Follow Allison as she begins her last rotations as an intern at Queensburrow Bridge Hospital, on her path to graduating as a fully-fledged doctor! We love this game because of the ability to keep on going and accessing higher levels and acquiring the stars for each level. We think the prices for the two day play and the 12 hour play are great prices.
New games can never compared to classic Alison series. Please consider an update of the main story line. Also some advice. Too many ads. 30s is acceptable but 60s is way too long.
This is the best game ever thats all we want to say.
This series was our childhood.. No offense but ur new games just will never compare to these golden ones! Please make a return to this series ! Trust us it will definitely have a good outcome and a boost of ratings.
We had so much fun playing this game!! We wish they would keep it going with new levels and continue the story. They release new Emily games pretty often, but nothing new with Hearts Medicine!! They have this great game right here they could keep adding to, but it hasnt been updated in years.

We just started this game and Im frustrated that the puzzle game the people are not coming in a timely manner so we can complete our task before time runs out. We find ourselves waiting for them to come in and them run out of time.
Requiring energy is the worst thing that has happened to these games. They were long a favorite for brain breaks or something do on a layover at the airport, but 20 energy per level is a lot and if you fail the challenge, you have to "pay" the 20 energy again to play the same level.
We LOVE these games. The stories are great, the game play is simple and fun, its essentially the perfect mobile game in our mind. But in the years since Ive last played, there are an excessive amount of ads. We cant do anything without an ad. While we could handle dealing with one maybe at the start of a level or something, the ads pop up basically anytime we tap anything. We would give 5 stars if there were less ads, or at the very least a pay option to be rid of them all.
What happened to Sophia did she die because of the virus we dont know what happened.
Im not having trouble with the game and thoroughly enjoy it but we didnt know we had to pay for the add-ons along with paying for the subscription.
Definitely needs an update. Keeps glitching out and freezing up as we go to play which then takes our energy without even letting us use it or play.
Our only complaint is not about the gameplay, but how the ads make this game nearly unusable. They pop up between nearly every level, are un-skippable (or give false exits), and often when theyre finally done the game becomes completely frozen and needs to be rebooted.
Its keep freezing and we always have to exit out and come back it usually doesnt do that but kinda getting drums.
This series is so fun but this game went HARD in the pay to play aspect. Its hard to progress in a timely fashion without paying and we spend more time watching ads than enjoying the game. Its quite a turn off and disappointing to see a series Ive thoroughly enjoyed go down this path.
We still enjoy playing this game and Im surprised that the story has been updated or moved on yet.
The game is very interesting and we like the storyline, but something that prevent us to play with enjoy is the bugs that have it. Almost all the time that an add appear, the game stays freeze and we cannot play or when we put another level happens the same, so please, fix it to enjoy the game as it is expected.
The further you get into the game, the more the ads freeze the game. Ive been trying to play the same level for an hour now but an ad keeps popping up, watch the ad, x it out, and the game freezes. Other times we Im forced to watch a 5 second ad the ad goes to a black screen. Same happens when we go to collect hearts. Please fix the game to where it wont freeze your game.
We really want to give the game 5 stars because it a fun game with a great story line but its been over a year at least and you all still havent added any new levels or story line. The waiting is ridiculous and Im seriously considering deleting the app and canceling our game house subscription altogether!!! There is no way it should take this long to add new chapters to the game. What is going on.
This game is so fun. Theres lots of mini games and things to do besides just the main levels. With that said, it takes 20 energy per level, including mini game levels and you have to play levels over and over or pay to unlock the next set. All mini games cost energy as well so unless you stop and wait forever for energy to refill youll be spending money. Im disabled and cannot afford to do that. If players could just play the levels without it costing then this would be a 5 star game. Why would anyone pay a monthly subscription or pay anything with this game? We have spent plenty of cash on other games but not this one just on principal.
Love this game the ,drama, the suspense. Im not a big fan of the new map set up tho but we can mange! Thank you gamehouse for all these heat medicines! And keep them coming.

We love this game so much, Im literally addicted to it. Ive never had any problems. And Im so grateful for the fact that the customer service people can reset the game so we can start all over and play it again! So thankful we found this game and so grateful for the customer service people.

Good game but it was supposed to continue on with more and they never did. We also prefer to pay once and be done. They try and get you to pay endlessly for this and that. No thanks! We are happy to pay for a game but not overpay.
We really love Game House games, Ive had a subscription for a while now, but then when we started this game we only got infinite energy for 24 hours and a few bits of extra food. It really doesnt seem worth the $9.99 a month once you have to wait for your energy to recharge. We liked being able to progress through the story unhampered, thats why we bought the subscription to begin with, so we could avoid seeing the ads. We think if you have a subscription you should be able to have infinite energy. Especially since its a longer game and it takes longer to progress through the story. And since there would actually be a lasting benefit having subscribed, people with subscriptions would likely stay subscribed instead of just canceling once that 24 hour timer wore off. Its really a shame because we really love these games but having to wait for our energy to recharge is really obnoxious.
We like this game and it has become a relaxing game for us, but the recent update that includes all these ads pop up when you go to a level or activate the diamond lady is very irritating. We understand ads is what keeps the game free but the way you cant play a level without an ad is no longer fun. Is there another way you can add ads without it happening when you play the levels.

When you put advertisement banners over game controls, effectively making your game unplayable, you demonstrate how worthless you are as game developers. We are fine with purchasing games or watching ads but when theres no way to remove the ad, we delete the game. Please never create another game again.
What the actual This game is meant to take all your money PERIOD. Our mind is blown on how this is legal. You can basically play only 3 rounds per hour and a half if you dont use your actual REAL LIFE money. Game house shame on youGREEDY.
This was a really good game. Took awhile to get stars but still. Now all of a sudden there are so many ads you cant even play. We mean you cant even collect hearts without an ad popping up. And the when you try and click to get out of the ad it takes you straight to the App Store. We mean come on a few ads we get but this many is ridiculous. Also sense all the ads now the game is glitching and freezes completely at times. Ive put a lot of time into this game but if something doesnt give Im deleting it. Its horrible now.
We were looking for a new game to pass the time and help zone us out. We are truly enjoying the storyline and the different tasks you have to do. It can be a challenge at times, but we still love it. Thank you for the free 24 hours, it really helps us catch up.
This game is literally one of the most engaging games Ive played. We love the entire storyline of all the Hearts Medicine games. Ive become so invested in the characters we get sad when we finish a game. Parts of the storyline have actually made us emotional because they were so intense, meaningful, and well-done. **Third and Final Review**** Game is now officially a 3 star (2.5 to 3). Its fun and a great multi-task oriented game. Rewards are small.and ad watching is a toss of the dice if it will work. No free game time is given (the 1 time 12 hour play was fun, but the only time free played happened) Hearts continue to acclimate, but no way to use them for other things in the game. Ive stopped using diamonds to buy the heart storage as hearts are the only unlimited thing in this gameand all they do is upgrade itemsi currently have 200,000+ hearts and nothing to do with them. We refuse to make purchases in this game as this version is only Heart Hospital series driven towards money, its no longer about the game/story. **UPDATED REVIEW*** Its refreshing to leave a review and the software developers listen and make updates per the feedback they receive. 1) the day of unlimited energy was AWESOME! Loved that special offer, hope to see more of that in the future. 2) we appreciate more opportunities for energy and playtime. This game now offers more rewards, offers, and game playing time. The bonus Halloween game is also lot of fun!!! (Looking forward to the Christmas story, or even a Thanksgiving story), and something we didnt expect, but really like. BOTTOM LINE: Thank you for the updates for game play, and looking forward to other adventures to come. INITIAL REVIEW we were so looking forward to continuing the story/plot of Hearts Medicine, we even considered subscribing when we got to A Doctors Oath because yes it was a cool upgrade and we were thinking $10 a month for game that was engaging, fun and previously had great play time, was worth the value. So we started playing and very quickly changed our mind as play time is about 5 to 10 min before energy runs out. There are no options for add watching an any diamonds/hearts cant be used for additional time play. Its all about buy.buy.BUY Even the power up food options we have no clue how to obtain more without paying. We also dont enjoy that after each level there is no story line/plot as Hearts Medicine had. All we see after finishing a challenge is buy energy, buy apples, (idk what apples do) buy diamonds (also dont really understand what diamonds do besides enhancing hearts, which then power up the medical stuff, but with play time being so short, who cares?!) Idk what to do at this point, Ill probably keep and check in, but if this continues, Ill uninstall as this is not a fun game right now.
We really love this game and have been playing for a while now but Im going to have to quit because it is so frustrating not being able to play more levels before your daily energy runs out. In order to obtain more energy to play longer you either have to have apples or buy them in their store. We wish you could trade Diamonds for apples or hearts or something, its not fair to make us spend money to play YOUR GAME more- it just bothers us. We do love the concept of this game and will search the App Store for similar games that dont have so much time restrictions.
We mostly dislike mobile games due to the design centered around micro transactions but this game pairs play rewards and wait time really well. The story line is so fascinating, funny and cheesy and we just keep wanting to play the next level.
We were emotionally connected to this game due to playing during the beginning of the pandemic (which was similar to plot), but we woulda enjoyed it a lot more if you didnt have to purchase genuine game freedom. We loved Hospital Heat with all our heart, and we were very excited to hear about Doctors Oath. Just to see it be more complicated.
Why continue this story and get greedy and make everyone pay for energy to continue. How ridiculous it goes a few episodes and then you have to have so many stars to continue. We are discontinuing our subscription because of this game.

This game is great love the story line and did not expect a mobile game to hurt our heart like this. This season really took an interesting turn with the new game layout and incentives. We tend to binge play games so the energy bar really threw us off but we understand a game needs to make money somehow. Still playing and cant wait to finish the puzzles at the end.
Truly fantastic story line. Ive cried over and over the story. Game play is super addictive to the point we cant stop playing and we want to throw all our money on this game but its not required we just want to. Truly a gem! Thank guys.
We love the storyline and the graphics. But why game house did you have to do this super complicated format with the diamonds and energy. There is just so much about it that ruins the experience for us. And forcing us to waste 20 lightening bolts on daily play?? We dont care about daily play we just want to see how the story unfolds. Im sad game house has given into what a lot of other pay to play game apps have done. Im already spending money on a monthly subscription and now we also have to pay extra for energy and diamonds and all this other extra stuff that just distracts from the gameplay. Please dont do this anymore.
We loooove this game and have been playing for years but recently (today) you guys changed the layout of the game and everything is so small. Please put the size back to what it was. Our eye vision is not good and it makes it hard for us and we assume other like us to enjoy this game.
We love this game and play daily. The most recent update has made the display size smaller. The display no longer fills the entire screen of our iPhone 12, it is bordered by black as if it was created for a smaller phone size. Please fix this and have it fill the screen once more.
Im really trying to like this game as the first three seasons were so fun! You could pay a one time fee to unlock all levels which was nice plus there were upgrades you would work for and everything. This game is just a money grabbing disappointment compared to the other three. We cant binge the entire game in one day if we wanted to unless we wanted to keep paying to buy more energy, stars (which you need to unlock other levels) are harder to earn and to earn more stars you need to use energy to replay the level. We really want to like this game but sadly compared to the first three Hearts Medicine games, we just cant and am only playing for the storyline at this point.
