We love this game so much, Im literally addicted to it. We’ve never had any problems. And Im so grateful for the fact that the customer service people can reset the game so we can start all over and play it again! So thankful we found this game and so grateful for the customer service people!

We really love Game House games, we’ve had a subscription for a while now, but then when we started this game we only got infinite energy for 24 hours and a few bits of extra food. It really doesnt seem worth the $9.99 a month once you have to wait for your energy to recharge. We liked being able to progress through the story unhampered, thats why we bought the subscription to begin with, so we could avoid seeing the ads. We think if you have a subscription you should be able to have infinite energy. Especially since its a longer game and it takes longer to progress through the story. And since there would actually be a lasting benefit having subscribed, people with subscriptions would likely stay subscribed instead of just canceling once that 24 hour timer wore off. Its really a shame because we really love these games but having to wait for our energy to recharge is really obnoxious.
We like this game and it has become a relaxing game for us, but the recent update that includes all these ads pop up when you go to a level or activate the diamond lady is very irritating. We understand ads is what keeps the game free but the way you cant play a level without an ad is no longer fun. Is there another way you can add ads without it happening when you play the levels?
Good game but it was supposed to continue on with more and they never did. We also prefer to pay once and be done. They try and get you to pay endlessly for this and that. No thanks! We are happy to pay for a game but not overpay.

What the actual This game is meant to take all your money PERIOD. Our mind is blown on how this is legal. You can basically play only 3 rounds per hour and a half if you dont use your actual REAL LIFE money. Game house shame on youGREEDY.
When you put advertisement banners over game controls, effectively making your game unplayable, you demonstrate how worthless you are as game developers. We are fine with purchasing games or watching ads but when theres no way to remove the ad, we delete the game. Please never create another game again.
This was a really good game. Took awhile to get stars but still. Now all of a sudden there are so many ads you cant even play. We mean you cant even collect hearts without an ad popping up. And the when you try and click to get out of the ad it takes you straight to the App Store. We mean come on a few ads we get but this many is ridiculous. Also sense all the ads now the game is glitching and freezes completely at times. We’ve put a lot of time into this game but if something doesnt give Im deleting it. Its horrible now.
This game is literally one of the most engaging games we’ve played. We love the entire storyline of all the Hearts Medicine games. We’ve become so invested in the characters we get sad when we finish a game. Parts of the storyline have actually made us emotional because they were so intense, meaningful, and well-done. We could play these games endlessly. So much fun!!! Thanks Gamehouse!!
We were looking for a new game to pass the time and help zone us out. We are truly enjoying the storyline and the different tasks you have to do. It can be a challenge at times, but we still love it. Thank you for the free 24 hours, it really helps us catch up.
We really love this game and have been playing for a while now but Im going to have to quit because it is so frustrating not being able to play more levels before your daily energy runs out. In order to obtain more energy to play longer you either have to have apples or buy them in their store. We wish you could trade Diamonds for apples or hearts or something, its not fair to make us spend money to play YOUR GAME more- it just bothers us. We do love the concept of this game and will search the App Store for similar games that dont have so much time restrictions.
Third and Final Review** Game is now officially a 3 star (2.5 to 3). Its fun and a great multi-task oriented game. Rewards are small. And ad watching is a toss of the dice if it will work. No free game time is given (the 1 time 12 hour play was fun, but the only time free played happened) Hearts continue to acclimate, but no way to use them for other things in the game. We’ve stopped using diamonds to buy the heart storage as hearts are the only unlimited thing in this gameand all they do is upgrade itemsi currently have 200,000+ hearts and nothing to do with them. We refuse to make purchases in this game as this version is only Heart Hospital series driven towards money, its no longer about the game/story. UPDATED REVIEW* Its refreshing to leave a review and the software developers listen and make updates per the feedback they receive. 1) the day of unlimited energy was AWESOME! Loved that special offer, hope to see more of that in the future. 2) we appreciate more opportunities for energy and playtime. This game now offers more rewards, offers, and game playing time. The bonus Halloween game is also lot of fun!!! (Looking forward to the Christmas story, or even a Thanksgiving story), and something we didnt expect, but really like. BOTTOM LINE: Thank you for the updates for game play, and looking forward to other adventures to come. INITIAL REVIEW we were so looking forward to continuing the story/plot of Hearts Medicine, we even considered subscribing when we got to A Doctors Oath because yes it was a cool upgrade and we were thinking $10 a month for game that was engaging, fun and previously had great play time, was worth the value. So we started playing and very quickly changed our mind as play time is about 5 to 10 min before energy runs out. There are no options for add watching an any diamonds/hearts cant be used for additional time play. Its all about buy. Buy. BUY Even the power up food options we have no clue how to obtain more without paying. We also dont enjoy that after each level there is no story line/plot as Hearts Medicine had. All we see after finishing a challenge is buy energy, buy apples, (idk what apples do) buy diamonds (also dont really understand what diamonds do besides enhancing hearts, which then power up the medical stuff, but with play time being so short, who cares?!) Idk what to do at this point, Ill probably keep and check in, but if this continues, Ill uninstall as this is not a fun game right now.
We mostly dislike mobile games due to the design centered around micro transactions but this game pairs play rewards and wait time really well. The story line is so fascinating, funny and cheesy and we just keep wanting to play the next level.
We were emotionally connected to this game due to playing during the beginning of the pandemic (which was similar to plot), but we woulda enjoyed it a lot more if you didnt have to purchase genuine game freedom. We loved Hospital Heat with all our heart, and we were very excited to hear about Doctors Oath. Just to see it be more complicated.
Went down the greedy pay to win path that nickel and dimes you every step of the way. Hard pass.
Why continue this story and get greedy and make everyone pay for energy to continue. How ridiculous it goes a few episodes and then you have to have so many stars to continue. We are discontinuing our subscription because of this game.
This game is great love the story line and did not expect a mobile game to hurt our heart like this. This season really took an interesting turn with the new game layout and incentives. We tend to binge play games so the energy bar really threw us off but we understand a game needs to make money somehow. Still playing and cant wait to finish the puzzles at the end.

We love the storyline and the graphics. But why game house did you have to do this super complicated format with the diamonds and energy. There is just so much about it that ruins the experience for us. And forcing us to waste 20 lightening bolts on daily play?? We dont care about daily play we just want to see how the story unfolds. Im sad game house has given into what a lot of other pay to play game apps have done. Im already spending money on a monthly subscription and now we also have to pay extra for energy and diamonds and all this other extra stuff that just distracts from the gameplay. Please dont do this anymore.
We loooove this game and have been playing for years but recently (today) you guys changed the layout of the game and everything is so small. Please put the size back to what it was. Our eye vision is not good and it makes it hard for us and we assume other like us to enjoy this game.
Im really trying to like this game as the first three seasons were so fun! You could pay a one time fee to unlock all levels which was nice plus there were upgrades you would work for and everything. This game is just a money grabbing disappointment compared to the other three. We cant binge the entire game in one day if we wanted to unless we wanted to keep paying to buy more energy, stars (which you need to unlock other levels) are harder to earn and to earn more stars you need to use energy to replay the level. We really want to like this game but sadly compared to the first three Hearts Medicine games, we just cant and am only playing for the storyline at this point.
We love this game and play daily. The most recent update has made the display size smaller. The display no longer fills the entire screen of our iPhone 12, it is bordered by black as if it was created for a smaller phone size. Please fix this and have it fill the screen once more.

We love this game, we just wish that the energy it takes was lowered for every level or the timer gets sped up. We can only do 5 levels before leaving the game for several hours to do 5 more it just makes the game slow to play.
Before we start this review we just want to nitpick on the fact that, in real life, Allison would have graduated with her medical degree before residency, not after (residency is postgraduate training for physicians), and she would only have been an intern on her first year of residency. But alas, its just a game. We really did not like the new puzzle like format at firstI enjoyed the straight forward game play of the previous games, but this one grew on us. We hated the energy system (my reason for docking a star) as it reminded us of greedy Facebook game makers. The old ad system was much better, in our opinion. The storyline was great, as always.
We love this game and have enjoyed playing through it over the last year. The biggest downfall in our opinion is the energy bar, but we have spent money on the weekend pass more times than Id like to admit lol because its so fun to play and hard to stop once you get going! The issue that brought us to the reviews, however, is that Im really struggling on challenge j3.. Even with the 2x guinea pig booster, Im not able to get 76 pigs in the first 30 seconds! The other guinea pig levels seem to spawn way more without the booster, so we came here to see if it was addressed by other players or even the developer themselves, but we didnt see anything about this, if its a glitch or what? We’ve sent 2 messages through the in app support dash with no response so far and Im really frustrated because that is the only challenge we havent gotten yet and we need that puzzle piece.
We love playing this game most of the time. However the glitches if. Y character freezing are happening more anymore. When it already takes 20 credits to play and only have 110 to start. Added with the fact that to get all the hearts/stars/challenge can take multiple attempts per level even with watching the ads. It takes thr fun out if the game fast. Updated on 11/22. The new puzzle piece format is so slow. You either have to pay diamonds to open up more levels to earn puzzle pieces or wait until the next day. It really slows the game. No point buying the day pass at this stage either as you still have to pay the diamonds to open the new levels. Very disappointing.
We think energy refills need to be 10 per level. Also they need to refill way faster. It takes all day for them to refill.
We loved the older hearts medicine games, they were fun gameplay. This one is nothing but a money grabber!! Ads everywhere, cant play without energy takes the whole fun out of the game.
We started playing this game a little over a month ago and became hooked. In-app purchases are pretty cheap, 6 scenarios to play, etc. Great! Where the downfall begins is right after you finish the 6th scene which is the mobile clinic one. After that, you can choose to play the ELITE mode which really isnt any different other than the packs costing a lot more but you get more hearts. Then after completing all 6 scenes in Elite, just like the normal mode there are other levels you play. Here is where the greed comes in: The pathways to play the scenes are LOCKED meaning youll have to use your puzzle pieces that you have accumulated to get to the level to play. Sometimes you have to unlock two of them! Some of the have 9-18 puzzles pieces to unlock to get to the scene!! Fine!! Then as you progess, the puzzle pieces needed to unlock become even more expensive! For instance, one pathway puzzle has 13 you need to unlock separately. First you only need ONE puzzle piece but now, you have to use TWO PUZZLE PIECES JUST TO UNLOCK. For instance, a character puzzle may have 13 pieces needed so now instead of using 13 puzzle pieces, you now need 26! Dont have two character puzzles in your way because your puzzles pieces will be gobbled up trying to get to another level to play! We ended both modes with over 1000 puzzle pieces, Im down to just 13 trying to advance through the pathway to more scenes to play!!! Oh, and you cant buy any puzzle pieces but you can earn them doing a daily play but you only get FIVE puzzles pieces! Of course, you can use your diamonds to purchase more daily plays but that can end up costing you a lot of diamonds which of course will have you spending more money to buy diamonds to earn more puzzle pieces to unlock character puzzles so that you can get to the next scene to play!!! All of that work and all you end up playing are the EXACT SAME GAMES AS IN THE FIRST 6 LEVELS THAT WERE DECENT!! BEWARE OF THE GREED OF THIS COMPANY!!
We are fine with purchasing a game, and Im happy that the prior HM games had a flat purchase option. This game requires a steady dripdrip of small purchases to make it playable – the freemium model – and, as much as we love the story, Im not getting sucked into it. Thankfully we can endlessly replay the earlier games that we own, and we can find a wiki to tell us how the story ends. A game that requires money, and not skill or strategy to win isnt satisfying and doesnt make sense.
We dislike this new format it is drawn out in confusing directions and nickel and diming you all the way. We’ve played hearts medicine from the beginning and fell in love w it . In the beginning this (Drs Oath) game was albeit a bit tedious but overall had great depth to it. That said once all levels completed its just a redundant spin of the wheel and the same ole same ole levels. We can watch the story on you tube instead of waiting for more diamonds to play day by day to get a couple of puzzle pieces. Just do us a favor end it or come up w new levels. We keep reinstalling it in hopes of new content but we guess this is the end of any new fresh ideas and sadly time to move on. You had a good run.
Used to be a fun game. Now it doesnt register when you click or tap on anything. Update Can tell they tried to fix the problem. Unfortunately its still not resolved. In order to actually click on anything you have to tap a half inch above the object/button throughout the entire game. You will miss your intended object often, & you will always fail in the mini games. Though, when you go into the support menu the issue is not there at all. Tried the update & uninstalling & reinstalling but still cant play it.
We cannot get past the first screen. Its freezes on the Privacy Policy and will not allow us to select Ok or More Info. We’ve deleted and redownload the app. We also pay monthly for the subscription service that is supposed to give additional content for this game as well as a few others. We have contacted support but its been a week with no resolution. We have an iPhone 11 Pro Max fully updated. We hope we can update this review soon and give it 5 stars. We love these games and cant wait to play this one.
We recently downloaded this game and started to play it all of a sudden it locked us out of all the levels and kept sending us to our storyline at the beginning. We tried to download it again and it would not work. Never had a problem with theses.
Im a gamehouse manic and have played about 95% of your games. For the past 3days we havent been able to get in doctors oath. Its saying its network issue but thats not it. No problem with anything else. We miss playing our daily levels and hope this is a bug that is resolved soon. We are a subscriber as well. Thanks for great games. Do not like the new one you just put out however. Too diner dashy with lag.
We played through all the heart’s medicine games and loved them. This one is no exception. There are so many things to do and levels to play. Our only complaint is that the newly added story episodes after you complete the main game have gotten to be short and kind of boring. One of our favorite things about the game is the story line, and the new additions are lack luster. Super all the game is awesome and definitely one of our favorites, except for that one exception.

First we have to say that we love GH games. It is obvious that the people who make these games have good hearts and a great sense of humor. We love the stories and we love the humor and the beautiful messages they have. However we do not like the style of this new game. We understand theyre trying to give people more to do but after every level theres a pop-up asking you to purchase some thing. We would rather have one fee at the beginning and not have to deal with all this. And it does get very expensive when you want to play the game for a while.
We loved ALL of the hearts medicine games but we are not a fan of this one. Theres nothing at all that we like about this version. Please make it like before!
Says Im not connected to internet. Tried on mobile data and WiFi wont work.
The game itself is ok. We dont like the fact that there are energy limits, star requirements to unlock new levels and more pushes to buy stuff. We pay a gamehouse subscription every month and now feel like we are being pushed to buy something within the game all the time.
