We just opened the game and ALL of our points are gone. It was fine last night. Edit: our points are all back now.
We play this game daily and spend a lot of money. The game freezes often. We lost 110k thousand coins during a game freeze and asked for them back. They told us we got them back but its not true. We never did. We asked for proof and to escalate and have been ignored since. Im looking for a new gin game and will be leaving this one. With all the money we have spent with them the complete lack of appreciation is unacceptable. They tried to blame our wifi but we wasnt on wifi and had a strong signal.
Love, love this app! Have a lot of fun, especially playing Gin with our mom when we live hours away from each other. Only sad thing is the Facebook friend challenge function doesnt seem to be working anymore and both her and we have it shown as we both have no friends – even when we are logged in! Really hope this gets fixed soon. Great app!

Love this game, but you cant see the top of the screen on the iPhone XR. Cant see how much money we have.

This feature has stopped working, though its indicated that there are videos to watch. Is this due to the fact that the new, updated version is getting the attention ?
The game is well designed but rigged. Have you noticed you cannot continue to be a guest yet you keep playing guests at the highest level. We do much better when we start the game as a novice and do not pay for chips. Occasionally we will buy a small amount of chips to not worry about the outcome and then suddenly we cant win a game. This is to entice you to buy more chips. We spend most of our time studying the different aspects of the game being rigged to entice players to buy chips. We find it fascinating. When Im tired of being subjected to the rigging, we typically just keep starting over, which is the only fair way to play because the game designers are waiting to rig the newcomers, and you have a higher average of winning while they wait to entice you to buy chips. Its a lot of fun until you are flagged as a buyer of chips. Dont waste your money on buying chips; just start over and you will win more hands.
We enjoy playing this game; however, there are guests that cheat. Why cant you make it mandatory for every person who is not connected to Facebook enter their name immediately. We are tired of them cheating and getting away with it.
By only paying 50 cents on the dollar for wins, most people have to buy additional credits to continue playing consistently even if they are very skilled at gun rummy.
We have found this game (at least the classic version) to be both challenging and frustrating. We consider myself to be a decent gin player. At the easy, classic level we win about half the time. Here are some things we find frustrating: 1) you cant talk to your opponent, just send a limited number of emojis, 2) the games are basically a race to 10 dont wait too long for gin, 3) you have to bet 200 chips to win 100. You will deplete your bankroll rapidly even if you win half the time. We think the real intent of this game is to get you to buy chips!

So we’ve really loved this game but now Im having nothing but trouble even opening it. Ill get to the loading screen and then it automatically shuts down. Plus Im sick of all the pop up ads that happen every time you play a game, it never did this before. Please HELP!!!!
Every time you play, you and your opponent lose 100+ coins to the house. Seems ridiculous for a game that doesnt involve real money. For example, if we play a beginner game it costs 200 coins and we can only win 300. So if we lose we now have to win two games to break even.
This app is put together really well and its really easy to lose track of time playing this game, that is until you begin running out of chips. The wager and payout ratio is lame. Wager 200 and only win 100 on top of your wager.
There are two flaws: – It rearranges our meld, even with the lock button on. The programmers have a preference for sets and we prefer runs. We are focused on looking for certain cards and bang! Our meld has shifted and we need different cards. – we like to rearrange our cards not be forced into a specific algorithm.
This game takes your money for chips and continues to drop you. We’ve told them time and time again that theres a glitch. People keep leaving the game. We think the same thing is happening to them!!! The game is dropping them.

Ever since the last update, the screen goes black when the ad is suppose to play. And then nothing. Cant get to the game. Please fix this glitch – and soon!!
Rigged game. It is obvious that it is set up to let you win in the beginning. Then once you start playing higher stakes tables, your opponent consistently knocks after picking up 1 or 2 cards. The designers have set this up to sell chips. These are not real opponents but the computer. We have exited game and returned after time limit and the person is still there.
Designed to get you to purchase coins after getting you hooked. They are also deleting negative reviews to keep their 4.8 star rating.
So… The game itself is great except one problem. It constantly has connection issues. No — they’re not on our end. Our wifi is as fast as you’ll get and it’s only the app, not our internet otherwise. What makes this really horrendous is that it gives you a message that there’s connection issues and them just freezes. The only thing it lets you do is quit — which then counts as a loss. I.e., you lost your buyin (and yes you spend real money to buy chips). EVEN WORSE– about half the time after we win, the game just freezes, giving you no option other than leaving — which results in a loss. THIS IS AFTER YOU HAVE ALREADY WON. All customer support does here is refund your buyin — which is woefully insufficient considering they should also be paying our winnings.
Big Gin? Aces dont work both ways are only with 1 point? Who the hell designed this app? Clearly theyve never played Gin Rummy in their entire life.
They recently updated the game and the the payouts are so extremely low its pure nonsense. They reduced all bonuses as well. Definitely better game options available. It used to be great game. Its sad they got so greedy.
Been playing for two straight weeks. Almost every card thrown is a picture card, unless youre saving them, then you see none thrown. Opposition wins 80% of the time, usually after two or three draws.
We never had poor connection until we made purchases in the game. We started joining tournaments and would lose the game and all our money due to poor connection. Strange.
We played many different Rummy games, this one is ok, but you are not playing against other players at all times, you are playing against the computer. Play it enough you will know if your playing against a true opponent or against the game. When you notice cards you discard are picked up and never discarded and yet not part of the opponents run clearly suspicious.
The game has a very classy design, and all of that, but thats about as good as it gets. The game is designed for you to lose and get addicted to it as well. Then once you are, you have to go buy coins and pay for all of their paraphernalia so you can play. Even the way the game is set up for you to start a game, think about this, on the easiest level there is a total of 860 points but you have to put up nearly 450 just to start playing so you dont make 860, and we have to give them credit. Its ingenious to set it up this way because the innocent player thanks well if we win, Ill get 860, doesnt work that way.. Once you see through all the bells, whistles and smokescreens, youll understand that it is rigged and it is done so so you will have to pay money to play the game and thats what they want and if youre OK with that, great, knock yourself out!
First things first, this game is designed to hook you and take your money. Period. Full stop. Despite the nice replies and explanations the developers will undoubtedly respond to this review with, that is the bottom line. You literally have to win 66% of the games to stay at least even with the House. Hard to do that when youre up against bots. Important to note: you can tell quite often when youre playing a bot. Most of the time, 78% to be exact (and yes, we counted) the opponent gets first pick after the deal. Statistically, this is exceedingly rare to occur over a prolonged period. In our case it was close to 1,000 games. Conclusion? Bot. Dear Developer: we hear your explanation, still does not explain why now over 78% of the games we have played, our opponent draws first. This is statistically impossible as we’ve played more games than we care to admit. The draws should be 50% +/- 3%. This lopsidedness is not even in the ballpark. Conclusion? Still bots.
When we try to connect to Facebook it says App Not setup: This app is still in development mode and you dont have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions. This developer side issue has locked us out of our account.
We love Gin Rummy & have been enjoying this app for a while now. But this latest version is NOT working at all. First game, & it has crashed! We were not having any issues with it – the bugs that were supposedly fixed never showed up for us, & we play almost daily. Well, this version has brought them to us ugh! Why do developers mess with something thats working? Job security?? & why oh why must you FORCE updates…. If not resolved Ill have to find a new game.
This game is completely rigged. We have played it religiously for months. You never get real people anymore – only guests. If you win more than one with a real person with a name then they throw about 6 bots at you that are guests and you lose every time. We would not waste any more money on buying credits on this game. Dont bother downloading. They wont even let you post a review!
Lost first 5 consecutive matches with opponent drawing 3 or less cards each hand! Terrible AI algorithms! Don’t waste your time!
Nothing more frustrating than a stupid app game that doesnt understand the game!! We had gin twice but the stupid game couldnt figure out how to put three cards in a row! Thumbs down Delete Dont waste your time.

Lots of robots play. They force you to change your name from guest after you close out for the first time and come back. But yet you have players playing as guests in $3000 chip games. They are robots. Response from creator says they dont force you to change name or you can be a guest, but they are lying. You can be a guest when you start until you close for the first time. Hint: delete app and put back on if you dont connect with Facebook. You get 2000 chips to start again. Never pay $ for chips. Just delete app and download app again. You lose your progress, but who cares.
After a while (a few weeks) if you dont log into your Facebook or buy more chips this program will no longer allow you to win any games. You can tell by the deal of the cards that this site is fixed Then the program just stops loading all together.
Not only is the "random" card generator not as random as the developers claim, the Rake is far too large. 25% every game is ridiculous. The Absolute Worst part tho is the constant bugs. By constant, we mean they haven’t fixed the issue in any way over several years. We come back on occasion to see it it’s ever resolved, but it never is. The issue?? You cant be on the app longer than about 6 minutes without it shutting down and kicking you off the app altogether!? While you’ll sometimes get your chips back if your nixed in the middle of a game, its inconsistant. Want to watch a video to get daily free chip??… You’ll be nixed just after watching the video. No chips. Just as a test, we played for 2 hours the other night and got kicked out 19 times!?
Dont believe all the positive reviews!! This game is a blatant scam, and these developers are nothing more than grifters. We played three games in a row against a guest, and in each game, each guest scored gin, in back-to-back hands, to win each game. This is a statistical improbability.
Well Contact is not good. Daily game points are gone, watching videos for extra tokens doesnt work! So Im gone! Deleting with 190 points/tokens left! Oh wellfun while it lasted.
