Amazing game but every time we die we wish it does a note like dark souls lol.
Just finished our first play through. This game is kind of like a 2D Dark Souls in a way, although with simpler combat. Took about & hours to complete doing a modest amount of exploration and completing each level. The grinding ended up being worth it because the end of the game is hard and youll need all the weapons and power ups you can get. Highly recommend this + playing with a controller!
Now ever since we came back to the apple iPhone we see that this game respond better then it has in the past we do not see any lag and we do not have any problem with seeing what we are aiming at during battle now in the past we had a big issue with that and the lag a lot with our old iPhone Se but with this new iPhone Se yall got it made so we can get back what we lost and we wanna thank you and that is why we gave yall the 5 stars for this game. And nice improvement on the game to.
We will rate this 100/100 it has become one of our favorite ones now we will happy buy a sequel or a game familiar to this from direlight developers even if it costed $100.
We always been looking to find similar games to this but couldnt find any for couple pf years now. Sequel is overdue! We want more of this!!!
First of all, the picture style is very cool, the sense of impact is very strong, very cool. Secondly, the map design is very interesting especially for the hidden chapters. No in-game recharge is great. There is no one favorite single player game. Hope for more games like this.
We mean we’ve been a fan of games on our phone for awhile now. Just to say 10+ years of playing games from a kid to an adult, has always been a journey to find the best game to play. We would say by far, this game has us HOOKED. Great controls to get used to, and a great followed concept with a deep storyline. How much more could you ask for? We would definitely say this is worth our time and money, and it should be everyone elses as well. Enjoy!

Was a little hesitant to get this game because it is a side scroller but we ended up loving it.

To the devs, you guys have done a great job. We played this game last year and finished it with a really good feeling. And now, we wondered about playing again, so we checked it out and see that its been updated with a new game+!! Wow, Im going to have a blast with this once again. We bet you can charge some money for expansion packs. We want to see this game be much more than it is.

Incredible graphics, challenging but not completely frustrating, good story and beautiful, smooth combat. We believe Im at the tail end of the game currently and we’ve definitely put in some solid hours – theres so much to explore and theres tons of hidden paths we still havent found! Get this game, its worth it :)

The absolute worst part of this game is how the developers havent made a new one yet. Everything about this game is amazing and we’ve been waiting for a sequel or another game from them and nothing. We have money in our hand waiting to give it to you. Why arent you taking our money?
The combat is fast and flashy. Air combos, juggles, guard break, dive kicks. Large variety of enemies. We played with a mifi controller(Razer) and it played like a dream. This game is NOT roguelike. It’s not really that hard (at least with a controller). Not too easy either though. We died many many times. For level up stats, we went with pure DPS (savagery and mastery), only getting enough Focus to be able to equip all trinkets. This left us dying in just a few hits (one hit on some boss moves) and made it more interesting for us. With a bunch of new weapons and trinkets and harder enemies and boss battles, NG+ is well worth the second pass. Great music. As a composer, we think it would’ve been cool to have someone do an original score instead of drawing from music licensing banks, but this is probably a smaller developer and might not have been possible for some reason, monetary or otherwise. Nevertheless it’s a great selection of music. Also we’re pretty sure no one reading this cares at all. Bottom line. 5/5.
We LOVE THIS GAME THE POWERS ARE COOL!!! GOOD JOB FOR MAKING THIS!
So far we absolutely love this game. Beware it can be a bit frustrating at some points. It is definitely challenging on some of the acrobatics. The loot is totally worth the anguish though. Our only suggestion would be to adjust the movement controls to be a lot larger. Even with settings maxed out on an iPhone 8+ it is hard to get the character moving back and forth and find myself dying more than we should. Other than that minor issue for myself the game has smooth play, decent backstory, solid graphics for a 2D style hack and slash and other stunning qualities. Definitely worth the few dollars we spent. Would highly recommend this for a good time killer if you need one.
This game is basically a 2d souls game in. Its own unique style , the gameplay is so fluid and the combat is intense . Our favorite mobile game of all time.
So far Im lovin it. The controls are easy and responsive. Very fun game. Ill update if theres something wrong with the game.
We’re so tired of all these games that sacrifice the game experience to drive you to constantly give them money.. This game looks amazing, the gameplay is challenging but not overly so. All in all we had a great time playing.. We hope they come out with a sequel.

Found this game on ironpineapples channel on YouTube. He recommended this game and we love it. For a mobile its great especially if u like Soulsborne games.
This game is awesome. You have 5 level on the map which are pretty long. Also you have treasures to find along side the mission. The story line is also well done! Bosses are not that easy to beat. But the more you play the better you will understand the bosses moves. We definitely recommend to buy this game. Hopefully the will another one.
Love this game! Just started Act II, about 3 hours in, and already Im hooked! Takes elements from several different genres and blends them together very well. Never played Castlevania and have only played (and beat) Metroid Dread, but we can see us playing this A LOT! Might even check out others in the genre now. Great game, worth way more than theyre asking! (Side note, cant comment on touch controls, have only played with controller.)
2022, 4 years later, still one of the best iOS games we’ve played. Definitely recommend Gameplay/Combat – 8/10 Controls – 8/10 Level design – 7/10 Sound – 10/10 Stability – 10/10 Narrative – 5/10 For anything that had less than a 10, its mostly due to the games overall simplicity. But each of aspects were polished enough to leave you with an excellent experience.
Probably the best game on mobile. Awesome graphics, responsive controls. No micro transactions, stamina, or energy. Pay a fair price for a great game. Its a tough game, with great bosses and expansive levels to explore. We’ve beat it once, but we didnt explore everything. Im working on our second play through. The NG+ mode is insane, but addictive. Played on iPhone XR with touch controls, no controller. We hope they make a sequel; we would buy it.
It doesnt get any better on iOS. An action/adventure game that relies on your skills and ability to win.

We’ve played through it… And yes, some of the jump puzzles are very hard but its worth it. After completing the NG+ theres nothing to do but start a whole new game from scratch (which is disappointing). We wish there was an infinite NG++ where you could just keep leveling up and wreck everyone with ease bc honestly, its fun lol. Best game we’ve ever played on mobile (it also plays even better with a controller)
This is the game with the perfect hybrid of fantastic gameplay and superior aesthetic taste. The rich, abundant content shows the great effort and thoughts the team has put into it. Actual perfect games that arent made for the purpose of money grab have been extremely rare these days. This is a game made by people with real passion and respect for art.
Great game. Finish in 2 weeks we need more chapters.
