Though you dont get your pet at first you are playing in a story where you have most control of and some cant its real fun and no scams.
This game is super fun and we would recommend you get it. However, the game is a little glitchy and has paused and doesnt allow us to continue but other than that its amazing.

Its so fun and we wish we could be a seeker sooner but overall its so fun.
Hogwarts Mystery is one of the best freemium games we have ever played Im not much of a gamer, but the gameplay leaves one wanting to go further in the Burrow.
Sometimes when you choose to watch an ad to gain energy or speed up a timer, the ads wont let you exit or wont stop playing so you have to fully exit the app and reopen. Annoying.
We this game so much because we are a huge Harry Potter fan and this game is like so perfect for us and like we love how it lets you learn and interact with the game but also guides you it is perfect.
This game is so fun, we have not seem problems at all. We have watched the movies of Harry potter, and we like this game so much.
The game is great, but there is one thing, but why does the energy take so long to recover? Could you make it recover much faster.

This is our favorite game, we play it nearly everyday when we can. We love the story throughout the entire game. But we wish the time limited side quests had more time to complete. Especially the romance ones, we want to complete all of those but theres not enough time. Ive completed a couple of them so Im sure Ill get it at some point. And we wish the 8 hour quests didnt exist, they take forever to complete and we sometimes end up buying energy with our diamonds just to complete it faster. It just annoys us. Other than our few complaints, we love this game. Thank you.
So many options and u really can still play without spending money.. Its great come play and enjoy Hogwarts.
Its an amazing game but it has a few problems. The biggest problem is the energy we understand the need to allow players to take their time on this, but its just so aggravating for 4 minutes for 1 energy. The audacity is insane. Cutting it to 1-2 minutes might be better, Ive been playing the game on off for years and still on year 4 cause we get so fed up with this. This next one is really more of a suggestion rather than an issue. We feel like if you got voices for the characters, (good voices too, not just some ai generated voiceover) it would really improve the overall experience, sometimes the storyline gets so good but the background sound is literally the same thing with just a gasp or sigh. Other than that, amazing game, love the storyline, friendships are amazing, and it really lets you immerse yourself in the Harry Potter world. Also, LOVE the fact that theres hijabs in this game, we wish there were different styles though? Cause they all just look like plain slip ons to us just in different colors.
We love this game and our step mom has the game and she has A LOT OF PETS and it takes FOREVER TO GET ONE SINGULAR PETS and we just wish it would take less time and less diamonds to get a pet.
We love this game, the story, the gameplay, everything. Except how long it takes to get energy. We have multiple times played a ton, then deleted the game because it got extremely boring with how long it takes to get energy, and then redownloaded it again months upon months later because we miss the game. Getting 1 energy (if we remember correctly) takes 4 minutes. And sometimes you need 30 energy just to do 2-3 tasks.

We love this game and the detailed, planned-out plot, but there are a few things that we would like to add would make the game even better if fixed, such as that energy runs out very quickly and takes a long time to refill again. Also sometimes we randomly get kicked out of the game. Other than that, thank you for the amazing game.
The game is amazing but, in order to have one energy you have to wait four minutes but, the top energy is 25, which only grants you about 5 to 8 minutes of play time. So, basically you have to wait an hour and a half to play 5 to 8 minutes. (Depending how much dialogue, storyline,etc. You have that day) please fix this developers.
We absolutely think this game is amazing. It is currently our favorite mobile game out there. There is so much to explore, collect, and achieve. The game truly feels like you are at Hogwarts. The only problem, which happens to be a big one, is that we cant play it. Every time we try to open the app, our iPad instantly crashes, and it is only for this app. We have troubleshooted all of the usual problems, such as updating our iPad to its latest version, updating, deleting and re-installing, clearing data, turning off other apps background functions, but all to no luck. We are sure that it is a problem with the game. This makes us very sad, as we can no longer play our favorite game. On a side note, if any support does end up seeing this, here are some recommendations for the game itself, aside from the crashing issue. The energy system makes sense and is good for the game in order to prevent burnout and age with the character. We would absolutely buy energy, however in our opinion it is way too overpriced. We are not asking to make it cheaper, because it is just going to get blown out very fast, even if you do buy the energy. We are recommending more permanent energy upgrades, such as faster energy recharge, or more max energy capacity (stacks on the ones you earn in-game). This, in our opinion, is better than both having an unlimited energy option or buying energy one-time. We would absolutely buy an option that had some sort of permanent boost on our energy, because rather than buying and burning it in 15 minutes, it will help us throughout our whole journey. All that being said though, step 1 is to fix the crashing issue, because we cant even play the game currently.
We hate how you have to wait 4 minutes just for one thing of energy! We had to wait for 30 minutes for 10 things of energy. Overall the game is phenomenal but we think you should update it to make it be where you can get 5 things of energy for waiting 4 minutes.
We love this game but we cant give it five stars because there is this glitch where every five or ten minutes it freezes up and you are logged out of the game. Please fix this. Also we forgot four minutes for ONE energy. What in the world one minute for one energy sounds so much better.
Ive been playing since 2019, and Ive spent a lot of money on this game. Most of the time, its a lot of fun but lately the Hogwarts Harvest has been glitching SO much. Now its been frozen for two days, Im gonna lose our Magical Milestones award and all our plants and animals are probably croaking. We cant even get to the support on the game because Im stuck in the greenhouse with plants we cant even water! This sucks so bad.
If you dont have energy, you are unable to play the game for a long time. So we would advise to wait until you have the energy before you start a challenge.
The energy goes way to fast and takes a while to get filled back up. If you could change it so that you have more then 24 energy, maybe change it to around 100 or more. We feel like that would make the game much more enjoyable. Overall we do really like this game beside the energy part.
The overwhelming need for diamonds, gems and forcing players to spend real money completely ruins the experience. If there was another game that offered first person Hogwarts games- we would ask that to that instantly. You constantly have to stop playing to wait for diamonds to refill- because the game purposely designs it so you run out every 30 minutes.
We would like to be able to friend people because our best friend plays but they are in the Netherlands. We loved to play together when they were at our house but now we dont play as much and we miss playing together. We are far to the western part of the USA and we kept planning to chat and play together in Hogwarts Mystery. Thank you for your time to read this.
Very fun game very addictive we just wish that you could earn energy fast without having to wait or pay we feel like four minutes for one energy is to long.
A lot of ads if you dont pay money but overall pretty good.
And so true to the movies which is awesome! But the only issue we have is that sometimes the game shuts down. Like when app just closes without warning, in the mist of us playing or winning something. Very frustrating.
We really love this game soooo much but, having to wait four minutes for one energy is really annoying and it would make the game a lot more fun if we didnt have to wait two and a half hours to get full energy. Also the lessons take so long because you need like 60 energy two be able to finish a big lesson. We hope you take this into account because it would the game so much better! Also the graphics arent the best, not horrible, but not the best.
Super addicting and really fun to play but we feel like its just another money hungry company. Energy takes too long to load and is used way too fast on tasks. If you want to purchase something anything worth while is crazy expensive.
We have been a dedicated player of Hogwarts Mystery and we love the game's immersive storyline. We are writing this review to request the return of a highly valued feature: the ability for players to select the desired number of chapters for each year of the story progression. A while ago, players were able to customize the chapter length for every year, offering wonderful flexibility and control over how quickly they advanced through the content. Restoring this feature would allow players to restart or continue their journey with the pace that best suits them, making the overall experience much more enjoyable. This quality-of-life update would be a fantastic improvement. Thank you for considering bringing this feature back.
We love it since we've just recently understood the hype of the Harry Potter series, but everything regarding animals, clothing, and dormitory items take SO long to get. They are so expensive, and to get them you have to wait a long time without paying for currency packages! It makes you want to buy nothing just to save endlessly. Otherwise, good game so far. The graphics are okay, the gameplay is cool (though sometimes repetitive, wish there was more mechanics), and we really like that romance and friendship is an included aspect that we wish was in Hogwarts Legacy. The game actually takes time to complete, for example, in quests and general progression, and it can't really be rushed. We would advise if you want customization in-game, look for glitches that generate funds because if you don't, we hope you like waiting awhile. We would suggest for developers adding some default customization that's free that's basic but gives players variety from the start. It's really frustrating to be pushed with event and currency bundle pages because we don't want to spend real money on mobile games, but the only way to create individuality PROPORTIONATELY THROUGHOUT the game, you must get things like that. Hufflepuff, btw.
We just wish energy was a bit faster to obtain.
So, overall, the game is great. We just would find it more entertaining if it wasn't able to "run out of energy". We get that it could be a way to make money, but we feel that there are enough other ways, to the point that the whole "energy point system", as a concept, is just not good or necessary. Otherwise, though, it a great game. It's just hard to want to keep playing when we're constantly "running out of energy" in-game. Thanks.
Its a rlly good game just that some of the options buttons dont press. We think it could just be a glitch but apart from that we really like it.
This game is great but whenever Im doing a lesson or a task, the energy gets low and we have to wait a long time for it and we just doesnt seem fair. Pls get this fixed or at least make it 1 minute to wait.

We love it but we do hate all the lessons that we have to do to continue the story so please delete some of those lessons? Also, Jacob is way to strong, and its hard to get points to raise your knowledge,courage, and empathy. Please help us.
While the game and premise are extremely good and entertaining, the game is incredibly pay-to-win!! We cant complete even basic quest lines without running out of time!! 4 minutes for ONE energy?! Thats ridiculous!! PLEASE FIX YOUR GAME.
Good but when we try to get in to play the game it recently started to ask what our age was we put in our age and it said we needed a better connection but our WiFi was at full so there is no way that the connection was bad so idk now its not letting us play.
