We have found that if we delete games- then wait( if possible!) for maybe 15-30 days- or wait for a phone update( but that takes way to long!!) we can reload the game & as long as we dont save it, we can start over from the very beginning & try to set things up a little differently. It used to be a pain to start all over- but now that we look at it in a different way, its not so bad. Our only problem is our champagne taste on a beer pocketbook (!!) as the minute we have enough coins to put in a new machine – its on the grounds. We generally have no room to add things because if waiting for a certain level to clear out another plot of land- then dont have the tools needed to clear. We have never been a real patient person & dont see that changing in the future. Any way to add more tools for clearing ( then once we get the area to make some of them- a more generous supply of ingredients to make things like the resin a little more often would be extremely helpful! Thanks.
We’ve been on this game for over 4 hour it is so entertaining to us we cant get of this game.

It is like hayday but the animals look different and you level up faster. We love it though we think it gives you vibes of the real world(If you are a kid thats what we mean for you the real world vibes/farm vibes.
App will not load , gets up to 17 percent. Waiting for the expansion supplies to be available are ridiculous! Gets giving us crap we dont need or want THE SAME THINGS ! We have been waiting for 8 trains to get the lever to move forward! Why wont you fix this ?
We like the game except when we go to play with the grandpa our game shuts down every time we got to the dinosaur part and now it wont play. If it wasnt for that it would get a 5 star rating.

We’ve been trying to play since this morning, but it keeps telling us to check our connection or internet isnt working, however there is nothing wrong on our end. Still cant get in. We’ve paid for 10 days (using the truck to get supplies) we’ve rebooted our phone and done everything but to no avail, we still cant get in and like we’ve stated before, there is nothing wrong on our end, all our connections (including internet) are working properly. We do love the game, but Im losing time by not being able to play and use the truck to get supplies, as of yesterday we had 6 days left and Im losing time, we would like to know if we will be given some type of credit for the time Im losing? We do love the game tho.

This game is so addicting but after 2 days of playing it keeps saying the connection wont let us play even though our WiFi is working and connected & our data works also, we’ve restarted our phone and it still doesnt work, restarted our WiFi and it still doesnt work.
This game has a lot of potential but there is a huge lack of information when you have questions or just get stuck. For example, no one knows how to harvest nuts from the tree and the community Facebook page shows ppl asking same question with no answers. Been searching, no answers. You shouldnt have to work so hard just to progress on a casual farming game. Also, it is harder than other games to progress without spending real money. One annoyance of ours is when you try to go to the open market to buy goods and they are already sold out within 1 sec of refreshing. There should be a way to buy goods (at least a few) to keep you playing, even if only slightly.
All day today the game is freezing its happening to everyone in our farm group.
We have been playing this app since 2019 and was working fine till this morning 8-16-2021. Now the app says check your internet and try again. We have refreshed several times and even uninstalled restarted our device and reinstalled the app, still having the problem. Even checked to see if there was a update, we have the currant update, 2.4.16.
Have been playing the game for a few months and enjoying it. Today getting error message that Im not connected to internet which is not the case. Nothing we do works to repair.

Very nice we personally love farm games and this was what we are looking for so Ill give it 5 star review.
This is a really good game but the screen on our iPad Pro sometimes turns gray after tapping on items in the game. We havent noticed if it happens upon tapping a specific item. When it happens, we just close it and start the game again but it eventually happens again.
To play for the second fennecs it take a lot of energy and time to gather energy if you dont have money to buy some. You need to give more time to finish the level and provide more energy prizes within the level.
Still cant play been a week now.
Its frustrating cause we like the concept but it takes way too long just to chop down a single tree and it seems like you have to remove a ton of trees and bushes just to have land which to buy land. You would literally have to pay because its way too hard otherwise.
They dont give new land when you win them!!! Or respond on a support page.
We used to thoroughly enjoy this game. The details were excellent. The games were really fun to compete in. The farming was fulfilling. Heres where we fell off the bandwagon- money. The longer we played this game, the more it forced our hand into a spot where if we didnt pay with our real money, we wouldnt get anywhere in any time. The joy of this game has been lost to the idea of pay to play. You cant enjoy anything about this game unless you put in your ACTUAL hard earned money. Remember when games used to cost ONE price ONE time? You pay $20-$40 for a game, and that was it; it was yours forever to enjoy the fun over and over. You never put another dime to it. Games like these dont do that; they scam you now. They make it so dang near impossible for you to complete anything unless you pay for it. When it takes an entire week to move an inch in a game, THATs NOT FUN. Thats not a gamethats a JOB. Anyone playing this game isnt actually playing a game theyre the game being played! By the very corporation who made this application. The gamers are now the workers, making millions for these pay to play businesses. Its all a complete and total scam. Like taxes. So no. Im done. We deleted our file and our game. We didnt even spend that much on this useless app. We just got tired of not having fun with it anymore. We wont be your money-making slave anymore. Your app is useless.
We really like your game – Im deleting it because of an add that started with a half naked woman and half naked man.
We were enjoying the game for couple of weeks and have even spent money to expand areas and buy diamonds. However a few days ago we started having problems on the islands where it was making us repeat clearing areas we had already cleared which required us to use more energy. Also, we stopped getting the free fireworks after watching the videos. But then today our shed that we spent diamonds on to expand to 150 a couple of weeks ago has gone back down to 125 requiring us once again to upgrade with either diamonds or resources. That isnt the bad part although it is frustrating. We reached out to support and all they responded updates received by daily rewards is only temporarily expanded. We explained that it was not expanded by a daily reward but that we purchased the expansion with diamonds. We have not heard of back from anyone and the issue from the island/energy was never addressed was never answered. So disappointed!!
We unlocked zoo cages searched islands done all quest on islands so far and no zoo animals. Just empty cages. There to many pop ups trying to play game we go to click on game stupid pop up comes up we click it. Annoying.
It was fun, at first. The expeditions were becoming a hassle. This latest one, though, has got to be the epitome of political correctness. Yes, we spent money on the game, but we are still removing it, because we refuse to do the political correct thing.
You earn energy and gems and gold which are put into storage chests which you can than purchase for $4.99. The value is not there. If you like playing a game for 5 minutes every couple hours than this is one for you.
Very unhappy with things we’ve lost in the past week! No more watching videos to call in train early or to fill a train cell. We are having big problems seeing someone has filled a train cell when we ask for help and even we transfer items to a friend we cant see they took it. On our end it looks like it hasnt sold. We are running fast access wifi and they problems this past week with the game after so our time and money we’ve put into it longs line it will be the last! How are we to run tournaments with the game acting so shady! Very unhappy with they way there trains are asking for more than you can possibly produce and the number of items all for. Bad call on the creators side bad choice our entire community will find some place else to have fun if you dont fix this!
Game keeps closing on us and forcing us to start over. Its a fun game but its annoying to have to keep starting over. And we havent been able to get into the islands for a month now, super annoying!
It was a fun game before all the crappy changes and still unsure if we want to quit and delete like so many others have.
Since the updates 3/2023, this game is no longer fun to play. Instead of improving the game they have made it much more difficult to finish products as you can no longer use gems and the speed up trailer is a waste. We’ve played it for awhile now but trying to decide if we even want to put up with the newest changes. A game should be fun not stressful as this one has become.

Fun game, many glitches are frustrating, NEW factories items take way to many items to make , IMPOSSIBLE to make them in Jolly task, we delete them & buy with gems to replace them just for our gems to bring up SAME ITEMS DELETED. Our game was fine and then one day last week we suddenly lost our movie trailer videos. We’ve actually lost all videos for coins, diamonds everything else that we could use video ads to get things in game. Myself and our wife are experiencing the same issues on 2 different IPads. Some people on our community team are having the same issues and others are not which is confusing. Please fix these problems before anymore time passes.
This game use to be a very good enjoyable game but with the recent update 2.17.36 it has been so stressful. With this update we no longer Use the movie trailer, watch a ad to get extra jewels, extra points, extras coins and cut down any trees. Also can not watch an ad to get the train and balloon to come back sooner. We know longer have that option. We do know it is not our iPad or internet causing the issue for our daughter plays the game and she has the same kind of iPad as us and is on the same Internet and her game is working just fine. We have contacted Support several time on this issue and NOT ONCE have we heard back from them!
You’ve taken a game that takes forever to make products and grow crops and made it now nearly impossible to complete tasks because you’ve changed the only ways that you can complete tasks faster!! We’ve been playing this game for two years and it’s now so frustrating that we’re about to delete it off of our phone after spending a lot of money on it by the way. There are plenty of other farm games that are not constantly after you for cash and they don’t make it nearly impossible to complete tasks. With this terrible update, YOU’VE ruined a very nice game.
