We really think the Federal Trade Commission and the states should investigate this company for illegal gambling. They have most things set to where you spin a wheel or something along those lines and you might get something decent or you might get garbage. For example, during the last Honor Challenge we opened about 80 chests on one account and got 4 new curiosities. On two other accounts, we opened all but 10 chests (so like 120 chests out of 130 or so) and got zero new curiosities on one and 1 on the other. The whole game is just a big fraud designed a lot like a casino. SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED!!!
The CS for guns of glory are gaslighting liars. Unless you are the right kind of person, check out fun pluss leadership team, you dont get treated like a person much less a customer.
If you are looking for a game full of Glitches and Lag then this is the game for you. The only updates that never have an issue is when it involves new items to buy. Which we add is every two weeks. So if you are looking to throw money away every two weeks on updates again this is the game for you.
The game is a slow to build up unless you got some cash reserves. However, the community of people on our team are awesome and respectful that it make it worth playing.
The development crew for this game is not at all interested in keeping players engaged or trying to keep the servers active and game fresh. They have one goal and one goal only and thats to take every possible dollar from you at any cost. As a spending player we will tell you that we have spent many thousands of dollars per month on this game over the course of the last 4 years. Every update (which is every 2 weeks) is minimum 1,000 US dollars just to open the new item that doesnt include upgrading that item thats just to open up the item now take that and add the introduction of new guards every month or so (each guard about 1-2k just to get without leveling up the stars ) and those 2 items just the tip on the iceberg they constantly add new stuff that needs to be bought to even so much as have a chance at anything. We have sat back and watched the top players one after the other leave and the development teams response is just to raise prices and add more stuff. We totally understand that this game is a for profit company and can do as they please but they also need to understand this is a game and nothing more. Our advice to everyone interested in starting this game is simple if you arent ready to spend 20,000 US dollars a month on a game so you can actually play the game on even playing level stay away from this game and any game this company releases. They are the absolute biggest crooks on the App Store P.s. If you dont believe us click on the version tab and look at the update dates no denying it every 2 weeks they will update and you will have to spend to compete.
We have been playing for over 3 years and always playing catch up to even be close to competitive. Unfortunately it has become impossible to catch up without spending thousands of dollars and the balance has become unfair to any players not spending the equivalent of a new car on the game. It used to take a rally to take down a decent castle but now one player can zero several castles with minimal losses. Most of us who were active players have quit or dont bother playing events since they are so one sided. We have 5 castles ranging from c30-c43 and have spent a ton of money. We have more fun with our c30 castles in the game than our c43 (3m power) anymore.

Customer support is horrible and will gas light you. Game is good and they constantly update and improve it.
Why do we have to do the whole tutorial when downloading to a new device. We should have the option to do the tutorial or login we should not be forced to do the whole tutorial before we are allowed to log inRidiculous and very annoying.. Its not even interesting .. No te ensea nada y si te quitan todo el tiempo productivo de tu vida y adems de quitarte todo el dinero posible alientana los dems jugadores a que te ataquen y roben todo lo comprado. Y finalmente cuando llegues al final del juego ( 20 aos si no inviertes dinero) no te dan ni caf.
Money hungry app for sure better plan on spending unless you want defeated. Also this game isnt for anyone under 18 funny it states 12 and up .. We certainly wouldnt want our kid playing the talk is with grown adults.
If you do not spend thousands and we mean thousands you are now irrelevant in this game. Playing now 4 years and the cost to keep up in the past 4-8 months has become absolutely unobtainable. We love the friends from all over the world we have made but everyone is slowly leaving because it is too much of a money bleed and its frustrating not being able to be effective in game in events. Shame because it is beautiful graphic wise and had so much potential to continue to do it right but greed has taken over Also stay away from Misty Continent. Same exact game just more expensive. Already so many dead kingdoms.

This game is not the best for apple players updates are days late Erich leads to missed events and the response from GoG is they are just small events no big deal! Customer support is hard to reach.

So slow for updates to Apple users and updates are junk we pens on guns of glory but will no longer.
We played the game for about 3 almost 4 years was fun but definitely a pay to win game like most mobile games. Reason why we stayed so long was because of friends we made along the way but they started dropping off soon as the game had a lot more paywalls. So we decided today was the day we should finally call it quits spent enough money on it. Started out with like 30 people now theres like 3 original people from 3 years ago. Game definitely had a spark 2 years ago but has definitely lost it over so many paywalls to exceed. The extra star is for the friends we made lol.
Downloaded GoG but when we opened it it took us to Misty Continent instead. This stupid download link is faulty.
We need our guns and glory game play! We changed from Android to IPhone and they changed game. We have spend money on it.
We have been playing from almost the beginning. Most of the game is good, however there are too many aspects that benefit high spenders and large castles. Too many items for sale at a time. Instead of creating new kingdoms combine old ones. Glitches have increased in Events like Darklands, and New World.
Hi we have bound four accounts to funplus id using our email account and another account with mobile number we are unable to unbind a single account .. How to unbind or delete a single account without affecting other accounts.. When we try to delete a single account.. It tells the whole account will be deleted after 15 days.. We donot want to lose other accounts and also when we submit the deletion submission we cannot open the game.. It asks for exit game/delete account.. Pl fix this issue.. When we delete one account.. Let the deletion be carried while we can open the game and play for other accounts due to this issue we cannot delete the account and the funplus id is nit allowing unbinding of single accountpl fix this issue asap.. Ty for your understanding and support.. Hope this is addressed and resolved soon.. Ty.
This really could be a great game ,however to be competitive at all you need to spend thousands of dollars. Extremely unrealistic for most folks, you will spend hours and hours building and growing but in the end all your doing is building a farm for the bigger players. Unless you have thousands to spend it is pointless to spend any money at all.
This game can be fun, if you keep active and keep up with the rest of the kingdom. We can see how people would fall in to issues spending on this game. The game is designed so that new items are released in a cycle and top performing players would have to spend a fortune to keep at the top of the game.
So, here is a great game, in which you can develop some great friendships! GoG has also become its own censor as certain words are banned and blocked, weve gotten to calling it the child word lock. But then hey, GoG, turns right around and gives us semi-clothed female characters, and even a character by the name of Michael Hundt, for those of you that dont know the jokewatch Porkys! Repeat Mike Hundt, real fastand you get the meaning This is a game in which you spend money, you want to get ahead, you have to spend money. No ifs, ands or buts, to get ahead you have to spendsome items are priced fairly decent othersyeah, ok!! For example in order to grow your castle on the mid 40s levels, there is an item that is desperately needed, its called the Marquis Badgesnow these badges are hard to come by on their own, or you can buy themfor a castle level 42 you need 600 badges, unless you spend the money on those badges you are not going to get aheadnow, because these badges are rare, but needed, GoG will sell you 8 (yup, EIGHT) badges for $20now you need 600 of them puppiesyou do the math as to how much its going to cost you! Oh, of course, theyll throw you a badge here a badge there, but not enough to get ahead fast. Speaking of characters, called Guards, in order for your guard to get powerful and strong, you have to get weapons and other jewels, at the same time GoG, every two weeks introduces a new, stronger, faster, more powerful guard. In order for you to get these guards you can buy them, or play a simple card game, with the same guards repeating themselves although, GoG claims that you will get a Gold S guard or a purple guard every 5th trywhat they fail to tell you, its the same guards every time, gotta spend those dollars Then, there is Customer Service, Dear GOD, these people are the worst of the worst when it comes to customer serviceimagine the worst Customer Service Representative you have ever dealt withand FunPlus hired them allthats GoGs customer service!!! Its all done through this chat and email system, half the time, the6 dont make sense, the other half you dont make sense to them! We’ve quit spending money on GoG, until the glitches and Customer Service get fixedI have lost a little over $250 in items we bought, provided all transactions receipts, emails, credit card receipts and statements, screen shotsoh yeah, even got to that point where every transaction gets a screenshotand even after providing all the information, they denied it and wanted the information all over again Theres a joke in the GoG community GoG doesnt stand for Guns Of Gloryits stands for Game of Glitches. Stealing money because you are bitter that a cheated customer went through a third party to obtain a highly justified refund IS NOT FAIR. Check your rules and your moral compass. These cookie cutter professional developer responses are enough to make someone gag. You dont actually care, youre just trying to save face. ************************************** During one of the games special events we made some purchases so we could receive additional bonus rewards. (called Top Up rewards). We did not receive the bonus rewards, which is the only reason we spent money, so we requested a refund through Apple. After much debate, Apple finally gave us our money back. However, the developers have decided that anytime someone requests a refund they are now considered in debt to them. For example, if you purchase a $.99 package but do not receive what you bought and request a refund, guns of glory will say that you are now in debt to them and the next $.99 package that you buy they will keep the money and you will get nothing. Im not sure where this customer service logic even came from. But this is the closest thing to extortion and robbery that we have ever seen through a game. They claim they cannot take back the purchased rewards, however we only spent money to receive the bonus rewards which we did not get. We use our money based on what we can get value wise. We did not get what we were promised. Most anyone in the world would understand that qualifies for a refund. Theres something horribly wrong with the customer service of this game. Beware if you are planning on spending any money.
If you cant play every hour of the day and spend money on the game dont waste your time. We came back after being gone for a couple days to our resources gone. We had been attacked by the same person over 50 times. There arent any standards or rules. Its not worth the time to try to build when all you can do is constantly rebuild because someone at level 20 is getting bombarded by someone level 30 or higher. Im done with this waste of time and money. Yes we put a lot of money to try to build faster but we kept getting crushed by higher level players. And good luck getting any help from the developers. The game is designed to make you need to spend money to level up faster so you arent getting destroyed every day and thats all they care about. We fell for it so thats our stupidity but we wont continue to put money into a game you cant win at.
We stopped playing because their advertisements are showing gameplay for a game thats definitely not this one. Too many of these game companies show ads that make the game look amazing: quality graphics, addicting gameplay, tons to do, etc. Then, based on that advertisement, you install the game and start playing, just to find out the real game is some grainy, flat, boring, not at all immersive. This game is trash. Maybe these companies should either start showing gameplay from their own game, or make the game actually look like what theyre showing in the ads. Dont waste your time.
We have played this game for 4 years. What started off as a fun game played with people around the world. Has turned into a game for bullies and unfair play. In the first 3 years the difference between the top 10 percent of castle and the second tier of strong castles was maybe 1000- 1500 in stats. During the past year the difference has grown to 6000-10000 difference in stats. There is no way to catch-up. You have decided to drive 90 percent of the players out of the game. We hope you and your top 500 spenders enjoyed killing every other castle while never having to fight each other. Your matching ensures that there are 2-3 c45 or C44. Castles can kill every other alliance or kingdom. Here is a novel thought. Make the c45 and c44 over 2 billion in power play the same event instead of allowing them to kill every castle since there is no one their size in the event. Your precious VIP group gets EVERY thing they want including being bullies in events most players used to play. As we said very disappointed!
Why are the screenshots just that? Screenshots are not the in game graphics just advertisements. Actual graphics are beyond generic.
It is a good way to make friends with people over seas and beyond the state you live in. Us and our wife have been playing since it first begun. And yes we spend what little money we can on the game. We give this game 5 stars.
The support associated with the game is terrible. We downloaded this game so that we could play with friends. In order to do so we need to change kingdoms but was not able to do so. The explanation we were given was that we waited too look and that our musketeer was too high of a level. We had only been playing a few days, but we had downloaded the game a few months ago. We figured that we could delete the account and start over. You are not given the option to delete. Asking support how to delete they strongly insist that we provide the exact creation date allow with the lords name and kingdom. We had the lords name and the kingdom, but we do not know the exact creation date and we could not find the exact creation date. Needless to say after numerous requests to delete the account, it has not been deleted because they insist on being provided the exact creation date. Because of this terrible support our friends and we have decided to find a different game to play together. If we could give a zero star rating we would have. Your lack of competent support has lost GoG a few players.
Played this game for three years now. Unless you spend money you will always be beaten by people who have literally spent thousands on the game. Saying that if you treat the game like Sims with some fighting thats about it. The main portion of the game is the interaction with other players. Foul and abusive language is used regularly and cannot be stopped by the developers. Before people say join a clan etc etc we have been with some of the best. Also with some players who literally have spent thousands to get their castle to level 40. If you enjoy just playing the game and completing the tasks then thats the enjoyable part. Why we still play. If your competitive then we hope you have deep pockets. Guns of Glory screenplay which they use is not part of this game, but another game. False advertising but as they are in the Cayman Islands they dont care about it as no one can enforce it. Enjoy the game at the lower levels and dont get duped into spending money, you will regret it as many do.
Oh our gosh, where do we start? We really like the game. But we guess it takes a lot of money to just play. Our troops have been in the hospital since we started playing. We have paid money and spent hours trying to sort this out, but it takes a lot more money than we can afford. We’ve already invested more than we should have, but we were really hoping to play and enjoy the game. Without soldiers or resources, its pointless to even try.
We started game then it kicked us out and we thought Ill just log back in and get progress back but we have to go though the stupid intro that takes 15 min fix this please.
Chinese run game that will rob you. You dont win anything and all purchases are gambling. The game is fixed and some people who spend to win think they accomplish something.
