Game wont load! Says cant connect to WiFi check connection but our WiFis working fine.
Every day we play all of a sudden the servers stop working, and we cant play any battles, story mode, or wars. Eventually it come back up, and hen the next time we play they are gone again.
We love the game in all, but we wish it wouldnt have a lot of things in the way of your base that you have to remove, such as… Dragon bones, different numbered paths, and a cluster of trees. Also, theres certain patches of grass where you can build different buildings. We want to be able to place our buildings where ever we want. And when your in battle with someone, theres really no way to tell your troops apart from the other players troops.
This games would be awesome if Phoenix One actually had customer service and replied to game concerns. The first few weeks were promising. The last month or so the gameplay freezes during battle every time. We’ve reinstalled several times, even played under different Game Center accounts and the issue remains. We’ve been sending customer service emails to the in game provided email contact constantly for the last month and not one single email has been replied to. We wouldnt waste your time on a game with no customer support.
The creators are 100% the worst. We’ve had issues out of this game for the last two years and have never received any help from them. Not even a message back. Its disgusting.
Developers have abandoned the game do not download.
The game is of right now the game wont let us log in and it keeps on send us to the beginning of the game and you cant log in unless u uninstall and reinstall The game is full of bugs been years and never fixed it its been several times the game kicks our accounts off then we have to do the intro until later it will let us login our account again other than things like that the game is awesome you can climb up without putting too much cash a few bucks here and there and yeah ignore the fact that China puts money on these games or hacks it.
We can no longer load our game. Waited 30 minuets and the developers wont respond back about any issue they have. This game is rigged for the china spenders.
It just stayed glitched at the loading screen any suggestions fix Ill give 5 stars.

Game limits your energy and increases the energy cost of attacking. Its not even pay to win, its pay to play. Is anyone even maintaining this game? Feels dead to us. So slow, so boring. Typical wait-to-play and wait-to-win mechanics, even if you PAY $.
Something catastrophic must have happened: thisgame was going along well and suddenly the support and Devs went AWOL. We have been waiting for over 3 months for promised updates… Seasoned players are giving up. No explanations, no replies, no in-game news feeds for months. Someone is paying to keep the shell of the game running on servers – come back!!
As others have said, dont bother. If you can get past it being catered towards a specific market you end up having to deal with not even being able to play. Touch unresponsive. Gets stuck between mission. Unable to complete some without closing and reopening. Save yourself the trouble. Dont.
This game is pretty cool but Im very lost in what Im actually doing? What do you do in there. Its also a little overwhelming by every task you do and the pressure to defend a person. Im just lost in the game.
Devs really screwed up with new troops. It is all pay to win now. You do not have a chance to win unless you fork out money. Sounds a lot like an MZ product. Also, hate speech appears often in world chats. Not a good game for a kid when you see it for multiple days. Do not get this game!
Had some ups and downs with this game. There were some shady developer decisions, but theyve made some good ones also. Im still playing it 18 months in and we must say, its a heck of a good game when played with other good people.
This was a great game until the developers killed it. No focus or support for players who invest time and money. Constantly opening new realms without addressing bugs of existing realms. Better games out there for playing.
They totally ruined the game with the last update. It doesnt even feel like the original game we started playing 3 yrs ago.
Going into this thought it was gonna be another low quality horribly made game, as soon as we saw the art and the intro we realized this is a really high quality game everything looks beautiful, you are not overwhelmed with a hud that is full, its all organized, but for some reason the 3 heroes you choose look really bad for some reason like reaaaally ingame.
Was so amazing you can look attack people and have your own hero and theres like so cool and your troops they also arent looking so you can have a huge king doam and you have like some tiny towers that shoot some sort of energy and its on amazing game you should really get it.
We enjoy this game pretty well, we run into issues with the achievement and goals though, for example, it says raze two guardian towers, we will destroy two in a match and only get credit for one which is fine we can play again but if Im working we only have so much time to do anything to get the chest for completing all the goals.
The game is awesome and very good but when it comes to getting help from the game support good luck there we’ve been sending them msg after msg about an issue we have with the game and no replys so we recommend dont drop any money on the game because if anything ur on your own dont count on the customer support for any help!
Game lagged in the middle of battle so we lose and got nervous.
Its a fun game play with your friends.
Its pretty awesome because you can actually play with other people besides just donating and being in the same clan. You can play on android now and its a live battle, with champions that you can control. It has a new aspect, and if you play for a while, there can be a launch or anniversary or something, and you can get gems. We think it can get big, just people should start playing it. Master OV, a YouTuber with over 2.5 million subscribers played it. If we were you we would start playing while everyone is still a noob, because this game has great potential.
So yeh, as title says, not friendly to players. The devs are working so hard to ensure that everyone hates their game for some reason. Let us tell you how. Just got a patch for this game. We say patch because they call it a patch. But what it does is overhaul how the game works. Used to, you had resources to do pretty much everything. Train troops, do missions, attack players. Now, its a new resource they call energy. Want to attack a person, use your energy. Want to deploy troops, energy. Want to do a mission, energy. Dont worry, it only uses 5 energy for attacking or doing a mission. Thats the good news. Bad news, you regen energy starting out at .1 energy….. Per hour. That can be upgraded by building more barracks (not unlimited amount, we have 3 now) and upgrading them. Each level of a barrack adds another .1/hour energy. But dont worry, the devs have your best interests with this update. If you dont want to wait a day or 2 to be able to attack again, you can buy gems with real money and use them to refill the energy. Our max energy is 17. We have 6 energy now. To refill it, it would cost 130 gems. The cheapest gem pack you can buy is 500 gems for $5. Yeh. They want people to hate them because if you get attacked and dont have 5 energy, then your castle doesnt spawn defenders. This game is set up so that the defenders are vital to winning a defense. Think of this game as clash of clans but not enough walls, turrets, turrets have barely any reach and everything uses energy. Screw this game and this money grabbing schemes. Game was actually pretty good til they came around and chocked it like this. Well done devs, well done.
The latest update was a beyond shameful cash grab. We have been playing since the beginning. If this abuse continues we will delete the app and not get pay the developers another dime.
It was fun at first. We love the concept. But like most other games in this genre, progress slows to a crawl after a month or so. Then you start to run into the big spenders. You have no chance against someone who has spent thousands. Even 3 verses 1(whale) youll lose.
Game used to be good but now it heavily tilted toward Chinese servers. They get free stuff everyone else has to pay for. Thankfully the developers break SEVERAL of apples rules so refunds are easily obtained. STAY AWAY!!
The game is a lot of fun but the QC on updates isnt great so sometimes bug releases create more bugs. Still fun but annoying. No compensation given for issues and dont even get a reply to bug reports anymore.
Its a good game but the new update killed everything we worked for and had us start all over again and thats no bueno.
Game is completely P2W unless you spend 10 hours plus playing to even keep up with other players. Not worth our time.
Devs take sooo long to answer support emails, discord and their own forums. Sometimes support emails dont even get answered. Patches get pushed with limited patch notes, if any. Devs seem to have poor game design decisions. One example is matchmaking – they currently base it on their trophy system which is flawed because that doesnt accurately indicate player strength which includes their alliance members. Its such a shame coz the game was fun at the beginning. Then got to the end game where other players who have spent money continuously beat us. The only way out is to spend money. Such potential, but wasted because of the devs. Dont pick this game up and invest your time in it. You will likely just get disappointed.
This game is blatantly skewed towards the Chinese players, who have all been granted special events and cheap upgrades so that they can easily dominate. Unless you are in the Chinese market you will be wasting time and money trying to play, while you get totally steamrolled by the Chinese players. It’s so completely unbalanced that most other players are abandoning the game in droves. There’s a lot of other games out there that provide fair and balanced game play, this is not that game. Save your time and money and look elsewhere for entertainment (unless, you are in a Chinese alliance, then enjoy your automatic victories).
Been playing for over a year now and still going strong! And for all those haters…. This is not a fake review!
The game started out fun but became a pay to win in the recent updates. Such a shame because the 3v3 battles are intense and fun! Now China gets better upgrades then the rest of the world and it takes forever to train an army. Dont waste your time or money on this game.

Good graphics but some times it bugs but it has very good potential good gameplay and we say it’s a great game.
PvP strategy upgraded! You can actively defend your allies. Strategically place your troops. Open town map lets you plan your defenses. We like how you can work with allies in real time against objectives. This game is definitely worth a try.
Absolutely makes clash of clans look like a checkers game ! This game is like chess !
