We love this game but there is a Black Screen and we don’t want a Black Screen because then we think there are people mad about waiting we try over and over again but there’s still a Black Screen. One time on our Kindle we got Hello Kitty Cafe! Hd and when we played the game there was no Black Screen. Otherwise we love this game.

Awesome game! We were devastated when we realized that the normal Hello Kitty Cafe didn’t work on iPad. Then, we found this! This is our life saver! But, there is a little glitch/feature that we don’t like-that when one of your workers are free, you go to feed a person (by dragging the food to the person), your free worker goes to make more of that food. If there is a way tot avoid that, please tell us! It is especially annoying when one of the Hello Kitty family members is in your cafe, and you go to feed another person while the family member is eating. Then, both of your workers are busy, and the Hello Kitty family member is done eating and getting mad from waiting! Fix please! Otherwise, great app!
This is a awesome game that is super addicting but when you need to earn points it’s not so great, we feel like you should make it easier or earn points for us!
This is a very fun game, but wish you could earn coins and $ faster then the daily check in. It makes your brain work hard and makes you feel like you’re really working as a server in a restaurant.
Would give 5 stars if we didn’t have to buy lots of points to unlock more characters :( it is a great game. There needs to be a way to earn points faster instead of waiting til you get some from the daily check in.
Great game……. The other game gave you two points in the form of coins and tokens, it’s hard to upgrade players with no points being given, thought we were doing something wrong til we read the reviews, very hard work, makes the game not fun but pure work with no reward.
We used to love playing this game. But when we click on the app the screen flips and the screen is black. We have tried everything to fix it, nothing works. Wait to get the app till this issue is fixed.

Hello kitty cafe is a fun game but we bought 80 hearts for 99 cents and got the pochacco character we turned our iPad off and it lost everything we even have the recite it makes us want to not play it but at least it is still fun.
We like the game, but it takes for ever to earn enough coins to get characters.
It puts us in this waiting screen and rarely we get to play and we don’t get to earn our daily points plz fix cause we love this game.

Please fix the glitch that has rendered the screen black and unplayable. After that, we will change our review to reflect how much we (had) enjoy(ed) this game!! Finally, we have enough points to "buy" a new helper but cannot play!
You enter the game and it allows you to play the game but the cafe is just a black screen. You can still tap on things but you don’t know what you are doing.
If you upgrade, you lose the automatic pink cake maker that made cake if you were logged into Facebook. Also, you are no longer able to watch a partner video to earn free points.

Not hooked anymore! Please workout the black screen issue. After closing the app and go back in we get a black screen. We reboot and still black screen. Not happy at all.

Game was really fun until the iOS 8 update.. Now the game is unplayable because of the black screen. It needs an update ASAP.
Was a very fun, cute game until it broke. Now when you try to play, it’s just a black screen in the background. This bug arrived last fall so we guess the game devs just don’t care enough to fix it.
We uses to be able to play this on the ipad2 but it doesn’t work on the iPad 4. Boo.
We had to reload the game and lost about 4000 hearts. Customer support offered to replace less than10% of what we lost. Don’t spend money on this cute game; they will prey on your wallet.
When we hit play, it goes to the loading screen, then just black. The timer will go, like normal, and you can hear the sounds when you tap things, but you can’t see anything. It’s just a blank screen. Please fix this. We found a temporary way around by creating new names to play as, but it’s getting irritating.
There’s a bug that prevents this game from loading all the way. We played once and spent 99c on coins and now it won’t load past the first screen. We don’t want to have to delete this and restart it just to be able to play and lose our data. This rating will remain one star until this bug is fixed.

This game is not geared to little ones unless you want your child acting frantic. That said it’s not something you can play to help you child to play it either. When you load the main menu the screen rotates the opposite direction. Current upgrades render this game useless for playing at all based on black screen.
PLEASE update this game. Since the latest iOS update all we see is a black screen. This is one of our favorite games and we really want to keep playing.
We played this game a little earlier and spent a bit of money for the heart coins but now when we try to get back in, it just show a black screen on the ready screen. No matter how many times we restart our iPad it won’t reload. Extremely disappointed and wish we had not spent any money on this app.
