Idk how to unlock level 3-4 of the mini game! It shouldnt be this hard! We need help.
We actually only downloaded this game for the side games. You get to play about 7 of them and then it just quits. The main game play is pretty boring.
We love the game but we have been waiting for new areas to open for several months, without new areas frequently opening you cant expect people to keep playing, it just gets boring.
Really enjoy but want more locations to build on. Keep saying coming soon.
They want you to spend all of your money. The hard levels are insanely hard and impossible to beat unless you keep spending money.
This is a fun app but the ads with skin infections are disgusting. We dont understand what the attraction would be to this and wish we didnt have to see it while playing.
Im not buying your stupid surprise bundle. Quit throwing it up after EVERY level. Opening the game for the first time of the day is highly annoying with every event or reward screen coming up. We know theyre there and how to click them. Calm down.
We liked our diner sign. It reminded us of Grease. Except we hate teal.
We thoroughly enjoy this game albeit the primary game is not exactly what is advertised. The mini games are just a very small portion of the gameplay but are fun as well. Our only issue with the game is when you get to a very hard match, unless you have extra time or additional funds to buy some time or lightning boosts to help, its very difficult to pass those levels. We wish there was a way to play some alternate levels in the meantime to possibly help acquire some extra boosts in order to pass the more difficult ones. Otherwise we enjoy the game and remodeling the town which no other matchup games have that set up.
We are trying to do a mini game but it wouldn't let us but this is a really nice game good job.
Enjoyable but not at all as advertised. The hard and super hard games rarely are solvable in the time allotted. Ive spent too much money on just getting to the next level. Be aware this is NOT about cosmetic procedures except for minor tries. Still fun but not as advertised.

The game didnt even play as advertised we were expecting a hospital game and got a build a good town. Definitely not worth it.
We could really enjoy this game. However, you dont get enough medium difficulty levels in between the hard and super hard levels to play long enough to enjoy it. Then we walk away saying every time that Im going to delete the game altogether because we will spend the next several days trying to get past those levels. And you have to use coins and special items just to do that only to have maybe 2 medium difficulty levels and youre right back to the impossible.
The update the other day causes app to not open and crash back to our Home Screen. We Ive this so much im past level 7K. Please fix so we can play thanks.
We can remember exactly when this game went downhill. It was the update they did in the beginning of December. All of the super hard levels now are impossible to beat without using either extra coins or all of your gadgets at the bottom of the screen. We play on our phone and our iPad and Ive just been able to put our finger on what the real problem is. It may take you 10 to 15 tries to win on your phone but for every super hard level, we play on the iPad we are using upwards to 150 to 800 coins plus many of our powers at the bottom of the screen. Money grab.
Graphics are bad on the toy matching game. Prices seem high for a very mediocre game app.
We love this game play on our phone and kindle but on our kindle the game freezes at a power boost to buy and wont let us into the game Ive spent a lot of money on both games but have to delete it from our kindle Ive tried uninstalling then reinstalling and still same problem just so disappointed u cant play it on our kindle thank you.
Loved this game until the ads became something that we cannot get by. We have to power done our phone every time an ad pops up.
When the stressors of life just get to you, we sit down and play this because it takes all our concentration to have fun and find the things we need to find in the puzzle our stress level goes down and Im able to just enjoy a minute of distraction.

The game is fun BUT there have been no significant updates. When are new areas coming? Where did the fun ASMR feature disappear to.
The pop up at end of game comes so fast that if your making matches you select a booster on accident. This wastes 100 points. Try adding an interstitial page to confirm you want to do that.

We used to be addicted to this game. Due to the holidays we had been unable to play it bc Ive been so busy. Ive come back to play it and the Super Hard levels are absolutely impossible to complete. The time has been cut in half and the only way to beat the level is to spend money. Kindve suspicious if you ask us. We hope this is a glitch in the game and not intentional.
We purchased the Christmas package and ever since the level of difficulty has increased exponentially. We regret buying it. The event will be over by the time we pass the current level. Never again.
Gave this game 3 stars. Took fourth star away because when we play the same level 40 or 50 times over several days, the game should reward us with help, but it doesnt. Took fifth star away because developers NEED to change game and ADD A CONFIRM BUTTON when using earned coins. We find ourselves playing and time expires while Im still tapping the screen, which uses 100 coins (that Ive worked so long to save up) to continue game or clear the row when we did not intend or want to do! The message and button pops up immediately on the screen in the middle where Im often tapping matches. And it comes with no delay and no warning. Therefore we are inadvertently spending our saved coins. It has happened MANY times and makes us so mad! The game is fun, but game developer should fix these issues to maintain the loyal players such as ourselves. Thank you.

The game is fun, but utterly frustrating. We have lost at least 5,000 in coins because we accidentally hit button for extra time for 100 coins when time runs out. Time runs out and we are trying to grab item and accidentally hit button! It is infuriating! It is a fun game and a lot of levels are really difficult. Some levels take 100-200 trials to win. In the end, we have to use extra time and also buttons that help your game. However, you have limited buttons to help. The nice thing is that the game gets a little easier after 10-15 tries.
Where is the rest of the game??? It just came to an end and Im on a high level whats going on.
We play this game every day and since the update the hard levels are too hard. They feel impossible to pass without coins. Ive spent our fair share of money on this game but we cant afford to play anymore. Im going to uninstall and hope they change it back to the way it was before the update some day.
Edited: what the heck happens to the skin care know its coffee and ramen we like the game but we need more skin care. We can do no more it says coming soon. Its only the first level it says 96% why dont you have more at level 1 dont get it.

Pretty fun and addicting until the high levels are reached. Ive been at 900 for awhile (months) and theres no way to beat it without purchasing an expensive support package which Im not willing to do. Its not even close to being beatable and if it was, Id happily drop a few bucks to keep going but thats not the case. Id likely need. $20 pack to win. Read other reviews- it gets to the point where you basically quit the game. Im bummed bc this helped us pass alot of time but 900 is the nail in the coffin for us.
Several timesI have purchased for extra time and extra coins however, the extra time is immediately used when you only have a few seconds on the clock and the coins are used as well. The player should be able to choose when to use the extra time. We personally will never buy any more time its a waste of money.
Currently on level 1977. Great game to pass the time. Not that Im complaining but at 7pm we won 2 hours and since then won an additional 45 minutes but the game is still stuck at 2 hours and the clock doesnt go down. Its almost 9:45 so we should be going into our lives but it still states 2 hours. Also wondering when we can start building new cafes. We have over 1000 stars and theres been no updates to build/remodel new things.
We have already completed all the task areas and have racked up over 200 stars waiting for new areas to open. When will that be? The mini games with dermatology things has never added more and thats been months and months.
We love this game, however please fix the extra time function. When you are in a level and you arent looking at the timer because you are in a rush with the clock, you dont know when the timer is about to be up. The button for more time that costs 100 coins pops up and is easily accidentally hit when the level ends. It is too easy to spend all your coins by accidentally hitting that button. Please either move the button from the center of the screen, or make it so you have to agree by pressing a second button. There are also some levels that are impossible to win unless using multiple assists. Some very hard levels are easier than others that are supposed to be easier. This is a lesser issue for us than the button taking our coins repeatedly though.
Hello, twice Ive had free lives that Ive earned but it doesnt end up giving us the time, it shows a checkmark but doesnt actually give us the time. This is frustrating because we pay money to get different advantages or play longer but then we dont actually get the benefit. We just checked our app version and it shows the last update was 21 hours ago.
The cupcake and ice cream rewards keep crashing the game.
We still stand by our original comment. They just want you to make in app purchases. Also we originally downloaded the game for the pimple popping and that feature dosent work for us anymore.. Its alright. The super hard levels can be really frustrating. They really push you to buy stuff by giving you super hard levels in a row which makes it less fun in our opinion. We enjoy the game but we refuse to spend 10$ or more on in app purchases so we get stuck on levels because of that which again makes the game less fun. Lets be honest who has extra cash to spend on nonsense like game boosts? Im trying to eat lol.
We enjoy this game (although some of the super hard levels should be called basically impossible unless you spend money) but we think we must have reached the end? We just finished the train and theres no new areas to download. Is that it? Will there be an update? We have almost 200 decorating stars and nothing to use them on. Ive even unlocked the special decorations for each area. Update: what the heck is up with the cats? Also asking people to spend $20 to unlock a decoration????? For what exactly?? Why not add new areas to renovate? We kept playing cause SOME levels are enjoyable but this game is just honestly a waste of time after a certain point.
We love this game! But this level is kicking our butt! We cant pimple pop anymore. Can we get more levels for that.
We are coming up on level 2000 and very much enjoy playing this game. We paid for no ads and its a great game experience. Levels are challenging and sometimes take a few attempts but there are so many opportunities for powerups, unlimited lives, etc. BUT..Ive racked up over 1000 stars and have no lot to decorate expansion soon.
We are past level 890. We love this game. We just wish the other half of the game would work. We have beat all 98 levels of the asmr and it wont give us any thing else. We never got the update with the drawing the shape with one line. And Ill be surprised if we get the new puzzles as well. Regardless of that we love the triple match part and find it very challenging at times. We do not give up, we run out of lives a lot but we don't let that stop us. Keep making more. :) Updated: we are almost at level 1000! Cant wait to see whats coming.
