What Makes Mystery Trackers 19: Voices Stand Out
Mystery Trackers cadets, that were involved in a monster case that happened in the training camp a year ago, are now eager to prove themselves in action. When working at the commcenter, they catch an SOS signal of three students desperately asking for help while running away from a strange green wave in a school corridor. But when newbie agents – Ginger, Black and Slate – arrive at the school, it seems that no one knows these students, as if they never even existed. Normally in this series you play from the perspective of Agent Brown. However in this instance, you play from the three separate perspectives (as in Detectives United) of rookie agents, all named fittingly after colors (Black, Slate, and Ginger.) In addition, you were able to use time-travel as you would do in Grim Tales. So features from the different detective series were combined. The graphics were better than usual, and the gameplay was a decent length. It wasnt as short as some people thought; when you enjoy a game it moves more quickly. We found the gameplay addictive as usual, with plenty to accomplish at each location. Collectibles included gadgets for the rookie agents, as well as puzzle pieces. There were no morphing objects. This time the secret room was the ability to replay HO scenes and mini-games, so no searching for tiny morphing objects. There was an interesting mix of both HO scenes and mini-games, and several were more unusual and challenging. We loved all the HO puzzles but the mini-games were not all our cup of tea. There was, however, a puzzle for everyone, from rotational types to games of skill, and a very interesting maze puzzle. Our only issue was one of quality assurance. The text did not remain on the screen long enough to read it, so we found the storyline a bit confusing at times. Some of the puzzles were difficult to manipulate too. The gameplay interface needed a tad more touchscreen sensitivity. Still, this game was more unusual and we did enjoy it immensely. Our rating will remain at 4 stars, due to less than stellar quality assurance and our dislike of several mini-games. We would have liked more codes and games of logic. Please stop complaining about pricing. We have little enough to play as it is, and these games take extensive time and work to create. If you keep on griping, Elephant wont succeed. Now that Oleg has refused to give us EIPIX, we need more Elephant games! Happy gaming, everyone.
We really enjoy the mystery trackers series, but we think this is probably one of the least successful games in the series. The thing that bothered us the most was not being able to read all the pieces of paper when they pop up. They frequently contain information you need to continue on with the game or at least make it easier but theyre gone in like two seconds. And theres nowhere to look them up like a journal or a notebook. We also thought it was a bit glitchy in places. Mystery trackers is a great series Id like to see you do better.
Ive played ALOT of BigFish/Elephant games and have a very good frame of reference for knowing quality vs. The crap. This story was stupid, the video cut scenes were so low-res, almost unwatchable, and many of the mini-games made no sense and had zero info, that Skip was the only way to move forward! We had to use Hint far too much, and Ive had extensive play-testing on games. Theres always a first time for everything, and this was the FIRST game that would quickly take away a found document before you had time to read it all, and then it would disappear. Whats the point of having a nice hand-drawn old-style parchment message if it comes up onscreen, and literally 2 seconds later, is taken away and never to be seen again!? Never have we seen any BF-style games do that, and its the worst example of low quality game here. We couldnt finish this game fast enough, to move on. Better luck next time, Elephantbut whoever did this one for you, oughta be removed from the building! We cannot believe we paid for the full game! Kept thinking it would get better.
This is a good game and we are having fun but where is the dog? We just started it so maybe he will show up? If not its still good but the dog was always delightful.
Loved it! Very relaxing and not too complex. We like games where we dont have to go back and forth without forgetting where we are. We do agree it was way too short though. But we will keep buying if you put out games like this one.
UPDATE After starting 2 times l figure out how to get the things back in the list for the smoke bomb. If you use a hint it will bring the rest of the list back, thats how l was able to move on. For us personally, l love their games, yes! It has a lot of mini games and its very short, but they're enjoyable and fun which makes it worth paying the $6.99. But thats just our opinion. Ive bought all the games this developer has put out. Keep them coming and l will keep on buying. Its 5 Stars game for us. The game started out very good but, has you begin to start the game where you have to make the smoke bomb the item from the list just ( opener & sugar packet) disappears and you cant move on . Please fix, because am surprise at this developer for their games are always are well done and enjoyable from start to finish. Please fix this issue and l will update our star rating.

As usual a great mystery with good hidden object and games. Plenty to view. Always enjoy elephant games, would love a bit more length but appreciate all your efforts. Keep them coming please.
Again, custom mode works, then doesnt work. We have finally figured out a fix for this glitch, but honestly it shouldnt exist in every game. We quit playing and leave the game open in the background, it saves our progress and custom settings, however the settings show as we set them but theyre really back to out of the box mode. We have to check off everything, then uncheck everything, then all is right again. How petty and aggravating for every game. -Mini games were too easy, but they were fun in this game. We just dislike any mini game that requires us to use arrows to dodge objects, we have mobility problems and we wish that there were an alternate game for us players who are physically impaired. -Again Im requesting easy mode and hard mode game play. -Im still holding out for collectibles to show on the map. -Im extremely tired of reviews that cry about the cost of these games. If you want better games with great scenery, thoughtful puzzles, then it requires time, effort, imagination and manpower. This we not free. We have in the past bought many video games that we finished in one night that cost us $45 and that was a long, long time ago. Stop whining and either buy the game or wait for a sale this is peoples livelihood, not the welfare line! -thank you for an enjoyable game.
Just started the game and already had to delete and reload because the smoke bomb parts vanished and not even using hint made them reappear. Im very surprised you havent fixed that bug yet. We see its been reported by others for quite a while now.
We have a few complaints and they are about all of your games. The issue that compelled us to write this review is the location of items. Im not sure if its just an issue because we play on an iPhone but we find it near impossible to get the items from the bar to where they need to be. Id say 95% of the time it pulls the screen as if Im closing the app. It makes us crazy and not want to play your games. You really need to move it up a pinch so its not in the middle of the white bar or utilize the tap option when you tap on the item and tap where its meant to be used. This needs to be given serious consideration. Another is the games are not long @ all and since you offer very little discounts or subscriptions you should really consider making them longer or offering more deals. Ive been playing these games for so long and we play at least a few a week. We love them but who can afford that much money for a game they can finish in an hour or so. Especially considering when they were all available through Big Fish they were almost 1/2 the price if not less.
Not worth the $7. Not terrible, but it had too many minigames which were either too difficult or had a bug that stopped progress. (Ex: in the one where you have to move a motorcycle past striped bars, one of the bars got stuck off to the right and we couldnt finish.). Like other games from this developer, game was too short as well.
The game was way too short for 6.99. Ive played a lot of these games and this one is a complete rip off. Do not buy this game.
We were enjoying the game, but there was a glitch. Cant get blue print to show on the mannequin Indian. Frustrating to pay for a game and cant finish! Doubt we get our money back.
