We played more than one game with two different players and during third game, when other player about to gin or knock, game freezes and play must end.
Switched to this game because another online Gin Rummy we played for years, got rid of 100pt game option. Now with great disappointment we see this game has also taken away the 100 pt game option.
We love the graphics and sound effects. Slow paced but refreshingly colorful.
Love this game best game we have but Im the middle of our matches it just cuts off sometimes more than once we stop playing makes us mad cause we lost so many coins and matches for no reason.

We can hardly play anymore. It throws out the card we want to keep. The Auto sort is horrible. It freezes all the time. It was the best Rummy on the net until the Dec 2023-24 upgrade.
The recent updates are awful. Merely trying to sort your deck manually inadvertently causes a discard. The change in points/coins/diamonds awarded is markedly decreased; it may be our change in playing style since yesterday, but our W/L ratio has been 100% L this AM.
Ive been playing for some time but now find the game less fun due to players who use cheats to see your cards. Players also are allowed to hold gin in their hand until you knock and then the player under knocks. The game has now started crashing after picking an opponent which causes us to lose the bet for that game.
Wish we give you a positively great experience- NO WAY! Same faces but have different names and nationalities! From Spanish,Asian,Greek etc. Why? We certainly wouldnt spend much to be knocked on in two hands or undercut because the deadwood is loaded-rigged! Cant beat a cheating bot! We are a good player just not when your cheating! Tell it like it isnt! Real hard to have fun and like this! Would you spend much on it? We didnt think so. Ill stay till our moneys gone and we will be gone too! Yep, our friends agreed as well. You should work for tik tokhaha! Don Bell.
Wish the game would tell you sooner how the other player went out.
This game used to be really good. Also we used to LOVE the music. It was perfect. Then, in some attempt to make more money, they updated the game. Now we can barely finish a game without the losing screen popping up and interrupting the game. Sometimes the game lags out and we lose because of the app. We think the new music is worse and the cartoony animations are annoying. Dude, its gin rummy can you guys chill out. Im disappointed but we had to delete this app forever. We will need to find a new gun rummy app.
EDIT: it keeps getting worse and worse, we now cant even finish a 10 point game without it freezing up. We had almost 25 million coins and am die n to less than 5,000 now because of the glitch that causes the freezing. PLAYING FOR FREE IS OK BUT we WOULD NOT EVER SPEN ANYMORE MONEY ON THIS GAME BECAUSE YOU WILL LOSE IT IMMEDIATELY!!!! Its time to do your job and fix the issue! This game is good except for it freezes up way too much, probably about 50% of the games and causes you to lose even if you have a winning hand. If the cards are not in order even with a winning hand it causes you to lose. Fix it and we will spend some money on the game otherwise Ill spend our money with the games that dont cause you to lose because of their errors like your game does.
We love this game but am about to never play again. It keeps freezing up and we loose all our game coins. This is not fair. What is going on with it and will it be fixed.
So many bug we bought coins and we are not able to play it keeps closing.
The last game it took our 2 million.
We are curious what the star with the number and it means and why when someone Im playing catch a SmartGin our cards get all scrambled and they get higher points but when we get smart gin their cards dont scramble otherwise its great.
Games fun, the only problem we have is that it freezes after every game we have to log out an log back in. Otherwise its pretty fun.
June 18, 2022. You have lost us with this new style of Gin Rummy Super! It wasnt broken, why try to fix it! We hate it! At least put back the money we earned. We had somewhere between $55-60 million now we have $500.00. GOODBYE! We will check back to see if youve come back to your senses. 2/7/2021- our money isnt moving. Win or lose, its staying at the same amount. /our concern was addressed in another comment. We dont listen to the music of the games we play so we automatically and quickly turn it off. Ive been playing this game for months and quite frankly it trumped out what was our FAVORITE gin rummy game. We accidentally hit the music on button and we must say, GREAT MUSIC!!!!! We have been missing out. Thank you for the selection and please dont change it. Oh heres something we have notice. If Im strategizing our hand, rearranging our cards while its our opponents turn, if he falls or gin rummy, our arrangements wont take. As the cards are being revealed, our cards are as they were before strategizing and rearranging, other than that, Great game.
Very unhappy, lost entire game play, put back to square one! Played as a guest, shouldnt have has ANY AFFECT.
We love this game but everytime we get to winning while playing someone else it freezes. The other person can play but when its our turn it will freeze and we cant do anything. We were up to 24 million dollars and now Im down to 9 million because of it.
After the latest update we can no longer log in and any game we start crashes the game.
Why is it that our arrival gets the first card 90% of the time? If we dont get our score back Im gonna find another Gin Rummy to play.
We love this game but lately it crashes a lot and sometimes we feel like its rigged. Even with the updates it is still screwed up. We won the game but it said we hit an undercut. Also its giving out double sets of cards in the same suit. Lately every hand is a lose and people always knocking makes it not so fun to play.
You deleted our reviewI knew you wouldwhy am we being paired up with a level 68 player when we are a level 8 player? Why are our picked up from the draw pile cards taking a four count / seconds to show its face? Why.
We love this game Ive had it for a while its just been great now for about a month while playing the game the opponents turn when its our turn its like the game freezes we keep catching all over our iPad everything moves but nothing can happen because the arrow is stuck toward the guest and playing against then we were told we miss three times and sometimes it just acts like it re-shuffled resets the order of our cards no longer is there a mailed that we were saving the next thing we know the guest wins the only other aggravation was that sometimes youll get your card from the pile and it just has a circle that keeps circling and circling and circling never changes anyway we cant take it anymore Im deleting it what a shame it was really enjoyable before it started throwing us out for no reason except the game is freezing not our iPad.

We love everything about this game with one exception, which is, the wheel spin bonus amounts are ridiculous and worthless in comparison to the buy-in amounts. We mean, cmon, what am we going to do with $50? For real.
We really love this game.. BUT.. Unfortunately we have not been able to play it for about a week now. When we log on to the game it lets us collect our bonuses, but when we try to challenge on a game it spins like it is searching for another player then it will just boot us back to the home screen every time. We have uninstalled and reinstalled the game 3 times and it still does this every time.. We are soooo frustrated.. If this glitch does not get fixed we are afraid we will just have to uninstall the game completely and just call it quits.. This is the ONLY reason we are only leaving a 3 star rating otherwise it would be a 5 for sure.
We gave 3 stars because we are not sure how to see if you get friend requests. We know how to send them to people we play with, but if someone sends us one how will we know.
When we try to challenge it search but came bak home again.
We have not been playing to long and so far it is good. But we really do not like how someones pictures can be used for so many different names. We have seen one picture used for 4 names and that is just one out of many. This and other reasons makes us a little uncomfortable.
You can definitely tell when the computer is playing…..Im done with this app.
Why are there players used with the same profile picture with different names, also females having male names, males having female names? Thats really creepy.

We click on play and it takes us back to home screen. Not sure what the problem is. The game is good but we expect this one to be fixed.
Easy and simple to use. A lot of fun and winning.
Every time we go to play in the 1,000 room it takes 10,ooo off of us.
Love the game and love the fact we can play with our friends but whenever we exit the game and come back later we always have less money than we left with. Also it messes up your statistics. We had 57 wins 33 losses when we came back to the game (and they took our coins) it somehow showed we now had 56 wins and 34 losses we would give it 5 stars if it wasnt for this issue.
This game is rigged there are so many things wrong with this game like your hand of cards they already no what you have dont press the auto shuffle because it wont add that you had 2 families if you get 2 families it slams ginn on you and it loads the cards you pick up from the circle deck of cards this is not an honest gMe uninstall.
Hate to be the one to say but the update did not help. Im still getting cards in our hand that we didnt have. Which helps the other person win.
Love the game but every time we win a lot of coins, they end up not being there if we exit the app and cone back! Whats up with that! We had 21 million coins. Left the game and came back to less than half that amount.
