We’ve been playing this game a long time. We’ve played a lot of games this is the best and the recent updates made it even better.
We’ve been playing this game for the past 3 or 4 years. We’ve really enjoyed the different puzzles but one thing is driving us crazy! They have offered videos to earn power ups and extra moves, but you cant get out of them half of the time. You get stuck in a cycle of download this game and then back to the video. Over and over! It feels like youre being strong armed. We hate when it does that. It takes the fun out of the game. We’ve had to shut off our iPad just to get out of it.
Been playing this game for years. Recently they changed how much you earn per level, top is now 30 versus what it used to be at 60. And this week they changed from 3 to 2 lives every half hour. Im sure its an attempt to get folks to pay for more lives. MeI may just find another games. Very disappointed in the new changes.
After playing for several years and working on Anchorage, suddenly the game disappeared and started us over in Sydney. What is going on? We will quit if they force us to start over after many years of progress!
This game is getting super frustrating. The special event games are impossible to complete without spending real money to buy bonuses. When in one level you have to break ice, unwrap candies, expose chocolates, clear spaces that need more than one match and earn over 100,000 points in only 25 moves its too much to finish without boosters. We’ve been playing this game for more years than we can remember and Im ready to delete it. We would rather play a game where we can earn boosters by watching ads than pay money. Now that Im retired we cant afford to spend money on games.
It used to be good . Lost our progress and had to start over. We would have never continued to play this game the way it is now. Coins were reduced over half. They made the 1st couple of cities so hard that they are tough to complete. Not going to play something you can’t even compete in.
Will they ever stop with the stupid contests garbage; coloring, gold bricks, bingo. MAKE IT STOP!! GIVE US AN OPT OUT OPTION!
We played a tournament and won. The scoreboard has been glitching all day. When it came back up, we were well ahead and took a screenshot. The tournament ended and we see that our score was reset to what it was at 6a in the morning. You will get not another red cent from us.
Nice relaxing game to play unless the sand traps and timed games are on. We currently am unable to continue our game as the extra help wheel is frozen with just spinning. We are unable to contact support as we are unable to exit the game to do so. There are occasional glitches as with any game but we are on days over 1300. Hope the game unglitches because we would not like to lose all the days we have played. We were replaying New York when we became stuck or we would be playing in Madrid. We have referred many people to play but they wanted more turns than just 3. They also wanted more action figures. We are happy with learning simple things around the world.
Every time we play gummy drop on our table it freezes we would like it fixed please.

This game is getting ridiculous. It takes at least 5 times to pass a spot even using shovels etc. The Bingo is just dumb, sometimes we play a level and it has bingo balls and sometimes it does not, of course it does not have bingo balls when we pass a level. Considering you have to play levels multiple times to move on, it should not be this hard to pass a level.
We have been playing this game for several years. Now we cannot update the game so it will not work ay all Help! The game just freezes up, stops so we cannot move. It has been like this for several days. Not happy Why does the game keep freezing up.
A little frustrated with the coloring and bingo events. We hate that we are forced to walk through a tutorial every time. We dont enjoy those features, why are forcing us to see them especially since other events dont work that way.

BEWARE NEW PLAYERS!! The game will be different for you than prior players. Newer players do not get the same rewards for each tier of a level, but are required to pay the same amount for extra moves and boosts as the prior players. This is a community based game, connecting with friends on Facebook, so you will see that some of your friends get more rewards to use in purchasing extra moves and boosts during contest play. Not fair. We’re a prior player, so we get the extra rewards, but have recommended it to friends who have been disappointed and quit the game. It’s a great game for improving your brain, but should be made more equal among players.
Game has reset us back to the very beginning. We’ve been playing for several years and am NOT starting back at the beginning!! Please get this fixed so we can actually play our game.
We played this game since more than 1 year and we spent quite a bit of money. The problem is the customer service, only by emails, their answers are always irrelevant. We dont understand they never responded the question we were asking. Probably because we were complaining that the game steals bonuses. More and more, we obtained a bonus, and oops its not working. You receive nothing. Whats the point to play? You emailed the customer service and they will write you about something else.
These silly side games do not interest everyone and we resent not being allowed to continue play without coloring the lame pictures first! Stop already!!!

We’ve enjoyed playing Gummy Drop for a long while. We just do NOT want their other options. DO NOT FORCE ME TO PLAY BINGO. Let us say no thanks & go back to gummy drop.
We decided to watch promotional video to get extra coins. Its only 2, yes only 2 coins after you wasted 1 minute of your life. Really??!!! Your 5 moves after watching video also available on next game not on level you are playing at that time. Please fix it.
Either you can get a level once in a while on the first attempt or it either takes you 10 or more attempts sometimes you cant get past a level for days. Forget trying to complete all three levels for a city once you get past the first 10 cities. Only way is to spend lots of money for helps. Dont worry about the daily bonuses. You usually only get resources very rarely any helps and they dont get any better once you get over a thousand days let alone 100 or more.
Number 35 in Hong Kong is impossible to complete. We have tried over 30 times and cant get the to win it. We did once but need to again so we can get what we need to build the next building. Please fix it.
This was a fun way to pass time. Now it seems just geared to get us to spend our own money more and more. We cant even end a level to try again without declining to buy more moves or use boosts, especially silly when the boost is blinking and theres clearly no need for it. Its tacky. Also spending coins for the cards is ridiculous. We agree with another review that once a city is finished level wise, its absurd to pay for cards you dont need. Also if there could be a way to skip the tutorials for things like the backpack or tournaments as most players have seen those a hundred times. Just about ready to quit.

Need to get rid of the fake Keto gummies ad. The product wasnt on Shark Tank. Ads are annoying enough but when theyre fake theyre even more annoying.

This game used to be challenging and fun. The newer version is just frustrating. The is almost no way to advance in this game without spending a ton of money. They give you a puzzle that is challenging but doable but they make you also get like 500points to advance. Almost impossible to do without buying more help.
We did the update. Nothing new. You make it so difficult to advance using iPhone!

Been playing this for years on IPad and phone. Now we have to do a find o meter thing on phone? What???
EDIT. They do have great customer service!! We had previously given 1 star because we were so upset. After reaching out to the company numerous times and getting numerous responses from them, they were able to help somewhat. We were able to get back to the city we had been in. But not all the spaces we had already won. They sent us quite a few coins and other things. We did lose other things we had collected but with the extra coins we could replace. Our main concern was losing the 1537 straights days of playing. Over 4 years!!! That they couldnt fix. We definitely wont bother to play daily as we has before. Just lost our desire . Went to spend gold bars in private island and was required to sign in. When we did we ended up losing over 1500 straight days of play. Ended up having to start over. Try going in and out of app and part of history came back. Only to the start of Singapore. We were at the end of Stockholm. Our phone memory updates every day and we’ve never loss anything data. This all happened during play. Tried reaching out and got an email telling us how to play the ice blocks. Really????
Had to sign out of the game to try to recover missing FB friends. Now cant log in at all w FB. Keep getting the message the app developer is working on it but still cant access w FB. Friends gone, gifts gonecant get back to level we were playing.
Absolutely love this game and we’ve been playing it every day for over a year, but lately it freezes up and we have to uninstall and reinstall to play it again. Whats the deal? This only happens on the iPad not on the PC.
We could write so much about this game that we love! But it has just as many faults! Yes, we play it every day. We agree with the others that we’ve written many things about this wonderful game winning the prize of 30 minutes to play in FreePlay it always comes up when we cant play it. We have one now and we have to go to work. So we will lose it completely. Would be nice if you guys would change this, so we could reclaim it later. We like the others Im notGoing to buy your five lives. We will move on to another game with our three lives and thank you so much for this game with much appreciation and love for it we wouldve given you five stars but somethings just need to be changed.
We love the actual (base) game. Have played it for years. But the extra stuff (I.e. Drawings/colorings, etc.) can definitely be omitted. Its gotten to a point where we dont play the game as often due to being bombarded by the extra stuff!
We have been playing this game since it created, and one of the best parts that we found about this game was saving the travel vouchers to open new games and be able to play them when we wanted to without having to go in order, we are assuming on one of the last couple of updates youve change the purchase of opening up a new city to play to 2400 vouchers from 400 vouchers, that is a huge difference we am, sorely, disappointed, Im thinking, maybe we just need to delete this app, you have change so much, and nothing is in favor of your customer, truly sad that you want 2400 vouchers to permanently open a city that used to be just 400 vouchers extremely disappointed.
We have played this game practically since it was offered and have referred it to many friends. It is very entertaining, challenging, addicting and our favorite game. The downside is they have mandatory participation in tournaments beginning on Friday afternoon and continuing through Monday afternoon. If you accidentally play one game after the tournament begins you are in the tournament with no way to opt out of it. If you do not continue to play then you lose your current status rating. We had to find other games to play on the weekends because we play in some of the tournaments but do not want to play in one every weekend. Hopefully they will make participation in the tournaments optional so people who want to play in the tournament can play against each other and everyone else can play on the weekends as well.
Still our favorite game after nearly a decade!
Currently playing by the gummy drop tournament and was in first place for the last 2 days, but now its not county the gummy drops and lowered our overall count to only 90 when we had over 3k points. It currently has us in the demotion zone which we shouldnt be! Theres a lack of diversity and all of the player avatars are white, no form of diversity to choose from to have avatar resemble myself despite playing this game as a part of our mental health for over 3+ years now!
The game takes away what you set up for one annoying thing. Also, we were well into 1000 days in a row. Went to play one day and we were back to the very beginning of the game and day one. Our wife also plays. We use to send lives and resources to each other. Now that they sent us back she does not show up on friends list so no exchanges of anything. We used to play for hours a day. Now we mostly play our three lives then put it down. This is a love hate situation. Love playing it, but hate that it seems like someone is on the other end trying to derail what Im doing. On Facebook so they probably are. GFYFb.
Have tried to contact admin several time without a response back . The game cuts you off throughout play with 1-2 plays and your just about to win so you end up paying extra to finish the round we cant believe how much we have spent out of pocket on this app buyer beware.
Game has really gone down hill, used to be fun, but not so much anymore.
