Get ‘Em is an action packed, first of its kind, open world free-roaming video game! Play as superhero crime fighting dogs, on a mission to track down the city’s most ruthless gangster, save their dognapped friend, and restore their city back to its glory days.
After Leila, a helpless Yorkie is dognapped, three best friends come together to find out what happened. You can start the game by picking one of 3 characters. Are you going to be Pump, the resilient Doberman, Bentley, the fierce Chihuahua, or Marley, the kind Beagle? As you accomplish more missions and get closer to tracking down the city’s mob boss, you meet and unlock more friends along the way! Not only can you play as different dogs, but you can customize outfits, and enhance their powers!

We accidentally removed our old review from about 5 years ago so we will rewrite it here. It probably needed updating anyways lol. We’ve been playing for about 5 years. Its like the dog GTA. Its amazing because we love open world games with missions and we really love dogs. The art style, the character models, the customization with them- everything about this game is great. Just one main question. Will this game ever see further development? For years we have been waiting for new missions to get added. We dont wanna seem impatient or rude we would just love to know whats going on. Is there maybe a social media we can follow to get updates on this game? We just love this game a lot and would love to know whats going on with it.

This is by far the best dog game we ever played!!! We love this game we dont know why some people say Its Scary or its bad. This game is awesome we do have one quick question? Do you have to complete a level to unlock lucky? But we 100% recommend this game to anyone that likes dog games!

Hey the game is nice and cool and all but (spoilers!!!) when we were at the fire scene level we had fallen down the cat walk witch it supposed to happen but we were just like wandering around finding a way back up and we did eventually but after we passed the level and restarted it we were near the exit when there was a poster that was invisible but as we turned back it said hi mom and it was creepy and we were just SPOOKED OUT and this is just a complain to get that picture out because it was just… Floating in the air and Im afraid that the game was haunted or something but please just do something about it, the level is the fire scene where they try to find Leila and you need air for it please do something about it. (Still we like the game and the comic parts)

Sooooooo this game is super fun and addictive and we got past a few really hard levels. BUT HOW IN THE WORLD DO YOU GET PAST THE BUILDING WITH THE EXPLOSIVES!!!!!!!! This is worth it we love this puzzle game we were looking for dog games we wasted 0.99 on dog games there all fine and all but when we found this we were so happy thanks for making this mysterious mystery games.

This game is SOOOOO fun! We love how you get to become a dog and help fight crime AS A DOG!!!! You can tell by our name that we love dogs, and this is quite possibly the best dog game ON THE WHOLE APP STORE!!! Trust us, we’ve tried many. Developers, thank you! We do have to note that is does take a while to figure out what to do on the levels. So for anyone still hesitating: Go get em right now!!! (Pun definitely intended)
Okay. So get em is our new fav game until we finished the missions, when, of course we were bummed. But, Im asking when more missions will be out. Im also wondering the number of Easter eggs there are to find. We’ve found 1.
This game is great and fun but we would like to know when you will be releasing the next story. It has been about more than a year and some months since the last story line came out. This game deserves some credit but could get more if the story lines cane out consistently.
This game is BY FAR our favorite game we have purchased. But, we finished the game in one whole day. This game made us so happy that we continued to play the game with each character, and finished the game with all characters. We get a little disappointed at the end. Frank comes and says Youve been invited to train at the police K9 place, but we were still unable to actually do that. We think you need continue the game alot more. For people like us, we need more missions. Thats not the only problem we have. This problem is simple and you can probably fix it. We needs more realism. We think you need to be able to see fur strokes on a dog. Along with the correct direction of the fur strokes. And finally, emotes. The game already has some emotes like crouch, bark, and sit. At maybe the top of the screen, there should be a emotes button, where you press it, then a list of emotes comes down. It should take up about a fifth of the screen. It will hold the bark, sit, and crouch, emotes along with a couple more! We would really appreciate if you added and fixed these features for the game! Thank you for reading this!
In a high stakes game like this, in is hard to sneak around when every time you try to walk with the joystick controls, your dog character breaks into a sprint. And when you try to turn it runs forward more than sideways. That alone takes away two stars from the gameplay. The story, art, and characters are great, though! If you can get over the control issues like we have learned to, or use the tilt control. This game is a blast that Id definitely recommend!
We’re only going to rate this game 3 stars for now. This is our second go at this game, we downloaded it a couple years ago but didn’t give it much of a chance. Our only complaint really (then and now) is that the controls are difficult to master. We wish they could be labeled some how. For us personally it makes the game frustrating with so many different controls to figure out. We lost our sister in the first episode because we forgot which button was turbo. Seems we’re not the only one (comment section) who’s having issues with the controls… Too many of them and kind of wonky.
Plus side: the opening story. Minus: controls that require a Ph.D in physics to understand. Developer, you meant well but when you design a game, try not to make the controls difficult to understand or use. We dont know who was in mind when you Designed the different actions but it wasnt the gamer. The tutorial was too short and the game needs a return to tutorial for people who didnt understand or get it the first time. Please redesign this game so its understandable to the player, not the designer.
The game world is almost empty. One side mission, the screen went black. All we had to work with was our mini map. Controls are very touchy, but work okay on our iPad Pro running iOS 9.32. With some more TLC this might be a good game, but it needs a lot of work and more content. Seems like a demo or work in progress game. 2 stars for effort, but really you need to finish the game. EDIT: Crashes on our 5th gen iPod touch running iOS 9.32.

This is a sweet game but it needs to have more to it like a number 2 or something and can we use some updates on it because we only had this game for 2 days and for the number 2 you can call it get em 2 and have cats in it well its gonna be still dogs in it but maybe ad some cats into it? We downloaded the game & cant even figure out the controls in the tutorial. The buttons seem to change, but we dont understand what they mean when they change. We tried to do the catch where they throw something at you, but how do you even know if you actually even catch it? Why make a game where it is so difficult to actually move or figure out?
We love this game and we really wanna continue expect it wont let us pass the hot dog stand part.

So we played the game for a little while, did some random side missions and 1 story missions. Theres some problems Id like to see fixed well issues as an opinion then anything. 1. Please add more to the city make it look more alive, rn its this big city and it just feels empty. 2 tweak the controls allow us to turn without actually having to run forward at the same time, also allow us to crawl, sit, etc. Without having to stop lift your finger first. It would just be a smoother transition if you could just be running around and then hit the smell button and he ducks down and goes into that mode without all the stopping first and vice versa when going back to regular running mode. Id like to see the collars be a little more then cosmetic maybe adds a little boost to parameters, each one different. As far as we can tell theres no power ups around the city so Id suggest adding some maybe a short boost to running speed or a small refill of the boost bar/health. To anyone not sure, we say download it. Its a fun and cute game. Its probably not for a hardcore gamer unless you really like dogs but theres fun to be had and lots of potential here. The controls are a bit frustrating though and need to be tweaked to feel smoother when turning and running around.
We really wanted to play this game and we cannot get past tutorial.
The art style and story are good. Sometimes instructions on missions are quite vague, but you’ll usually figure it out in a couple tries. If you get to the part where you find the last map and it won’t let you pass the prompt, restart and make sure you approach the lady at the front of the cart instead of the back of the cart. Everything should work from there. Controls are a bit weird, we think you should be able to pivot in place without running forward, and walk backwards in different directions, not just a straight line. Random suggestion: it’d be really cool if all the dogs you’ve unlocked in the store followed you around the map, like the pack depicted in the comic strips. Awesome job, keep it up!
Theres a mission where you go in the fire, HOW DO YOU GO WHEN THEY KEEP SPINNING. Great game.
There’s this part, it’s one of the first few missions where you get the last part of the map and you are by the hot dog stand. Doesn’t let us past a screen prompt at all.
We get to the third big red mission and it kicks us off the game and makes us start from the start, please fix it we would like the a lot more, we still kind’a like please fix it thank you. We just found out that we had the game on midium and that’s why it was kicking us off the game but the game is not as good. We are sorry for the bad review we feel so bad but we can’t see very far on the game. Sorry.
This game seems to have an awesome concept and the controls have no issue for us. Except the game always crashes.
This feels unfinished. The controls are very difficult and it all feels like one of those games you would grab from the bargain bin for PlayStation 1. We’re sure it’s charming in its way, but we just couldn’t get into it.

Don’t waste your money on this game because when we played it we got to only get through the part were they show you how to play.

We played the game a bunch before but now this version is even better. So much fun and honestly addicting.
The old version of the game is not even comparable to this update. The wait times are practically nothing now to refill turbo and health. Another big thing that’s changed is how much easier and playable the missions are. Before we didn’t even know what to do to keep progressing but now it’s actually really simple and fun. We expect this to be on the front page of the App Store pretty soon.
