Glitch Dash Review

First just let us say, we rarely ever write a review on games. But this one is definitely worth getting in our opinion. It is very challenging and frustrating too lol. Even though it can be very frustrating, we personally get a great sense of achievement when passing levels. Especially when achieving a perfect run. We’ve passed all the levels on Classic and Classic +. By no means was that easy to do. However we havent passed the Blitz and Blitz + modesYet lol. We also really enjoy the second game Super Glitch Dash. We really hope that there will be another update with some new challenges, modes or anything like that. Hopefully for both games. Lastly we hope the developer(s) take this into consideration. In our opinion these are a couple of the most awesome and challenging games.

This is a really good fun game, but theres a problem. Sometimes when we swipe up or down, instead it goes to the left. Sometimes it doesnt even register the swipe at all.

The music is great, the levels are challenging, but one thing. Sometimes we swipe in a direction but either, nothing happens, or we move in the opposite direction. Please respond, it would be appreciated.

The old version of the app was Beijing the cube in 3rd person and now its first person, we wish there was a way to change it.

Why do we have to pay just to raise the difficulty.

The music fire and the levles are crazy.

This is one of our most favorite apps we have its so fun but it needs to be longer. We bought the VIP thing so we didnt have to worry about lives and stuff and thats so much better with it. But this app is amazing and who is looking at this post should get it.

We love this game it is so satisfying and cool us and our friends love to play this game.

Its like rolling sky but better. The music is mwah and the gameplay is authentic. Maybe Im over exaggerating a bit, but we would really recommend this game to anyone. Its got fun, simple to learn mechanics, and a sort of unique graphical style to it. Id say the only thing this game needs is more levels and daily challenges. Other than that it is very addicting to play, and the fact that its not a paid app is great. We’ve had so much fun with this game so far and Im excited for future updates.

We love this game because we love the music. Im a 7 year old but we are at the castoline level. At first it tells us what to do. We love all the rate. At first the runner runs slowly but at last the runner runs fast. The castoline level is very hard. Thanks to the game glitch dash.

Ok we like this game because Im really smart and it gives us lots of challenges.

We wonder if this game will ever get new levels-

To much better than you know.

Overall a great game. What we like best is how immersive it is. When we play it we feel like Im actually there, moving and jumping in real life, and we only have an iPhone SE. Its kinda like a real life geometry dash game. The music is also good, so that doesnt hurt.

Designed to be hard but you will learn how to do it eventually.

We died in 9 seconds because, when l swiped right, it failed to move us, and l am quick. Anyway, l will try again, but if l hit another ad l will uninstall and come back…

We love this game so much. It may be very challenging and difficult, but we love the suspense, and we would so play this game every day, which we already do. We suggest this to all our friends! This game has very high graphics, and it clearly took a long time to create.

We will be very much more so tempted to buy premium when (if?) endless mode is added, although Ill probably buy premium anyway, since we have a perfect run on all the basic levels. Great game!

This is a challenging, well designed, and addictive in a good way game definite five star. Keep up the good work.

The game is ok, but we drag almost straight up but the game did a sideways move many times and makes us lose our lives, we would be much happier if they made it so you dont have to swipe straight up. EDIT: this game does a little bit better at determining our swipe, but it still fail sometimes.

Ok we like the game and it is a good time killer, but we hate the life system. It should be like 5 min. For 5 lives of something like that! And can you make the music a little better because it is just weird to us…. But other then that it is awesome.

So this game is so epic like just epic but the thing is that it has hard moves rlly hard moves So it need editing if you dont agree its fine but if you do agree great 12 likes for you must read ! Gaming is so fun Love , Saba.

As much as we like the game, we will swipe three times to the left and it keeps going straight… Another occurrence was we swiped left and it jumped… We have beat a few levels, but if we beat more we want something that allows us to increase the sensitivity of us swiping, or something more accurate. For now we will not uninstall the app because of the interest we hold for this game. It didnt get 4.5 reviews for nothing. (playing on iPad Air 2)

Music is good, graphics are excellent, the premise of the game is awesome, however the controls really leave something to be desired. The swiping to move feature feels sluggish, and half the time swiping to jump or duck ends up sliding you to the left or right. Which obviously results in you failing the level youre on, had other friends try a particular level and all 4 of us swiped up to jump and yet ended up going left and dying, So it isnt just us.

The game starts out a little too slow, but is generally fun. The real issue is the numerous, long ads between plays… Not worth the wait.

Great design but requires way too much memorization. Even if you remember 90% of what you have to do random walls generate in front of you.

If you love games that throw ads up at everything you do this might be for you ad if you get hit ad to start ad to go to next level ad before you restart ad here ad there ad every where Cant even play the game ad ad ads.

Someone put some love into this but it still didnt grab us. Especially all the adverts. Nobody wants to wait half a minute before playing a game. Its just gonna frustrate the player and get the game uninstalled. Which is what we just did. Sorry. Were here to play a game, not watch adverts.

all of the following will be judged based on $0 input into the game, taking the perspective of a free game, where paying isnt required Its apparent the feature of lives will be seen in all upcoming reaction time games. This specific feature is what brings these games away from our grasp. We personally love games like these; quick reaction time games. We enjoy them and have enjoyed them with a passion. But when the creators implement a lives system, its easily known that theyre attempting to fish a little money out of the game, which is alright. But it prevents us from being able to practice the game. Ill have to wait or pay to slowly atone our skill for the game. In the rankings compared to other games like this title, our ratings would be: Sound: 3/10. The soundtracks are fairly simple and dont add any specific fun to it, most of them sound pretty similar as well. Level design: 2/10. The placement of objects in the levels arent perfectly placed, and can sometimes be confusing or not apparent until its too late, requiring you to have already known about it before having a chance. Usually not too big of a deal, but when it features a life system… It can be a bit downgrading. Each of the levels are also rather short. Looks/Style: 7/10. Not too many assets or block designs. However, what we do have is nice. The backgrounds are well fitting, and rather enticing to see. Gameplay fluidity: 5/10. Its average. Some deaths seem clipped or unapparent, and its falsely registered some of our swipes before, and the camera angle is good. Mechanics: 1/10. Mechanics are either simple, or copies from previous titles. The only thing strictly unique would be rotations, but even some titles offer something similar. The game doesnt offer anything new to the table, and whats there functions decently well, but overall simple. Difficulty scaling: 3/10. Most of the levels are easy. Some a little more challenging. But they never get to a point where you feel very proud for finally tackling the level. The only difficulty would be perfect completions, which even then, are rather easy to complete. Collectibles: 1/10. Only gems, lives, shields, and checkpoints. Nothing but 100% bars to show off your skill with the game. Final Verdict: 2 stars out of five. Nothing special to be seen. Couple minutes of gameplay. Most likely will be dropped when all lives are lost. Music is decent. Levels are eh. Took us longer to write this than it took us to beat half of the levels. Not individually. In one sitting, half the levels. Last words: simply not worth the time. Those who enjoy these games like myself, lets keep hoping a good one shows up. Ps: An advertisement was the first thing we got to watch for thirty seconds before the games title even loaded.

The game would be a lot better if it just cost $2.99 upfront. That way, you wouldnt have a lives system, you could afford to update the game more often, etc. What we are really saying here is to own this game as an indie developer instead of trying to make the most money possible, because it is clearly not working with the game. We think it has a lot of potential and would love to see it cost money upfront. Thank you!

We really like the game and play it from time to time, but we would play more if the game wasn’t locked behind a giant paywall. Every time you run out of lives, you either have to wait two minutes for a few lives, watch an ad for ten, or pay $2.99 for infinite lives. We are okay with watching an ad for lives, but not watching a whole minute ad for only ten lives. We would definitely prefer more pop up ads than this giant paywall.

The outlook of this game seems fantastic. It has decent visuals, a bit of variety, and seems a bit well rounded as well. However, the songs to go along with the game sound like our arthritic grandmother sat down at a soundboard and slammed her fists down on the buttons in a fit of rage and delirium due to her mania and dementia. The disgusting beats are covered by a plethora of electronic sounds that seem as if they were made by a recording of our cousin playing with the settings of our uncles life support. The bass in each level is so underwhelming it makes us want to watch all 3 seasons of Bazaarkvark while plunking the hairs from our anus with a pair of flaming tweezers. Each level seems like a disappointing attempt to switch things up for the viewers, similar to every 2k and Madden game ever. Two stars.

It looks really nice but the timing for switching between lanes is really off from what other games like this have. It feels like you have to wait till the last second to do anything which doesnt let you focus on the fun game. Also the lives system.

This app starts out great! Giving you a tutorial, building you up to par for the levels ahead. Nope, first level mild difficulty. Second, difficulty spikes! That once feel good moment you had a level before that for getting by a tough section is now demolished by trap turns that lead to random walls manifesting on you and the ground just leaving out from underneath your auto scroller self. We’ve played other games that have done this same thing in better taste, they only ask for $$$ for more levels to unlock not more tries on the original installment. Beautiful artwork, poor presentation!

Log in for the first time to play and check it out, pay us money! Check settings to see if we can play? Pay us money, everything is met with a give us money.

Its a first person temple run we dont like it its a ripoff boooo.

The sheer amount of ads is just plain trash almost every time you die theres an ad 30 sec long with no way to skip it unless you open up you wallet you lost us deleted game bull crap if you think a game this nice needs that many ads to support it if your games that good it should speak for it self and people would buy it instead your heads are at money ps we wouldnt pay more then 99 cents theres better games out there for that price.

The game in itself is amazing. Smooth graphics and fun, fluid gameplay draw you in. But, as soon as you get to the harder levels, the lives system starts to be an issue, and you need premium for unlimited attempts.

We understand devs need money to survive. But this is beyond ridiculous.
