Hey your game is a really fun and good keep up the good work and heres some stuff we like The game is really fun its probably the best game we’ve ever played youve done really good work on this game can you please respond you dont have to but this game is so nice it has such good graphics and so realistic and its fun and entertaining this is the reason we play this game is really fun we encourage more people to play this game Im only in third grade but we still play this game and we talk about it at school things we dont like about it well we dont really know its just so good that we dont really know whats so bad about it so good work on your game its an excellent game we all hope you can accomplish their game we do too everybody does we all love you goodbye have a great day.
You know the game is good when we decide to right a review on it. Very addicting for long periods of time and NO ADS?! W game, would recommend to anyone who likes battle strategy games.
Despite the title we actually really enjoy this game to a certain extent as we often find myself logging in daily. The biggest problem to us is matchmaking and overall base designing. Firstly, when it comes to matchmaking as mentioned in previous reviews its outright unfair as we fight and defend against people who are 10+ levels higher than us with units we that are leagues ahead of our defenses and defending units. Attacking these players can sometimes be fun and is certainly possible (if you get good rng from commander abilities) but the same cannot he said for defending. This leads to our second problem of base defense structuring; let us ask you this how is it even possible for us to defend against a player 10+ levels ahead of us with overall superior units when we only have a literal handful of defenses, the fact that Im limited to a certain number of defenses is pretty dumb in our opinion, if we are given the ability to buy said defenses we should be available to place and utilize said defenses, we know the map is limited but this is demoralizing at best as we literally cant fight back in the same capabilities as our opponents, if anything increases the defenses limit or fix the matchmaking pool, tldr fix/tweak base designing and/or fix matchmaking, still fun game and will continue to play.
This is a fun game and it is definitely worth the download. However, in our case at least, it keeps kicking us off the game whenever we try to do something. Annoying, yes, but sometimes it doesnt even save what we did before we pressed the button! Example: we tried to gift some clan-mates for the award thing. Spent 200 gems and when we hit send, poof. Not only did it not send anything, but it also took our gems. So now Im down 200 gems with nothing to show for it >:(
After a while you start to realize that it’s pretty easy to build a base that can easily handle any attack. The problem is that you accelerate your defense base-building progression faster than you can progress your units. Of course you can simply pay to win and do it that way. Sooooooo there’s that.
We really need to talk about the game.. The game should not be shutting down in 4 months all this time we started playing last week and Im have a blast. Us and our friends downloaded it and we been having memories already. Sell the game to epic games or something if yall arent gonna do anything with it also we need updates we need things to get more gold link accounts to ps4 also add battle pass to ps4 we should be able to automatically have the same things you start with on mobile.
We lost 20 levels and got sent back to level 1 we lost all our progress.
We cant open the god damb game it kicks us off of the app and said there was a error.
The game is fun and visually appealing, but it is unbalanced Just about every offense wins, and just about every Defense loses Even though Im not spending money and progressing incrementally the way the game is designed we wake up every day to losses from our base being attacked You can barely win the defend games without spending money This game would be really good if they balanced offense and defense right now we dont see myself playing it much longer.
Deleted all of our progress for no apparent Reason.
Its that we got attacked for the first time we wanted to attack back but ther was no attack back button so if you see this we would love it if you could add that.
Update: we found a way around this by simply removing the app (its sounds weird) and then adding it back on. No prompt to sign in for a new account, took a few seconds and put us right back at our old camp like we never left! We assume it was some sort of relapse in device information and knew it was us. Strange we thought, but we were happy nonetheless! Weird how the problem solved itself, we think? -S Hi, Truth be told, we really dont make app reviews unless something we feel really needs to be said. However, If the title is of any indication of how this is going to go, then one might expect a little bit of sadness on our end about having to talk about this game in such a negative way. Our hope is for Valkyrie Entertainment is able to review and assess this issue: GUNS UP! Is a really well made and thought out military side-scroller, in which the user deploys troops brought from the military truck to lay siege at enemy bases. Its cartoonish style, well thought out transitions from home base to starting attacks all just make sense. The UI (User interface) matches the scenarios (from what we recall) and gives real easy access to the content. We fell in love with it in the middle of this year and had it as our game of choice to help pass the time! On the bus? Guns Up. Boring Lectures? Guns Up. We recall we went through two updates of the application itself which happened to work smoothly before this. We are currently in version 1.5.2.10126, in which we believe was the update for the Halloween Season. Now we say believe because due to its current software flaws we havent been able to even open the application. Our understanding is that as of the update to 1.5.2.10126, it keeps giving us an IOS error telling us to update the application, when it has already been completed. It has since been soft locked and stuck on the loading screen, we can no longer play the game. Our sole confusion and disappointment is how an application is telling us to update the game when there is no [new] update that need update to. Im disappointed to see this happen as theres nothing we can do to resolve this, outside of wait for new content. How did this happen outside of update that already exists? We hope this can be resolved in the future for other updates that may have this problem. -S.
We tried opening the game after not playing for a while and it kicked us out of our profile which we spent MONEY on. So we try uninstalling and reinstalling, so then a very UNOFFICIAL REQUEST pops up from the app itself to agree to provide access to our info to be sent overseas, and then when we tried to get the details it sent us to an account in Asian writing. So what the hey Guns Up? We would like it to be fixed or we would like to request a refund please.
We think is a great game but, they have to add a shield or something. Every time Im saving money we get attacked 3 or 4 times and all our resources get taken. But besides that overall fun game.
This game is fun and all but we stoped playing for a bit and we cant get back on our account is their any way to fix btw Im not to great with stuff like this.
Just as a little sidetopic: we love the devs being active in responding to some of these reviews. Main suggestions: Am thinking of maybe adding like, Helicopters maybe as a unit? Both playing defense and offensive, And maybe we think the AA gun is a good idea but we believe another defense weapon for air: Auto mgs ( name it smth else if you want thats a bad name anyway ) for taking out helicopters, really thats the only ideas we have, Maybe keep the AA to take out deployables ( missiles, paratroopers, etc.)
This is the best game we’ve played by far in the App Store. They dont swarm you with adds, The gameplay is extremely dynamic also. Really in depth and it makes you feel like your a part in the action! We recommend!!!

We finally got it working and the game is amazing.
We play this game about 5 hours a day, building can take awhile so we suggest buying extra builders, it is worth the investment because we see myself playing this game for years. Gameplay always keeps you busy, theres lots to do. Alliance war is our favorite. Thank you for an amazing strategy and base building game.

Reminds of old develop and conquer games, would be nice if the buildings changed with upgrades and it was easier to get characters.
Some reason when we try to log into the game it wouldnt let us and it kept on saying we need to reconnect our Internet we did that and it just still didnt work!!!
Ads everywhere on social media piqued our interest in Guns Up! With the shut down of the PC version imminent, we decided to start on the mobile version. This is one of the few mobile games that we have become attached to, and is incredibly addicting. It offers players the ability to be creative with their strategies, both offensively and defensively. However, there is one thing we would like added. It is slightly annoying that if we want to change our bases style, we have to leave the old version behind. Is it possible that you guys can add base load outs so we can switch between multiple bases on a whim? Thanks!
Ok we really liked it on the PC and console versions and we like it even more on moblie, but we have some complaints. We remember watching baronvongames/tactics and we thought when we saw the mercenary That wow that hat looks cool but when we got in game you could not change the hat! So we think next major update should get more customization to the units, because though the color of there uniforms are cool, it does not give the creative ability to change the units look that we see. One more thing (well two actually) it feels very pay to win in one sence. It took us from start of the game to just last week to get the RANGER. We have to get really lucky to get gold units and we only have one in our entire time playing. We think it needs to be a increase of the chance of getting units from crates and just over all make it not pay to win, because we find these people who spend money on the game (I dont) and they got riot, mini gun guy and mercenary, and we cant beat them. Last thing, oh boy the upgrading is not very good. It might not be expensive, but it takes a day or more to let it finish. So in our opinion, you should lower the upgrade time some how. It just gives us the crappy moblie game vibe when upgrading. But other then that we think the game is great so keep on doing the good work.
Fun strategies war game but a lot of outages they admit themselves- so how bout rewarding your players with some credits of some kind since this happens so often? Other games offer such things. Thanks for your consideration.
We keep trying to play but when ever we do it always has a error when we first got this game this was not a problem so if a developer sees this pls fix this issue.
The game is good for a little bit, but then to progress and compete with the AI and other players, money will need to be spent. Definitely a pay to win game.
We signed out of our account and didnt have it linked to Google/other platforms ended up losing all our progress even spent money on the game. Developer Response To bad for you we cant help idiot. Good game though just dont make that mistake. Rated 1 star because you can understand losing money, time and getting told to bad feels awful.
This game takes your money and then when you dont spend points during the season pass you will lose them and not be able to use them on the next season even though they are the same points. Most other games with season passes let you maintain your point totals. Since we paid money for these this is a really disappointing outcome. People should avoid this game.
We were level 23 and we had a good base but after the newest update it reset all our data so now we have to do everything over again thanks a lot.
Cant seem to deal with base designs with out certain units being to overpowered to the point it doesnt even give you a chance. The spawn rate of snipers and grenadiers Need their spawn rate slowed these new tents that reduce their spawn time makes them spawn so frequently.
Honestly this game was fun for the first few levels and then it becomes clearly broken. The matchmaking is awful. Once you hit a certain level, it will throw you against bases that are 3 – 5 levels ahead of you and allows those same players to raid you for massive losses. The biggest issues is that they cap progress by level and they do this early enough that you dont have access to the units or abilities that these higher level bases have. So you either deal with losing most of the time or you spend to stay competitive, which is what they are trying to force you to do. If you grow to quickly, it penalizes you in much the same way. It just doesnt make the game fun. The resources in this game is wack, you get very little per battle so it takes a ton of grinding to make minor progress. They lack content so this is how they force game play time. We have also seen how the Dev team interacts with the player base. They make it clear that they dont care about community input and just want you yo buy packages. Oh yeah, and the pricing on their packages for what you get is absurd, so its off putting to even a light spender. Skip this one and save yourself some frustration.

The game is so fun that we play 3 hours but we do wish when u get attacked we can get revenge like clash of clans because we get pretty upset that we get our gold taken.
We have played 2 other battling games and that were much worse then this one.
We’ve been playing this game since it came out on PC, and we have always loved it. Not only the graphic is beautiful, but the gameplay is also amazing. But we do think the unlimited wave defense should be added to Guns Up! Mobile ( like it is on PC) and it would definitely make people love the game even more than before. Keep the good work going! :)
We played this game on our pc and we got all units but now Im gonna do a start over on our iPad and we were op but we wish there was a donation that you can give units or items so we love this game so much so play this on mobile or pc they are good we recommend iy.
We played the ps4 version and this is nothing like it we love it.
We would like if they add a navy blue uniform for your soilder.
One thing we do Not like in the game is going from a Level 30 player to advance up your level 6 Command Center , you have to go way UP to a Level 38 profile to upgrade your command center, thats ridiculous and time consuming, its Stupid . Change it, players will appreciate that a lot .

We feel this improves the game 100% The addition of vehicles, and more achievable raids are amazing. The only downside is the limit on how much munitions or gold you can have at a time, but other than that, we think it is perfect.
This game is amazing!! We love the graphics and smooth animations, however it gets hard really fast and the only way to make it easier is to win, but that can get near impossible for a long time. And dont bother playing defense mode.
We’ve made great progress on this game and for some reason, we CANT LOG INTO THE GAME. It says Training our troops. Then it says Logging in. We literally have not logged in. We have waited for an hour. Still we cant log in. Fix this now.
