Community Insight:

Where did the stat for luck go.

Tbh got it bc was taking a fat shi but then it got really interesting with how can build our own whatever and it evos too so this is pretty cool definitely recommend.

Nuff said, get it, spend money on it, support the dev.

The game feels like it needs more work from the developers side. Crafting feels irrelevant with how little recipes we get. The forge feels important because it gets a whole tab and we find ourselves holding onto all these ingredients because we might be able to use them to craft something but it ends up just cluttering our inventory. Game has a lot of potential, we beat the first game and we hope a third one is in the making.

Old school goodness with little ads. Not a bunch of strange unrelated tasks . Npc foolishness kept to a minimum.

So this game is alright , but we are kinda lost as to how to repair items , and sometimes an item requires a certain level to equip or use and we are that level but still am unable to use so still trying to figure things out.

Wow we love playing games that are geared to progress so slowly that the only way to stay interested is to pay real money for in game currency that progresses you to another choke-point where you have to buy more gems to stay interested. Not.

The game is very enjoyable, but 30 sec ads per 2-3 minutes of gameplay seriously degrades an otherwise pleasant experience. Including a cash shop on top of constant ads is crazy.

Its a ok game would be better if we could actually open chests instead of it crashing when we try.

We dont write reviews but this game is classic and the text isnt some lame nerd read we enjoy scrolling through the small amount of text the developers left for us.

This game is amazing and has a lot of new features and has a great story to it we love it.

Confusing interface, but otherwise fun. We couldnt find a way to get rid if ads and nothing was telling us to click the red roman numerals to progress.

Ok so Ive beaten the first game. Spent countless hours on it. Recently learned there was a second one. Ive currently done roughly 20 roaming matches in the capital (love the fact that now we can grind). Ive also done about 4 matches in the capital arena. So, maybe we should hold off on the review until Im at least half way through the game. But, the game prompted our review, so here we are. Imma review it before we forget. The game keeps a lot of the charm from the first one, love the continuation of the story. It feels more on the nose with the commentary. Morb breaks the fourth wall repeatedly, while we believe thats in character for him, its done a bit much. Thats really all the gripes we have with the characters, its the controls we have an issue with. The buttons are so small for mobile. We feel like Im pressing the x on a mobile game ad. Thats also the only complaint we have with the controls lol. Overall, its a fun game, that stays faith to the first game (so far, like we said, Im in the beginning and there are a bunch of new classes). It just as a small UI with no feature to increase the UI size. Love the game though.

Pretty good game and idea. Execution and mechanics is a bit difficult for new comers, but good game none the less.

Like the title says. Fun game but cloud save disappeared, character disappeared and ad unlocks are gone. This is using a Game Center account. Pretty terrible for a grinder game. We were happy to pay, but wont be playing any longer.

This game is so bad, you cannot get past lv 7 without loosing and you cant go back to previous levels. Its so boring you cant unlock new skills and the game itself looks ugly 0/10.

This game is a ton of fun! Its quick to pick-up/put-down, though putting it down is much harder to do ;) Simple controls, challenging combat, not terribly repetitive. We would love to see stack-crafting, so we can drag stacks of items into the crafting queue and come back for all after, rather than only being able to do 1 at a time, but its a minor inconvenience for such a fun game overall.

Its a callback to the game we played as a kid. Though some things certainly have changed for the better or for the worse, overall this is still a great game.

Instead of your character being wiped when you die, you just lose hunger with no penalty. Its better for casual players, but we still dont enjoy it.

Game seems fun. Just being pressured to write a review every 2 minutes. Here you go.

Game could be fun, but once you get to stage 9 and 10 you have no way of leveling your character or gaining gold to upgrade equipment. Game forces you to buy gems to progress.

Fun at first then its an exercise in futility. Unbalanced trash. Give it a shot and see if you can get past the boss with the dragon ball sound effects. Its crazy easy until that, then guess what? PAYWALL. Garbage. Items degrade, the crafting and repair system requires a wiki. Like why not just put all the info in the game itself? Its a waste of gamers time.

Simple yet fun, good time passer.

We played the first one a while ago and seeing that they made a second one got us so excited because we loved the first one and we just started playing the second one and so far we love it 10/10 game.

Pretty fun so far, we like how you can enjoy this game without paying.

Would be 5 but we ran into a game breaking glitch that isnt allowing us to continue story mode on our account, thus preventing us to make any sort of progress in the game itself. K started doing survival arenas after beating the game once and now our story mode is completely gone. We only have the option to roam in arena 3 and 4, when we were only at arena 2. If this bug can get. Fixed, then Ill happily give the rating that we believe the fame deserves.

Who ever mad the bosses are the dumbest person ever and the mission dont even help you and barely give you money and exp.

Cant praise this game enough. A stamina/MP system to make a refreshing and dynamic combat system. A plethora of viable builds. Tons of content. Non-predatory iAPs/MTX. Get it now, you wont regret it.

We havent found a game that ive been this hooked to since apex legends. We love the simplicity of it.

It is the best game ever we love like all the battling the gladiators even the fans the fans say funny stuff.

The game is fun and also it doesnt drag on like other rpg or fighting games.

We lost recipes and a combat skill. Using the items before those menu things are unlocked just nukes them we guess. We kept wandering for a while before doing the campaign and had amassed a small fortune of recipes and that skill. Fun game overall though. Simple, engaging, enjoyable. Would recommend. Edit: Im dumb, found the skills and recipes.

Hi! We found this game super fun! It keeps most aspects from the first game but adds so much more! We love this game and hope it continues to be updated maybe even a whole new one! Doesn't a gladiator rising remastered or gladiator 3 sound awesome.

This game is addicting and its fun to level up your character. The story line and banter between the characters has subtle humor so its enjoyable.

Text tiny on mobile. Also tiny purple text on black background hurts to read. No options to change it. Graphics, combat and such seem better than the first game. But the tiny text is just a pain.

We like a game with grind! But this game requires absolutely astronomical amounts of grinding to even make incremental progress. Its not fun in the slightest to repeat the same battles against super weak enemies trying to level up or gain gold, only for your equipment to break and force you to waste all your gold repairing your stuff. The second boss alone just feels like a hurdle thats extremely unfun to go up against. Even using items and blocking in time with his attacks he just one shots you toward the end anyway, so whats the point? TLDR, Badly realised version of what could be a very fun game. Id give it a pass if we were you.

We like this better than the first one.

Game has a cool crafting system where you discover new recipes by trying things. The game itself is difficult but satisfying. Ill update this review as we play more, but as it stands this game is looking like a keeper.

We dont usually write reviews for game but for this Ill make an exception. Its a really fun and fair game, it has fun classic rpg elements along with amazing dialogue. Shockingly we havent seen anyone mention the Eminem joke hidden in dialogue.

Developers had a sense of humor, game is fun. Almost forgot that Im playing a mobile game and Im not on our Xbox. Game is not pay to win at all, also there are very few ads. Keep up the great work.

An easy play with fun gameplay and dialogue. Reminds us a lot of swords and sandals from back in the day but slightly more fast paced with much better stats and item set ups and options. It was the dialogue just before the second arena got us to write this review haha. We really did make a face lol. If we had any criticisms, theyd be about a couple spelling errors (who really cares it doesnt affect gameplay or enjoyment) and some of the buttons and text could be enlarged. Not hard to read, but could be a little larger. Overall, this is a great app with no pay to win features, fun gameplay, funny dialogue, awesome art, and a ton of things we could go on about. Download it now.

It wasnt put a catheter in two seconds Like most of the games now.

This game is awesome, Ive played for 3 day and with all the effort Ive put in we already got everything. We would love it if they put more content; like more weapons, armors, and accessories. It would also be nice if we have more bosses to fight. But overall this game is fun and addictive to play. Its one of the best game we ever play on iOS.

This game plays like a swords and sandals game, but with more to it. A lot more story. Theres still mindless upgrading, but more simplistic.

So we played gladiator rising sense the og days, and ive beaten the game at least 20 times. We were going through old games ya know AND HERE IS GLADIATOR RISING and we go through and im like we wonder if they've released a second game. THEY DID AND ITS DOPE AF honestly no flaws, like the new stat spread and plus the barbarian shaman and ranger are awesome. The ability to have more then one character at a time is amazing, the only thing is that online arena isnt out yet.

We rarely write reviews, but we have been playing this game for 5 minutes and absolutly love it. It deserves 5 stars for the hilarious attention to detail, its artistic choices and great design. Its quick with not many loading screens and we want to advance and get our character better! Great game! Great Design.

Even better than the first, added balance and paced the game out so you cant beat it in a couple hours like the first one. Still very much free to play dont need purchases at all and made the grind more than the first.

We played the first one and we really enjoyed it. We recently found this game, and we really like it too. Id hate for this review to sound fake or anything. We like how it has more mechanics that the first game. Its a little confusing to start out, but once you play a little, you get used to it. Im glad they made a second game.

The game is very playable without any IAPs and the most expensive gem package for sale is only $11! That speaks volumes and this is the first time Ive ever bought the most expensive gem pack in a game. A real breath of fresh air in a market full of Skinner box games with $99+ gem packages that try to get you addicted and soak you for as much as possible. Keep up the good work guys.

Great graphics. We like the battles. Wish the money was increased a little from battles.
