Far too short for the money. The Secret Room doesnt work.
We love these games reason one star This privacy wasnt on here before! Both big fish and elephant games please take it off.
Let us start by saying that we absolutely LOVE every Elephant game we’ve ever played. We have no complaints at all regarding the games, although not too long ago we sent an email and got a very rapid reply regarding our not being able to play the games because of the new update. What we forgot to ask in our email to you was if this is going to be a permanent problem or not, regarding the games we’ve already purchased? Will we never be able to play those again? Or is this just a temporary problem with a fix in the near future? We would really appreciate a reply. Thank you for your time. – A dedicated fan.
The game doesnt seem to be formatted correctly for right handed people nor for an iPhone 12. Things that are always on the right side of the screen are on the left side- like the hint. Most annoyingly a lot of the scenes are off the screen making it difficult to even know theres an area to interact with. You also cant pick up your tools from your tools selection without going out of the game because its too far down.
UPDATE: June 19th Elephant will have a new release. Its called Ms. Holmes: Five Orange Pips! Lets keep supporting Elephant! This gem was yet another terrific installment in the series, with Richard the skull stealing the spotlight away again from his time-traveling daughter. Yet his comments are always so amusing! We love this series, and this game was no exception. The gameplay was fast-paced, the tasks enjoyable, and Elephant adds a touch of Je ne sais quoi to make it totally addicting. There was a really good mix of HOP and mini-games. The game ran smoothly except for some minor touchscreen sensitivity issues with the map, a feature that seems to be prevalent in the developers games. Our biggest gripe, along with everyone else, is that we do not get enough bang for our bucks! The game was extremely brief, and that being said, does not merit such a hefty price tag. We have mentioned this issue time and again to Elephant, and they dont seem to rectify the situation. We love the games, but they need to be much lengthier! Right now theres not much competition, but eventually we will have EIPIX and some other games on the horizon. At that point the players will pick and choose. Elephant, please lengthen your gameplay! Our actual rating will be 4.5 stars, and we deducted a half star for overall length and a poorly functioning map. Happy gaming, everyone!
Really had a Good time with this one, despite it being short in length. Great graphics & Voiceovers ( Especially Richard!) who is always Very entertaining. Thank you Elephant Games for keeping us IPad users entertained. Always look forward to your releases – Please keep them coming. Its Very refreshing to have a developer that comes up with Great Storylines, Interactive gameplay & for the Majority glitch free games! This series is a favorite, and it’s easy to see why! This game was fun, and yes, a little shorter than some others, but a good time. We agree with others, Richard is a hoot! And the continuity in the long story line makes you invested, while the current story still seems fresh. Only thing we would point out is the map wasn’t very responsive, not sure if that was just us or the game, but it wasn’t enough to detract. Keep these coming please, and well done!
Lots of fun and no problems at all. It could be longer, but we appreciate having a new game with no problems. We especially enjoy ghostly Richard.
We only gave 3 stars cause it took us less than that to finish game and bonus chapter… Good game no glitches but pricey for the amount of content…
So much to like about the game, yet the dislikes mar it. We liked that the games were fairly easy. We liked the games progression. We liked that scenes were light enough to see what you were looking for. We didnt like that the hidden object scenes were not interesting with different ways to find the objects, and the items you were supposed to find were only outlines. The worst part was the game where you put together the puzzle of a lab worker, we suppose. The turn button would not turn the pieces so you couldnt turn them to complete the puzzle and had to skip it. For that we had to not give it the higher stars we would have preferred. We are tired of buying games with glitches. Money wasted imo.
