Why am we losing shootouts when our shot is closer to the pin? The distance from the hole appears correct when it flashes up right after the shot but at the final screen where it displays the winner that number changes sometimes and we lose.

Nothing but invisible balls and crashes. Super fun app but back end support is a huge nope.
Very fun and has tons of strategies to it. If you want to survive in the higher tours you HAVE to get good clubs. Which you should grind in the lower tours. Entertaining, good to play while waiting for a doctors or haircut appointment. Overall great game we highly suggest. PS if you run out of coins just use the bank booster In the shop.
For two weeks now game is unplayable due to invisible balls, loading of gameplay takes to long, can't start the tournament, can't open golden shoot, can't continue final round of tournament even after we qualified for it and the worst thing can't see the meter when trying to hit the invisible ball?!? Upon all of this customer support don't care of anything. We just think they all went for Christmas vacation and still didn't come back. Shame for EA team.
This is a golf game for all skill levels. It offers plenty of upgrades with continuous opportunities to earn more. Golf Clash is a fun and down to earth pass time.

We have had this game for a while now but as of late when we buy the 9.99 bundle with a thousand gems Im only getting 2 or 4 hundred. Im leaving this review because this is the only way we think our issues will get noticed..there is or has not been an update for a while..Ive tried going directly to the app store to no avail..if this has happened to anyone else please like and share so this bug can get fixed. As of Christmas the game has not been working. What is going on on and can admin fix this please..its been almost a week and the game is still not working.
Good game but recently havent been able to load games. Every time it trys to load it shows an error.
Absolutely love this game! Despite how greedy and evil it is. Its totally rigged and revenue-driven, but its crack if you like phone games. And enjoy the AI in the Help Desk! Shes a real pip.

We thoroughly enjoy the game and its a great way to relax although the drop mechanics arent completely accurate. See a red stake hazard is typically a 2 stroke penalty, but in the game you just hit your last shot again counting only that extra stroke. Its a minor inconvenience for some but it just rubs us the wrong way, especially when your opponent takes a drop and still manages to tie you. All in all, we love the game it just irks our golf obsessed mind that there are bugs like this. We hope the developers can fix this in the future.
This is overall a great app. Great graphics, nice play, but what drives us crazy is the sandbagging in the tournaments. Players who have earned enough trophies to show they are clearly Masters+ level players are allowed to play the Rookie level tournaments. If you have to have a certain number of trophies earned to move up in tourney play, why do you allow those to then sandbag in the lower levels where they have an unfair advantage? There is absolutely no reason why a rookie level player with 400-500 trophies should be playing tournaments against players with > 2200 trophies. Rookie level players who score -22/-23 are not getting past the opening rounds due to all the Master/Expert level sandbaggers which royally sucks.
Golf Clash is a fun game. While there could be room for improvement like ways to get more gems and coins. Also less ads trying to get us to buy things.
Love the game but every time we try to play a match it gives us an error. Missing out on tourneys and points. No new update. No help from support. Please help.
Why do we keep getting an error message every time we try to play the game.
Lets start out with the fact that we couldnt connect to the web store for 31 days chat with 4 different people on support they didnt read what we wrote and all 4 gave us the same answer which in fact is what we wrote that we already did cleared local files and data and restarted our phone only 1 said that they would try to fix the issue in the next update we also asked to be compensated for the 31 days of free chest and on top of that they take away the free prism balls that many of use for tournaments update been 2 days must be crickets working cause we aint heard a thing.
Been playing for years. Its a fun game but, its now starting to crash on iPhones.
We entered a tournament and our ball was not visible making it impossible to hit. We closed the app and tried several times with the same result. Love the game and still give it a high rating. The times there are bugs is not frequent but still happens.
Unfortunately this once great game is getting ridiculous. It used to resemble actual golf. Its as if their developers have a competition to see who can come up with the funkiest and most creative holes.nearly impossible to hit some fairways and its all based on being able to hit random spots in fairway and have it bounce to greennot at all indicative of real golf. Far too gimmicky. We think our final straw was when they had an actual water slide that cut across a fairway. And if you got stuck behind it, youre blocked. Umman made objects are supposed to be free relief. A freaking water slide on a golf course? Too bad programming is fairly amazing but its turned into a circus golf game.
Twice today it glitched during key matches – both times we were in better position and both times caused a loss of strokes.
We believe the format should be 3rd person much like WGT golf which would give players the option to choose and customize characters.
Game is fun when it works but it hangs up too much. It says you are reconnecting but we have a great connection and it still hangs up. Too bad because we kind of liked this game.

Like the game but it doesnt tell you how far from the pin you are after your drive. This would be very helpful in gaging how hard to hit the ball.
Apparently theres some bugs going on cant load any games.
Game is glitched out! Havent been able to play any matches in a week. It will match us up with an opponent but then when waiting for it to load the course itll give us an error message. When we click on retry it freezes up. IOS is updated, game is updated, closed out all other apps, restarted phone, nothing works. Forget about trying to contact customer support, it just keeps running you in circles.
Would be a great game if you could earn coins instead of having to watch thousands of ads then to go play and get matched with players who are 100+ levels above you and constantly hit hole in ones to take all your coins just so you have to watch more ads to keep playing. For example just watched 30 ads to get 30,000 coins just 2 lose 3 matches in a row 2 players hit hole in ones on shootout round and the other gets eagle from long distance. Would be nice to get matched with similar level players and maybe have a chance to actually earn coins without having to watch sooooo many ads. Oh and the wind sometimes will say one number but when you hit a perfect shot it does more extreme wind reaction and basically robs you of a good shot game is just frustrating unless you spend money on better items will probably delete if this continues the worst robbing was a perfect shot that shouldve gone in the hole on a close chip in rattled between the pole and inner cup then spit out like what the just happened.
What happened tho our ball? Invisibly is bad.
We love the concept of the game, and the game itself is a lot of fun. The different clubs and balls all add a spin (pun intended) to the game. The mechanics, and the visuals are pretty cool. What we dont like about the game is how much time you need to commit to it. For example, we dont like how the tournaments have both a qualifying round, then 2 days later, have the final round. Our reason being because one day Ill have plenty of time on our hand to play the tournament qualifying rounds but then the day of the final rounds we got a lot going on and cant play all the games and end up wasting plenty of coins for little prize. The tournaments are competitive and a blast, in our opinion, yet take up so much time that Id rather not be spending on our phone. Another thing is how much they push you to spend money. Every time you go into the game or go back to the Home Screen theres an offer to spend money on the game that pops up. It gets annoying to have to click out of them every time we go into the game.
Lets be clear, this game is fun. We play it daily. But lets be honest, its no more golfing simulator than it is fair. This game is extremely expensive. You actually cannot compete with pay for balls and it can be quite defeating. You cannot really gain coins because most players are at a 50/50 win rate. Its one giant money grab. The season pass is full of garbage emotes and hole explosions that dont matter now that everything is solo play. You will eventually have to use gems to get your coin purse back to where you need it. You will have to use gems to get even the most basic of balls. Still plenty fun but be prepared for that. Solo play is a great feature they added to speed up pace of play. They do need to work on bugs and other quality of life issues such as your stats not updating. Overall we give it a 3 for being basically a golf casino game. You might save money playing real golf.
Good game, however you need money to actually win. No matter how skilled you are if your equipment or balls arent there you wont be winning anything. Also the game has consistently been crashing as we start up a match for some odd reason, we dont know why they arent fixing it or doing anything about that.
We been playing this game a while and really enjoy but the last few days our ball is invisible and making it very frustrating , we also wish you would show the yardage and be able to swap clubs when you want.
Allowing ability to upgrade and buy clubs isnt fair.

1v1 crashing for the past week. Cant even play the game.
We love the game, part fun, part real physics. But they just did an update and it is bad. We cant play 1v1, many wholes wont show the aiming meter, doesnt show the ball. Just a disaster. Waiting for an update to fix thisupdate. If not fixed, Ill be leaving soon. Close to unplayable.
Hard to see an invisible ball to hit! Been this way for days with no update. Also, fairly lame to allow pros to play in rookie events. Nothing like playing down to the competition.

This is a fun game but it Crashes all the time, that is the only reason for the low rating. You loose the coins you paid for a game when it crashes. Very frustrating! Lately you cant see the swing so you end up with s hook or slice. Stupid.
