Pay the $0.99. Well worth the money. We are on the extreme difficulty with 2 levels left. Then on to extreme difficulty. Thank you for bringing this to iOS. We have played with a controller and without controller. We would suggest pairing a Bluetooth compatible controller for best gameplay.
We just had our 12 pro max die on us, Im using an iPhone 7 till the 14 pro max comes. We found this gem of a game in between upgrading phones, and we are coming from having played Diablo immortal religiously on iPhone and pc and this little rogue like game along with a few others are exactly what we needed. We unlocked Samson and beat the first boss, now we unlocked the wizard Ellius and the game feels even better on the new crypt map. The design of this game is perfect. We wish there was a small mini map showing red of the waves and boss markers. Maybe even have chests marked too.
You probably know what youre looking at here. Wander around, wreak havoc among the undead, try not to die. The speed is right, timing is fun. Not too hard, not too easy and ways to progress and keep gameplay interesting. Well done to the developers!
This is a great game. A lot like vampire survivor. Only comparing it with that cos we know it’s well known. But anyway this game grimnight heroes is a lot of fun and definitely worth the $1 to unlock the full game. We’re just not satisfied with the attack direction. It’s only 8 direction attacking. It’s a bit annoying trying to aim attacks with only 8 directions. This game is controller compatible so we don’t see why there can’t be all direction 360 attacking. Just add that and this game will be perfect. There’s all direction movement which is great. Just needs all direction attack now. Thanks for the game and the hard work.
Definitely better than stray, never played stray, don’t have to. We know this game has 100x more replayablity . Good stuff.
We are a gamer, and getting older now. Played Everquest, and hundreds of games over the years. Reminds us of Heretic and Hexen, and we have tried a lot of phone games that gate or throttle you unless you pay. This is just fun.
Its a great version of vampire survivor, best we’ve played on iOS. Only feedback we have so far is we think the scythe should hit enemies on the way up and not just the way down. They only want $0.99 for no ads, absolutely worth it.

Fairly inspired from VS. Gameplay a little less addictive because your powerups dont combine into anything crazy. We guess they made the weappn system more balanced, but we also wish the drops don’t disappear after some time passes. Still a good time waster and the price was reasonable to support a dev gamer who probably enjoys playing their own game. We would make the combos more transparent and give more options to expand the VS playstyle. Maybe a mania mode where everything goes insane and you have to rely on weapon matches.
Solid VS clone with pay to remove ads.
Im old enough to have come up in physical arcades, so we love games with that simple reflex based play. Grimnight reminds us a lot of Robatron or Smash TV. Good variety of monsters, great pixel graphics, and perfect music and sounds. Its favorite game currently. Our only request would be to add a character that comes from the future, like a robot soldier with a laser or something.

Nothing too fancy with the game but if youre looking for something to pass the time its fairly fun. It doesnt bombard you with ads and doesnt constantly ask you to buy from them.
Our initial impression is that this game is great. We’ve played a few games and reached Draculas Castle. However, theres one problem Id like to see the devs fix: 20 minutes is too long for a mobile game. People dont even play Magic Arena for 20 minutes at a time – they jam best of 1s that take 5 minutes or so. And thats a game that was made to be played in-between other engagements. Remember Mark Rosewaters lesson: too short is better than too long. Id like to see games shortened or broken up into 5 minute intervals or shorter.

This is so fun- it satisfies the hand eye reflexes with some brain food for decision making and just easy going fun to watch the combos you can make we can already tell Ill be going max level for the pixel fun of it.
The developer keeps updating so we cant put it down. Each character is a different play experience. Love, love , love this game.

Literally the most fun we’ve had playing a mobile game in forever, 10/10 take our money when we get paid haha.
Its pretty fun, and a good time waster. However the grind is pretty bad. Definitely makes progress way slower than it has to be. Which is okay to an extent, we personally feel like its a touch too slow to advance but the devs gotta make money somehow. Still we think increasing the gold earned by a tad wouldnt hurt.
Great game, satisfying and fun. Perfect for offline play and long airplane rides. Runs are about 20 minutes long and the gold earned can be used to buy permanent upgrades from the shop. No micro-transactions just the option to watch an ad if you want to double your rewards after a run, or to get a discount on stats boosts before starting a run. Only negative feedback is gameplay loop is basically the same each level, the only thing that changes is the background and monster art. The strategy that worked on the first level works for all levels. Could use different size/shape maps and atleast one unique enemy AI per new level.
Fun and addicting. Not pay to win which is nice, just old fashioned fun lol.

The game is really fun. But the most amazing thing is there arent constant ads. In fact you never have ads unless you want to watch them and its not necessary to even do so. Just if you want a little bit of coins daily, or to 2x your coins after a play through. We’ve never written a review before but this game really deserves it. Even if its not a game that interests you, check it out to at least see what games should be as far as ads.
Edit: problems were fixed its balanced and fun again.
Overall not terrible for a free game. At the end of the day however, the main competitor does everything 100x better and for only a couple bucks. This genre has blown up in the last year and we cant lie when we say they have majorly failed to really compete with the original. Touch controls on a phone certainly dont help. On top of that the item evolutions are pretty garbage(and some just plain dont work).
If they added more levels and quests and characters we would still be playing it.
Game is rigged, the Desert level has many rigged mechanics, such as: -your attack clips thru some enemies (they take no damage) -they literally give you no chance, swarm you and spawn right in front of you, and they also STICK to you! YES they block you from going anywhere and you get repeated hits (that applies to bosses from and after min 7) -Some same type of enemies has more health than the others Its a disappointment, because we enjoyed it at first till we encountered this. Not one star deserving either. Edit: Developers are lying, and they didnt answer our question and mixed up our words with somebodys else.
Just found this gem of a game an we’ve already put at least 3-4 hours in without even noticing the time go by. The game is simple but it keeps you interested and focused. The amount of characters, levels and power up are great. Cant wait to see how this game evolves more. Keep up the great work.
No other game has the vampire survivors feel like this one does, we seriously urge you to play this. Its so good!!!
Its fun, challenging and looks great. The sprites are creepy and theres a lot to start out with. Its on the go mayhem.

Not sureI keep coming back even though we’ve played similar games where the gameplay is better. They have a good product and a great formula here! Very F2P friendly and has a fun grindy aspect. Not works shattering but very solid.
Fine game, the desert level on insane feels way too unbalanced. Have had no problem beating all the other levels, but desert is very punishing with hardly any way to level up. Biggest issue we have is that it feels like the skills are too focused on balance rather than fun, we hardly ever feel powerful. Vampire survivors is a lot of fun because of the different builds give you very strong attacks and powers, this doesnt.
The three items youre given to pick from when you level up is random, and you only get 9 items total, so if a few of your lvl up options are worthless there is no way you can win a level. Its frustrating to get 10 minutes in and realize theres no way you can win with what youre given. We would rather skip leveling up or pay gold to get another 3 random items to choose from.
