It takes so many coins to get extra moves and is so hard to get the coins. You need to have more ways to earn coins or lower the amount of coins needed to get extra moves. AND offer to watch an ad for more moves. Its ridiculous and hard to get anywhere without more prizes.
We like this game but you lose because even though you won, it freezes up and you dont get any credit whatsoever!! This happens often in a days time and it also hardly ever gives you extra time whereas other games does frequently.
Last few updates stopped us from seeing our friends and playing with them sending lives. A few other things changed for the better, not having as many glitches but we want our friends back. Ive been working with IT, but we cant do the steps they show. The files under apps and websights isnt there. Not sure they understand but Im frustrated to no end. At level 4972. Im committed and have spent a bunch of money to play. We e lost a lot of free stuff and hours of free play trying for weeks to get help. We Just want our friends back. Thanks Christine.
Rethink the snakes. They talk all the fun and strategy out of the game so frustrating CG.
This is a great game to kill some time whilst at the doctor, vet, mechanic, etc. Ive been playing for years and have found it to be a fun way to pass some time. Ive banked quite a few rewards that we saved for when we got to a particularly tough level and needed a bit of help to progress. We had over 100 butterflies, 49 rainbow breakers, and 47 line breakers. A couple of nights ago we were logged out, and when we signed back in all of our rewards were gone. Ive been logged out from time to time but everything was always fine when we logged back in. Im not sure what happened that caused all of our rewards to be deleted, but its a bit disappointing to find that everything is worked for had just vanished. Docking three stars for the issue.
We still love playing this game after many years. Unlike other similar puzzle games, this game can be quite challenging and we love it.
We love this game it used to be great. Now whenever we get gifted unlimited lives it never works. Time and again, when we try to claim our prize the game freezes or the button doesnt work. We have to restart the game and when we come back the reward is gone. Too frustrating, so we no longer play as much as we used to.
We have never tried genies and gems before as the same game similar that we have played juice jam cookie jam panda pop and paint monsters. We wanted to try genies and gems so we can get a good experience of the game and learn how to play it! This game is very fun and enjoyable for other players too! The characters are cute like Trix the fox is adorable and Jenni the genie. This game is like candy crush because it is a match 3 puzzle game. Thanks. We love genies and gems so much.
Im on level 847 but the game keeps crashing.
We had downloaded this games years ago and had deleted. Now we remember why we deleted it. After playing a while they give you only one option of gems to match. The game is rigged so you cant win.
Is your clocks off? WTH? Last week it was 12 hours at 3am. Seriously.
Ive played this game for 8 years. Im officially at the the end level 8200 something there are no more levels as of yet. It took us back to level 2000 randomly we hope its not a glitch.
As the levels get harder an average gamer must use up help and the help is too expensive. We like the game, got addicted pretty quickly but reached a point where we either play the same level repeatedly. We could easily spend $100 or more to keep going and we choose not to.
We love this game and spend a good amount of money on in app purchases. Recently though we have been having many instances where we will come in first in competitions and dont receive a single prize. Also just made it to the next level on Jennis Wish and did not receive that prize either! We have contacted support many times of the last few days and have not heard anything back. Greatly disappointing.
We really enjoy this game. But recently, the included advertising spots promote hateful, racist, and homophobic businesses. There seems to be no way to report these ads or switch to products and businesses which are inclusive of all players. (That is possible in other games – not sure why no similar options here.) Very disappointing.
This game site is a scam to make the game more difficult so people will purchase and keep purchasing to make it to the next level. Majority of the time it freezes , restart the game and you lost your items.
We love how you need to do a lot of critical thinking in the game.
Why is the game moving way slow.
We like the game but almost every time we open it, we go to hit the start button for the level & the game ad pops up so that instead of starting the level it asks us to confirm purchase. It happens so quickly that a lot of times we dont even see the ad. Im sure youre hoping that kids are playing and dont know what theyre doing so the purchase goes through. We think its a horrible way to try & make money.
This game was a blast but now that we are at a higher level it is nearly impossible to win a game!! Moving on to something else.

We hate the game speed. It's jarring.
Game play has been sped up by 10x. The graphics move way too fast. Its not as enjoyable. Put it back the way it was please.
Why is the game so fast now? Its crazy we use to love playing it but its like your speed playing it now, its ridiculous.
You dont really get these bonuses like they promise and the further you get in the game the harder they are to get . 1 life every 25 minutes (ish) is not enough to actually climb the bonus ladder. So its frustrating. Your suppose to get unlimited lives as a gift from the game periodically through the month and you dont. The game actually sends us a message saying come back you have unlimited lives waiting .. But you really dont. With all that said we do love the game and customer service is terrific, but 3 hours of lives as a sorry gift isnt the same as 13 hours.
Not sure why they took the landscape view away from this game. We dont like portrait games at all. Go back to landscape and let the consumer choose.
Overall we like this game, but will not be playing. Some,times you get stuck on a level and no matter whaypt you try nothing works. Ive wasted too much time trying to get out of one particular level. The game wants us to buy credits and we will not. Am deleting this game after we finish writing this review.
Great game, Trix the Fox was very cute but this game became a competition and very stressful with these tournament events where you try to get Rank 1 to win the gold treasure box. This game made us rage quit. Gamers beware the stress of this game. Plus we feel as if people are cheating or hacking this game to win. This game is not fun, its very stressful.
1/11/23-PLEASE give us the ability to turn off the hints. Its really annoying and we like to figure it out on our own. 3/8/19 Recent update makes the boosters start sparkling when we get down to a certain number of turns left. How can we turn that off? Also would still like option to turn off hints. Thanks. I2/24 There is something very odd with the sound in the game recently. It's this squishing, grating sort of noise that is really irritating. We hope they fix it soon. We really liked this game up to level 101 where it transitions into the growing thing. It became very annoying and so we just restarted replaying from level one again. The other thing we would wish they would do is give an option to turn off the hints. Sometimes the hints can be helpful but other times they're not. We find it distracting while looking for a move to have things blinking at us. We would preferred to find our own way. Please provide an option to turn hints on or off. Thanks for listening.
We love this game and we would love to give it five stars. But unfortunately we cannot do that. Our game works perfectly since you fixed it. We enjoy it tremendously. We are even willing to put up with the ads. We however am not happy with the fact that some of the ad you are running are not age-appropriate for children. In our book they can be pretty disgusting. And a game is no place for them. Yes you know which ones Im talking about. We wont go into full detail. We have been pretty disappointed that you felt that this was the place to show them. And even more disappointed that you havent felt a need to remove them. Please remove these ASAP and we would be happy to give you the five stars.
This game used to be entertaining, but now it is full of ads you cant even skip. It is very annoying waiting 30 seconds or more every time you need to do anything. Not fun anymore.
We will delete this game if we see another UnderOutfit ad and we are on level 1553.
Soooo gooooooood we love it!!!!! It make us dance like a baby chick.
Im at level 3742, but now dont want to play anymore. The latest update has us turned off. Dont like the new layout, but our biggest gripe is that it no longer allows play in the landscape mode. We play on our iPad, which props up nicely with the cover we have, but now we no longer can do that. The older version let you switch modes, why not the new! EDIT: we now play occasionally, and am at level 3940, but it will be our last. Having to watch a 30-second commercial between every screen has completely killed our enjoyment of this game. Take the game and shove it.
Instead of relaxation, it became so that you need to stress out to pass to the next level, uninstalling it right now.
Downloaded the updated version and the screen goes black on about every other ad and…nothing. We have to leave the game and come back to it after some time has passed. Ready to delete it… We are updating our review. We really enjoy this game but… The games crashes on ads constantly. We see that the small number of coins we accumulated have apparently been stolen. We have encountered several double layer levels where the only match involves gems from the prior layer and all you can do is shut the game down because you cant interact with the layer you just finished even though you can still see a portion of the last line of it and the jewels are flashing from that partial line as the only match. Watching an ad for extra moves never works because it always crashes. We are at level 1940 and it has become so frustrating. This is the second time at a high level as we logged on one day and was inexplicably back at level 1. Well here we are again…love this game. Finally back to a high level 2247 and the screen closes every time we try to play this level. November 2022: this is our favorite game, but here we are at level 2481 and the game just shuts down on the opening screen after clicking on PLAY. This has happened several times before.
We cant stand updating games that just add more ads. We get having ads for extra boosters. Now its giving us more ads between games. Thats why we delete games that have ads every time we get to another level or have to redo a level. STOP IT! We use to give this game 5 stars. Not anymore.
Ive been playing this game since it came out. Then we made the mistake of updating the app recently and suddenly it no longer does landscape! Level 533 and Im just lost now. We hope this gets fixed soon so we can play again.

Had to delete the game and start over because it locked up and wouldnt give us any more turns. Now we are starting over but it says theres an error with our devices clock. Which there isnt. Sigh. May have to delete and try again. Or just delete.
This game has become so boring! If we cant replay past levels to improve our score then its pointless to score with stars. Only forward? So sad. Used to be more fun.
We considered this game to be one of the best time wasting puzzle games on the platform, fun to play, very little intrusive advertisements, play a long time and spend no money and it worked offline. Unfortunately just recently they put un-skippable advertisements between stages and when resetting a stage. This turned a quick fun game to play to a game that makes you sit and wait to try again and when your just trying to have a short blast of fun those ads ruin the experience. We cannot recommend this game anymore and Im removing it from our phone. A lot of these games need to add a $5/$10 remove all ads for life option to their games. Better to make a few bucks off people like us then lose a customer for life. Gems and genies it was nice knowing you.
LOVED this game until they started the cloud. Now every time our cloud fills, the game crashes and we have to delete & download again. Starts again at the same level we were on but deletes all the rewards we earned.THE CLOUD IS HORRIBLE.
We used to play genies and gems all the time. Loved it. But now its so weighted down with enhancements we cant even get started playing. Very sad. Im deleting it from our iPad.
Your Strawberry Shortcake Berry in the Big City Ad continuously locks up the Gems and Genies game so that you cant play. The X does close it out! Getting tired. Updating App didnt fix the problem. It needs removed.
When we get to the 600 level range-we were at 634- the game freezes and we end up deleting and reinstalling it -and then we have to start from level 1.
Used to be our favorite game. More than once we have hours and hours of free play just to have the game glitch and not load.

We love your app. But we have a problem with you asking us to pay for our bank that we worked hard to fill up. Now this is our opinion only. In our life time. When we fill up our piggy banks as a child or older would do, but we just took the money and did what we wanted to do with it. Look at it this way, ok? It's like we would have to pay double or triple to pay our banks to withdraw our money out. To us that's not right for you to makes us pay to do just that. We hope you can figured out a better solution for that problem that we are having. Thank you for letting us letting you how we feel about that.
