For each campaign you can create a party and manage its parameters during your campaign:

Love this app and stoked that it supports Frosthaven! We were wondering if there was a plan to include the crossover character sheets for the non-Frosthaven characters? Keep up the great work!!
We decided to use this to finish out JOTL as we heard using app companions for Gloomhaven makes them much quicker to play. We like how much info you can enter about your party, characters, unlocked items, city events, but the one thing we absolutely need to work in this app–the combat–seems to be completely broken. We added the necessary enemies and all, but drawing monster ability cards gives us empty squares. Doesn’t make much sense. That’s where all the fiddliness is at in this game, so it really needs to work or there’s no reason to use the app. Also, there’s no way to subscribe to get more features. We tap to attempt to do so and it just spins. We end up having to reboot the app. Unfortunately, in its current state, this app is almost useless except to keep track of the things that would normally be written on paper.
We cant seem to finish fights and complete scenarios? When all the villains are removed, there is no button to complete combat thus completing the scenario? And bosses have no remove button and reducing their hp to zero doesnt remove them? What are we missing? Help.
Good app for tracking characters and party progress in gloomhaven, however im not sure if this is a bug or not, but our group completed the arcane library (scenario #67) which rewards you with the Power Core item ( which goes to the shop). However when we go to the shop to buy* it for a character it is NOT listed. We made sure to select the LOOTED option for the Arcane Library as well.
Perfect Tracker for Gloomhaven and helps reduce table space and admin.
So far we have only been able to use this as a combat companion because we cant figure out how to mark a scenario complete (JOTL). So Im supplementing with pen/paper, which is annoying. It would be nice to have some sort of in-app user info or a help site. We’ve looked around and cant find anything useful – the Reddit forums look different than the iPhone version with slightly different functionality. UPDATE: was able to find a thread online from the developer and figured out we can swipe. Quite pleased with the app and look forward to using it!
We use this app a lot. It is very helpful. The recent update broke the combat system. All of the scenarios show no monsters. We cannot add any monsters either. The attack modifier deck works but that is it. Hopefully, this can be remedied soon.
Whats going on? The combat section of the app lets you pick a scenario, but never populates any monsters to work with. And the option to add monsters manually doesnt work, as there is no list of monsters even when you go to search for them. Our campaign team and all our characters are still there.
Been loving the app so far, but the latest update really came at a bad time when were in the middle of a couple days sessions.
We would rate this with 5 stars, but there is an issue in the app where we cannot use the menu in the top left, and thus cannot access the map, nor the contact developer. It force closes when hitting the icon.

Ok, so far this seems great but where can we find a detailed how to use guide, cuz Im having trouble figuring out how to use it?
Great app. Im using it for Gloomhaven:JoTL. We are playing it in solo mode, so we are only using two characters. (Hatchet & Voidwarden). By using the app on our iPad, we can place the iPad on the game table, and we can now track our Items, Treasures, Levels, Locked/Unlocked scenarios, and all the hits/damage to the enemies. We are also able to put away all the monster attack modifier cards, and we do not need to use the small Condition tokens (Bless, Curse, Musdle, Poison, etc), as the app tracks that for us. Its totally worth the freebie. We paid the $3 (or whatever it was) to give the app a tip and have all the advertising removed. The best Gloomhaven app out there. Wonder if theyll expand it for Frosthaven?
Great app. We hope it may also track player characters health, xp, and their initiatives(so that players know in which order they are playing against monsters).
Im part of a group that is playing JoTL virtually during the pandemic. Without this app and the developers other other Gloomhaven app, Im not sure it would be possible for our group. Developer has been amazing in responding to issues/concerns and both apps haven been exactly what we needed. Highly recommend. Very grateful for these apps.

As others have mentioned, this app has almost everything you could want for campaign and party management. That said, it would be nice to be able to track character ability enhancements, and for this information to be importable for Gloomhaven Fight Companion. With regards to the combat section, it would be nice if there were an elemental status tracker with support for full, waning, and inactive on each element. Even cooler would be if the statuses automatically changed on round progression, but that is unnecessary for the base tracking. All that said, this app amazing handles a lot of information cleanly in the background which would otherwise consume time micromanaging!
- Being able to manage the normally disjointed jumble of Mini Pads for Character parties and Characters. *Managing Character Quests and Character and content Unlocks. * Tracking item stocking and other inventories according to Campaign progress. *Handling enemy actions and tracking enemy stats. Had this Campaign to the table for a few playthroughs now. Highlights mentioned above but overall, being able to finesse the experience has been most useful.
Size of the app is 10x more than many other apps and this one greets you with a registration page.
We cant believe we started JOTL without this app, and cant image Gloomhaven without it. We dont use it for the combat, since there are other apps that allow you to track that better, but it is there if you want. Saves on paperwork though, and makes multiple campaigns easier.
It’s a very helpful tool for streamlining you gameplay with gloom haven and helps you pick up where you left off very easily. The one bad thing we can think of is itd be great if theyd add jaws of the lion characters. If they did that it’d be 5 stars for us. Update Lol just found how to add JOTL characters would recommend making it easier to find though.
This has been so handy in keeping track of our campaign! Couple things that kept us from saying 4 stars though. The app as we can tell does not incorporate the characters from Jaws of The Lion. Which is a shame since we do have one person playing as the demolitionist. Also, we have not figured out how to add items that are found in treasure chests such as armor and weapons to your character tracking screen. Other than that this app is incredibly awesome and we cant commend the creators enough for taking on such a huge task!
How do we unregister an old device? Im not going to pay a monthly fee indefinitely to use it on our new iPad.
We have used this app and loved it since we started GH last year, but that fact that there is no Android counterpart makes it bordering on broken. We cant control what phones our part members have. We NEED that cross platform functionality. Also, its not updated for the second printing. We have a Global Achievement we cant track because It doesnt exist isnt the app.
We use this all the time. Just wish the party notes section wasnt buggy.. Its our only gripe.
This has save us from so much writing and bookkeeping. It has also helped us find a few rewards that we have overlooked. This is our new go to for tracking our campaign!
Love this app! It has so many great features that help you keep track of your Gloomhaven scenario. Also, Grzegorz gives probably the best customer service that we’ve ever experienced. Incredibly kind and friendly and clearly cares about the quality of the app. Highly recommend this app!

Can anyone explain why we need to submit an email and password for a board game companion?
Do not use this app unless you plan on writing down your info in duplicate outside the app. We used to tip the developers monthly because at first we loved it so much. We used it for 6 months without even a glitch. But then randomly it stopped saving info even after re-entering it multiple times. We kept sending backup logs by email because of this but then developers said we never had an account with them even though you can clearly see we have monthly tips. Has utterly devastated our one GH party because we have no honest recount of what has happened. This was the worst experience with an app we have ever had. Do not trust. Do not download. Do not waste months of your life on something that will fail you. And if for whatever reason you do, do not spend any money. You will regret it. You have been warned.
This app used to be simple and easy to use but unfortunately the latest update ruined all of that. The campaign tracking portion remains the same but the combat section is now horrendous. Instead of the separate tabs to track monster HP and conditions, monster ability cards, and attack deck, the Monster stats and ability cards are crammed onto one tab making it difficult to read the monster actions. From what we see there is no way to make it larger or turn things back to normal. Time to move on we guess which is unfortunate but this went from convenient to inconvenient real quick.
First time solo player, and this is definitely helping make sense of it all!! Question: is there a save or multiple game option Im not seeing? edit/update first time we’ve ever had a developer respond! We hope it can happen, but just that amount of care is appreciated!!
We’ve been using this app for over a year and it is nearly perfect! If you have limited space, running multiple campaigns, GMing your campaign or more, then you will want this app! It tracks everything and even includes a calculator for enhancements! The only con – It does not have a card image for your characters decks nor does it have a way to track enhancements. If there was a way to display an icon on the card in a characters deck to show it was enhanced, or even be able to pull up an image of the card when selecting it in the characters deck to enhance it; then this app truly could and would do it all. Dont wait, download today!
This App is a great companion for Gloomhaven, cannot recommend highly enough, and is beautifully designed and easy to use.
Really though, this app is incredible and helps so much with keeping track of everything in one place.
This makes keeping track of most things really easy! For some reason, however, the events section does not allow you to mark your decision and so any items received arent added into the available pool. We have an item from an event but am unable to save it to our character.
For such a complex game- app helps record info and big help for monster attacks- no shuffling! Just wish it had player actions in battle too. Why no player?
Recent update deleted our login and account. Lost all progress on our campaign. Can’t recommend a campaign tracker that does that.
Tried to open it today and it had deleted our account. Guess its partly on us for relying on this app completely to track our campaign but now Im completely lost and am feeling pretty dumbfounded. So many hours of gameplay gone and Im not sure how to proceed.
This app has everything you could want in a Gloomhaven campaign tracker. Our only issue is the subscription model. The app is already ad supported so the developers are already making money. To force users to pay a monthly subscription fee in order to add more than 2 devices and therefore eliminate sharing amongst your campaign party we feel is unfair. It feels like a cash grab and rubs us the wrong way. We would be more open to a one time flat fee. Anyway, This is the reason we will be using another tracker.
I’d rate it higher, but we’ve seen it on Android, and it’s better.
Using iPad Pro. Opening up the unlocking the scenario 70 (chained isle), the program now crashes every time we attempt to open the map or scenario list. Party and character pages work fine. Outside of that, the app is pretty nice!
This app makes organization for Gloomhaven a breeze.
Just one thing is missing! Being able to enhance a card with the app. There is a calculator, but no way to enhance the cards in app.
This is really good and helpful for our party. However – after recently finishing a quest, the wrong character is unlocked.
This app is amazing! We love the map and how you can be running multiple games at once!
We click to add a monster and it doesnt add one, set the monster as elite and it doesnt save it as elite. Doesnt load last saved fight. Worthless. Less than worthless really. You still have to have all the components to actually play this just tracks stuff. The game already lets you track stuff. Deleted.
