Ok first we wanna say if you dont l8e the game for what it is GUeSs WHaT ITS A MOBILE GAME yea so graphics arent gonna be like the best they can be like on computers good we dont wanna be mean even though we kinda all ready have but this is an amazing game for what it is and yes they coullld add some stuff but like except that its one of the best your gonna get for a mobile game ok thats all Im gonna say but creators of the game you did an amazing job!!!!!!
The content and gameplay are extremes fun. They have a bit of a Diablo 3 feel to it with lots of little mini games to keep you occupied. We wouldve given this game a 5 star rating, but their customer service is CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!! With as much money as people POUR into this game they should be jumping through hoops to help us when we have an issue! We are lucky to get 1 email a day. If you are a competitive player and will likely spend money on a fun game, go to a different game. If you are just a casual free player then this game is good since you wont really lose anything if you decide to quit from the TOTAL LACK of customer service!
There is no way to get an issue fixed for the game. Cant submit in game with the help or through the link they give. The game is okay otherwise.
Recently they update this game, and cause the problem for iPhone user. We cant log in. So we contacted the customer service. They wanted us to show them the proof of purchase to verify our account. We clearly told them we are not vip. And this is what they said:Only who have a VIP status can retrieve the lost account, because we need to check your receipt of purchase code if you are the owner of the account.
This company has no customer support! Dont pay for anything with them. They get you hooked on the game. And grain your bank account dry. Delete your account and try to get you to start over and spend that money all over again. The Facebook connection is how they delete your account. DONT PLAY THIS GAME AT ALL.

This game is absolutely amazing. It has gotten us through various stages of boredom, Also its a really fun game to play. We love the graphics, the story, the modes and many other things. Thus giving it a rating of 5 stars. We really recommend downloading it.
We logged out of our game and now we cant get it. We linked it with our Facebook but it wont accept it. We were on lvl 117 and we worked hard to get there. Can someone please help us. If we can get it back we will make an in app purchase.
The game itself is good but the server list will never work also you should be able to play offline without wifi because our wifi never works.

Hey Apostolos here s56. We havent spent much on this game, and Im one of the rare few still in top 10. Want to stay above us? Join primal chaos, be like Devil, Adil, and many others who have paid well over $50,000-$75,000 to stay on top. Guaranteed folks. This app costs as much as a house in order to get $$ only items (only way to get them), is majorly glitchy, and many, many other problems. Do you really want to waste such time and, more importantly $$$ on this?
This game is fun. And addicting. But we bought gems and when there was a problem HoC_global asked do info and screenshots. After we provided it they would ever respond. They take your money but offer no support.
Its taken about 4 hours for this app to load and then send us to a login page, after we logged in it took us the the beginning and keeping making us log in repeatedly….. Im done with this app, definitely not a good game. :( deleting it ):
Play for a month. Got stuck at the starting screen. Waste all that time playing. Game developer need to fix game problem.
Zero user support in an over-priced, glitchy game riddled with (expensive) meaningless events, no new free content, and a pile of items a user works for and chases but have no value to in game progress. The lack of meaningful in game explanations, poor translations of a lot of content, and the absence of a greater game community also contribute to this. Support tickets for things like lost purchases, password issues, issues binding an account out of guest are not even acknowledged. Not even an automated reply email. Check out the one-star reviews in social media before considering spending your time, let alone your money.

Every day we log on, the SAME few people are talking about sex and constantly making perverted comments back in forth in world chat. Makes it really uncomfortable to ask a question about gameplay when you get ignored because titanheim and jypsi are roleplaying their lame teenage fantasies through a mobile app. Blacklisting doesnt solve the problem. There needs to be a report button. They need to keep that content in PM. After a week of watching their comments in the world chat, the cringe is too much. Deleting.
To much control on the mute button. A lot of people are leaving the game because of it. We were muted because we said we wasnt going to shush. Other people get muted for doing roll playing, or defending those who have been muted. Instead of fixing the problem they raised the mute time. But its ok to cuss, and be rude to other players without being muted.
After constantly being plagued with the ads for this game while playing another game, we finally decided to check it out and we must say that the ads are terribly misleading as the actual game looks nothing like the advertisement. The graphics look nothing like they did in the ads, same goes for the characters and changing outfits which you also cant do. Also Id give a little more instructions on the parts of the quests or missions where people have to play with other players instead of just throwing us in.
This is horrible. Twice in 3 days, Love Temple has kicked us out just as we enter the world. We cant submit a ticket because it says to fill out the exact nature even though everything is filled including attachments. What is it you want from us so that we can have a better experience???
After this app update, the game just says please wait while the game is updating? After the game fixed itself, we could not log in and all our data and purchases lost. We clicked the link to contact the developer but it is just a site to advertise the game. Theres no real way to contact the developer. This should not be allowed. There should be a way to contact the developer for these things. This resulted in this app taking our money and items we paid for.
DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS GAME! They cheat constantly. They took our money and never gave us our gems but we kept playing anyway. The customer service team has very low capability. They wont respond and even if they do they are rarely helpful or coherent. Now after this new update our character is just gone so SOMEONE OWES ME MONEY. Thieves and scam artists run this game. There are a lot of games just like this one. Lets play one of those instead. Please rate this game 1 star or they will never change and just continue cheating.
We paid till we reached VIP6 after that we continued playing and one stage didnt work properly, we followed the instruction written in the FAQ and deleted the game then downloaded again and what do we find?? Our account isnt there even tho we linked it to the same Facebook we were playing with The game is great with awesome arts we would continue playing it if we could get our rebound which 50$
This game is awful! It didnt save our progress on our characters because we were a level 96 bloodline and we went to log in today and it saved our username and password but didnt remember our heroes at all! (So we had to start all over!) we use to be a fan but not anymore because this is the 5 time its happened to us and this issue still is resolved and if it isnt soon we wont be playing anymore! We had all the heroes group we wanted and since we have to start over and since it still isnt resolved Ill just be deleting this game! Im sick and tired of this glitch! We hope it doesnt happen to anyone else! You dont deserve this much stars!
Ok this game has good graphics and nice battles with player vs player and other battles with the boss.
Honestly, the most fun we’ve had playing a game in a long while.. Graphics are good, we experience little to no lag.. And the best part? Paying for things isnt pushed on us. We dont have to pay to advance in the game after the tutorial ends. We also dont have to wait forever to regenerate energy or anything like that. Its genuinely enjoyable. A+
Its a pretty awesome game and the plot is cool. The gameplay is amazing but we just wish that we could go to another server with the current character we are playing rather than making a new one.
Its a fun game when your not dealing with bullying idiots that trash talk, curse, and constantly belittle other player. This is cyber bully haven because developers dropped the ball when it come to customer satisfaction. The help and contact us in the game doesnt even work, and never has.

This game will screw you out of your money of your money and there is no one to go and complain to theyll send you emails to complain at but none will reply not even their main page. And dont think youre getting a refund theyll permanently ban your card and account smh.

We purchased an item that now shows as pending 4 times in our account via the game. The item in question is considered to be a one time purchase for a life time reward of daily gems. We have tried to find a way to contact them to plead with them to not charge us 4 times for something that truly should only be purchased once. A better rating would apply had there been some actual customer support to resolve a situation. Other wise Im not displeased with the game.
They have you wait a full 5 minuets to load the game and then what happens… You get to play right??? No you log in and another 5 minuets of loading! Then you play right??? NOPE MORE LOADING! And before you say it we have 100mb /sec internet and a new iPad Pro. Dont waist your time.
