscription because they kept insisting we needed to subscribe on each game. We ended up paying multiple times. So, its been aewhole and there are new games and here we are. Pay our money and no access -and no reply to our email. Its fun but they make you work for it in addition to ten bucks a month.
Update 2/17/2023: And the developer responds with a stupid question. This tells us that they dont really thoroughly read the reviews When we received a notification that there are cards ready to view, and the box is opened and there are cards completed, they disappear when we go find them. This happens every single time. What is the point of this little game?
We’ve been using this app as long as we can remember but now we cant even open it so we cancelled our membership since no one is getting back to us so we can use it again. We think its been 6 months! Dont waste your time downloading the app. They wont fix it if you have an issue. They keep promising to fix but never do it. We guess Im finally done.

We love gmehouse games but we didnt get. Chance to enjoy our free trial it kept closing out the games plz re do our free subscription.
We love these games but we reactivated our subscription recently and it hasnt given us any of the benefits Im supposed to get. We tried to contact support through the game and they tell us to email them and then the email tells us to contact them through the game. Just a big run around. Not worth loosing $9.99. Oh and the app doesnt work anymore apparently.
Gamehouse games have fallen off so much over the last few years, and adding you can buy this game in five days because we canceled the subscription that was worthless is just another bad choice made by the gaming company. We really loved all their games and eagerly purchased all the games when they FINALLY put out new ones, but more you guys have gone too far. We dont know how many customers you guys are losing, but you have definitely lost our pocketbook. Do better gamehouse.
This app keeps closing and its very frustrating! Every time we try to open this app it crashes and then closes out. We cant even see anything on it. Please update this app so that it will work properly.
The app will not even open. We’ve had a subscription for years and we have had problems for just as long but now we cant even get the thing to open. The games still dont recognize our membership and dont you DARE tell us to send you an email like we’ve seen you reply to all of the other reviews here if its going to go unanswered, like all of our other ones have.
All the one star reviews mention that when they open this app it crashes. It has been many many months. Please do not tell us the same response: to email game house with game house ID, because the app needs to be fixed, thats it. It crashes over and over again and the r developers need to fix the bug. That is the solution, not asking consumers again and again to email. Its absurd and makes the developers act like they dont care to fix it and in complete denial.
We havent gotten the app to work for months. It opens for a few seconds and then crashes. We were hoping it would be fixed by now, but no such luck. An app that doesnt work at all is very literally useless.

We paid $99 for the annual subscription because we love the games and it gives us access to all the games without having to buy each one individually, PLUS its supposed to eliminate the ads. We still get ads, and when we entered a help request through the app, we were sent a link to reset our password. Not even closely related to our issue. Dont waste your money.
Every time we pull the app up it automatically closes. It is constantly closing. It acts like it will come up but then fails. Its annoying. It used to work but not any more. Love the games but we never know whats new or anything.
We would love to be able to actually use this app, its completely up to date- we’ve deleted and redownloaded multiple times but no matter what it refuses to work. The app can get to the Home Screen before crashing completely.
We have had a subscription to gamehouse for years and bought the games before the subscription feature even came out. Why now are the ads interrupting the games and having to watch them to play the diamond levels? If we have a subscription we shouldnt have to have ad interruption. Why add the pay to have no ads feature now? Restoring doesnt even work. Very disappointed and about to cancel our subscription.

The app crashes when we try to open it on ios.
We are glad there is an app to view all of the Gamehouse original stories, as there are so many. We are a paying subscriber who loves these games. This app doesnt seem to be well developed for tablets which is a bummer; the graphics are a bit blurry on our iPad. Most of all we wish a part of the app either tracked which games we’ve played or had a checklist where we could check off the games we’ve played. It can be hard to keep track over time. Otherwise its a solid, decent app for its intended use.
We paid for a subscription with no ads and we are still seeing ads!! We will not be subscribing for next month and thats sad because we really love the games….

Why am we paying 9.99 a month for the game house subscription to have access to all the games but when we download them to play after several levels it wants us to buy the game? Isnt that the point of the subscription is to have access to any of the game house games to play.

We hold a subscription to Gamehouse and we love the games, but this app is so lacking. First of all, please add a landscape mode for the iPad and iPhone. Its so hard to use it when youre on an iPad with a keyboard attached in landscape mode. Update the resolution of the interface. It looks really bad on the iPad Pro. Make it so that you can mark games that you have installed and are in progress so that you dont have to remember everything that has been downloaded. Especially when you are playing through multiple games at the same time. Let us mark games that we have completed so that we can keep track of what has been finished and how many games are left to go to complete the catalog. This will also prevent re-downloading games that you have already completed, but forgotten about. These changes would make this app so much more useful. Right now it feels like it was slapped together in 3 minutes in a basement with no direction whatsoever. Considering the quality of Gamehouse games we know they can do better and we hope you guys will use our suggestions.

Why do we subscribe to the game house stories and then have to subscribe individually to games paying more money?! So $9.99 a mo for the gh subscription but then each game is also $9.99 a mo cause the gh sub wont sync even after doing the code crap.
We love game house games but Im disappointed to say that we pay for a monthly subscription for years now and the subscription does not register in games as promised. There are still ads & the games still ask you to buy for $9.99. Which defeats the purpose of having a game house subscription. This has been ongoing for over a year now. Fix the problem dont just put a bandaid on the issue by offering a free month.

Sooooo we’ve been playing you guys games forever but now Im having issues going pass the ads like when we touch the X on the screen it doesnt do anything plz fix this.
We are giving one star for all Emily games, and one for all Angela ones. The third star is for games like Sally, Amber, and especially Amy games!!! So… We have been playing these types of games since the very first Flo, Diner Dash came out in the 1990s. We are good at them. Above average. This is not about bragging though. We are only trying to make a point here! Believe us when we tell you your game is rigged to force a person to purchase diamonds. Have you read your customer reviews??? Look at the most critical ones… We are all telling you the same thing!!! You have made this new Season TOO DIFFICULT to advance. It makes no sense. We’ve tried every way… Spent real money… Doubled up on the boosters during a single level… And we always fall short by one heart?!? Not realistic ok. We have always passed every game youve put out with perfect stars. Except for that ridiculous Allison game. Talk about bored to death of that tired thing. Hard pass! Why do you folks keep adding more episodes to these games?!? Instead of make new Emily and Angela games? Do you folks not realize most of the loyal customers you have love EMILY… Thats why most pay your monthly subscription. We realize you want new clientele… Just dont loose the ones who have been 110% loyal to you folks over the years! You folks wouldnt be here if we hadnt spent $10 to purchase an Emily game. Honestly, your monthly subscription does long time players such as myself no good. We’ve played every game in it… A long time ago… You dont release new ones often enough to truly justify a subscription. You would need to release at least one new game per month to make it worth while. Why dont you folks just go back to charging a flat $10 for each game? We thought this app would let us connect our account that we created on their website that Im AREADY paying for to play their games, but no; it doesnt. In fact they removed features (it used to have avatars and coins for some reason and now it doesnt. The problem is removing these makes the card packs that still exist rather useless as well unless a person is really that much of a collector) The Android app hasnt changed yet, which just tells us even more that theres NO cross-device syncing or account tracking. Guess Ill just stick with our computer, then, cause as fun as some of these games are they arent worth paying the SAME PRICE multiple times.
We purchased the monthly subscription a few days ago. It worked perfectly until about two days ago. Im seeing ads again and its saying in the games that we can purchase it even we already did for the month. How can we fix this issue because we’ve went to restore purchases and still says the same thing in the game. Other than that we have no complaints!
We would give Gamehouse 5 stars except for the recent change made. Now, unless you subscribe for $9.99/month, the games have ads that play between every level. Buying the individual games for $9.99 each no longer keeps you from having to sit through annoying ads. Really disappointing.
Strongly dislike the new update. The old graphic representation of puzzle pieces made it much easier to see how many pieces you had left to collect. This new graphic representation is awful.
We have been a fan of Emily, Sally, & Angela since the first games. We’ve bought every game and played them numerous times. We were really excited to see that you have a subscription for most of the games and we would get unlimited play. Yesterday we subscribed and thought we were going to play. When we click into the games they are asking us to buy the game or subscribe after the 3rd level when we have already subscribed. We have the receipt of purchase from the App Store and our bank receipt. We have done everything imaginable to get the games to work: delete and reinstall, sign in and out, turn our phone off and on. Nothing is working. We canceled our subscription this morning, but it says we should still be able to play until September 3rd, but the games still wont work. We are really disappointed.
We are well over the age of 4 and enjoy all the games and stories. They are very entertaining and we feel like we know all the characters personally.
