We do love this game,however, recently we have lost the ability to send lives or gifts to our friends. Ive tried everything that support has suggested. Nothing has worked. So thats our frustration. Still love playing it but hate that we access our friends.
When are you planning to fix the missing Travel Key lives and Green Gems earned? We never receive them and continuously have to email or message you about the missing ones Ive earned. Sometimes we get them via message and sometimes we dont. Why have the feature if it doesnt work? We were told months ago this was being fixed but no change.
This last update did something that makes it so that the game freezes when we try to make in game purchases. Its wasting our lives and making us start levels all over again when we couldve won with one shovel. Totally infuriating, lol.
We got the free gifts except the last 6 if you dont want us to get the free gifts dont send us emails we have sent notes 3 times letting you know we are not getting the gifts we were getting them until last 6 we have always played on our iPad we wish we could get our friends back and go to the city we were in yesterday but we like playing Thanks.
We love this game. We have played for around 10 years. It has started to freeze on us. The only way to unfreeze it is to turn our phone off. Today that did not work it is still frozen on the reward screen. We cant play the game. Please fix.
We will not be giving our credit card information for free game. If thats the way its gonna be then Ill just delete it off our desktop.
Dont mind clicking an ad but dang the ones on this game are super long.
There is an exclamation mark problem. We have between 3 to 6 of them at all times. When we tap on it we end up in a place where you can pick your own different characters and backgrounds. We change one or two, then leave the page. But the ! Never leave. They blink and change, but never leave. Also we just lost our cache of lives. Its just gone. Our sister and we swap lives for each other. We had about 15 or more. Now she doesnt even show up when we start a new puzzle. Yes, we are playing through Facebook. Help.
We have been playing Gummy Drop for a while now, 850 days straight this time and we are finding that the app is having issues the more days in a row we play. No sound when we first open the app, have to close it and reopen it. When we walk away for and come back the app has closed and we have to start again. App freezes and we have to log off and back on again. It used to be fun, but not it not so much fun since we keep having to start over and sometimes with no sound. Maybe time to hang this OLD, tired app that continues to have issue up for good.
Lets get rid of watching commercials. If we wanted to watch commercials we would turn on the television.
Thank you for fixing the problem about not being able to play the current city we were in. There is a new problem. When you give us the rewards for like the tournament the check mark to accept it and close it out is so near the bottom it is causing us to always being able to accept it and when it does where we are not able to accept it. We have to go in and out of the game to accept it and at times it still causes us problems to accept and move on to so we can play the game.
The continual game freezes are ridiculous. We used to love this game, but now it is just too frustrating to lose the progress made. Very disappointing.
They need to fix these ads that open in a frozen status and the only option is starting the level over causing us to lose a life, very frustrating and it is getting worse.

Game freezes up in progress of playing. Doesnt return to where you left off, when you leave the game for a while. It resets itself. You should be allowed to ship resources to any city, even if you hav completed them.
We opened the app after an update. The volume was so loud and all of the challenges, instructions and side quests kept running to the point where we never got a chance to turn down the volume. We deleted the app.
Our favorite game. The best ever! What more can we say.
We have played this game for 9 years and think its design is cleaver and fun. We love the many layers and the fact that you can move around. Much more choice and creativity than many games. Im just tired of the silly glitches (lately we havent been able to use the passport for over a month) and the frequent shutting down of the game when we leave it mid game is very cheap. They also have degraded the game by having too many special activities at once – two or three at a time would be ok but they are a small part of the fun of the game. Adios old friend.
Ive been playing this game since its inception and for the last few months it continuously locks up. Apple has had a lot of updates but it is rough to keep losing hard fought battles. Get with it, gummi, we notice you NEVER lose a payment, keep the updates current.

Love this game been playing it for years all this week. The game is crashing and not rebooting which is very annoying. They need to fix it so we can continue enjoying the game.
After having played your game for well more than 10 years, we are deleting it again because of your new ad selection. This 10 second +102+10, second up to a full minute between games and then sometimes two minutes depending on what you select there is nothing more of the game to like.we cannot imagine young players these days putting up with all of these 50 to 60 seconds between games.
Please update Gummy Drop again. The one from today is not opening the game.
We tried to update the game a couple days ago, but all it did was make it so we couldnt play the game anymore. They fixed that part of the issue, and we could play again. When we tried to change the location we were playing, it says download error, try again. This has been 2 days of only playing one location. And we have sent a message to them but you have to be careful to not message them too much or they block you.
Why does this game crash so frequently!!!! We love the game but this is frustrating Ly annoying.

Its bad enough we have to watch ridiculously long ads, when you go to x out of the ad, which does not exit and forces you to watch for another 5 seconds. This could happen 3+ times for one ad. Why are you doing this.
This was great for a long time, but the constant crashes are annoying. But the red line for us was the way they introduced new ads, much longer and they prompted you to move on every 10 seconds, or the ad wouldnt advance. This is after 96 cities.
We enjoyed this game for awhile but came disgusted with the 3 life only plays. Then your replaying levels several times to get a certain amount of hats, or planes, or emeralds a d thats where they get you as your spending money for the boosts. So the free on line game is not free at all. We finally gave up in San Francisco and deleted the game.
Get rid of the Revolt ad. It goes on forever at every level!!! They go on forever and change often. Its so irritating.
The passport, or whatever that little book is called makes no sense whatsoever. What ARE all those items? And why, if theres a number displayed on it, nothing we tap makes it go away?? The book used to be so simple to understand and its littered now with stuff that makes NO SENSE. Also, you run too many different journeys or adventures at one time! WHY??? We can never have the satisfaction of completing most of them. We still love the game but it is entirely too cluttered with confusing STUFF! Youve made it ridiculously more complex than it needs to be.

This is a fun game that we have been playing for years, but the latest version keeps freezing as we try to accept a bonus or spin the wheel. We have to force quit, thereby losing a turn.
We've been playing more years than we can say. We didn't realize so many are having the same problems we are. Today we didn't even close the game and when we got back we had been pushed off the level and lost it. It had recently happened the same way but we lost a couple of cities. Not fun. Presently, we're way back in Sydney and, once again, had to start over. Started over this afternoon and came back to Sydney step 1. We wouldn't mind so much if we got sent back a couple cities but kept coins and scores but we won't be going back to Sydney. We guess that means we're done??? Do you all ever answer our complaints or compliments? We're very disappointed.
Just like some of the other reviews, we have been playing the game for years. For over a year, we have not been able to have the prizes that are emailed to us added to our game. We made the makers of the game aware and they claim to be working on it but every week they email us a prize that is never added to our account when we click on the prize. It is annoying and frustrating that they have known about this issue for at least a year if not longer but that they dont address it.
We've enjoyed this game for several years but the latest releases have been bad. Not only have the crashes not been fixed but they now require you to watch ads if you want to replay a level you just lost. Makes meet play less.
Some Ads are long. Some Ads will crash the game and have to relaunch the game. Did the company ever test the Ads before they put it in the game.

This used to be our favorite game but not anymore. For several weeks there has been a problem with the CLAIM NOW links in the prize emails they send. We hit the link but never get the prize. We brought the issue to the developers but they just dont fix it. We give up.
We have been playing this game for about 10 years and it was our favorite. Recently when they send emails with a prize, the prize does not appear. Ive contacted customer support several times about this and they have us send screen shots of the emails involved. Then they give us the bonuses we missed out on. But they havent fixed the problem and we are tired of sending screen shots every time this happens. Ive given up on that. Their programmers dont seem to be able to fix this problem.
