Cute app ! We love it so much.
Is so cute is lovely and easy to play.
After a while the game freezes and crashes.
This game would be an enjoyable, adorable take on the match-three genre if it didn’t freeze and crash constantly. What’s most frustrating is that despite level/game progress not being saved when it freezes, when reopening the app, whatever "lightning" energy (in-game # of plays) and boosts you might have used do conveniently disappear as if you were able to actually play the level. Going to remove soon if it keeps doing this. We’re on the latest version of iOS and on a new phone, so there’s really no software or hardware reason specific to our end for this game (and other Sanrio Digital releases, such as Carnival, which won’t even open at all) to be this glitchy. Sad!
Trying to add friends, Facebook link to add other friends playing doesn’t work. Tap button, it does nothing. Little disappointed. Cute graphics. Decent little games.
Fun enough game but they kept giving u the same reward over and over… Nothing new so we got bored and deleted it.
This game is adorable and fun but we can’t connect to Facebook, the button doesn’t work. Also, when playing the Jewel levels it will freeze mid-game and you have to wait for a moment for it to catch up before continuing. Once those issues are fixed, it will totally be a 5-star app!
We love this game but after installing for a 3rd time, we may have to delete again. It freezes on every game we play and constantly just shuts off. It usually waits till right before we’ve cleared a level and shuts off. We started all over again and didn’t restore from our previous save and it’s still doing it. It also keeps giving us the same piece of furniture for 43 levels!! This game could be so awesome if they would just fix it.
The game is ok. Like any puzzle game. The part that is supposed to be different is collecting and arranging furniture in your own little house. It is very difficult to get a variety of items even though the facebook page claims they have whole new sets for different holidays. We have kept track and the only time new items come out of the gashapon is after a new set release you will get one new item. After 14 straight purchases from the gashapon. Then you get the same items in the same order until a new release. We have pulled 65 straight items from the gashapon at one time and not a single new item. When we wrote into support, after reinstalling the game they were not able to help.
Good game and highly enjoyable. A bit glitchy here and there but has great potential. Love buying furniture and decorating HK’s house. Feel like a little kid again. Fix the glitches and we’ll come back and give 5 stars. ;))
Such a cute and fun game. We love the room decoration aspect of it. It does have a tendency to freeze up during puzzles tho, and the only way to unfreeze it is to force close the ap. You have to restart the level and you lose a life :/

The screen freezes every time we place. We have two separate Hello Kitty Jewel Town games. One on our iPhone 7+ and one on our iPad. We want the one on our iPhone to be the same game on our iPad because we are further along on that game. Not sure how to correct it. This app is an amazing app and has Sanrio characters that are adorable. This is like candy crush and it includes decorating.
We wish to play this game on our phone!! But we cant seem to even finish level 1!! The game just shuts off after it looks like we best level one!! We donk know if its cause of our phone but it looks like another person has the same issues as ours. Please get this fixed so it works on Iphones better. Otherwise ill just only have to play it on our ipad and we dont really use our ipad unless we travel on plains :((( pls let us know if this gets fixed!! Other then that the game looks so cute and so fun to play. If only we could just get passes the tutorial level 1 :((((
Idk why but we cant get pass level one as soon as we finish it it takes us off the app. Our ipad is new so im not sure why its doing this. Overall this game seems great but its not working for us we will be uninstalling because of this :(
We love this game and we played it on our iPad when we got bored and we decided to download it on our phone too- but every time we beat level 1 it kicks us out of the game and we still beat the level but we have to complete it again and it just keeps kicking us out we have no idea if its because our phone is a newer phone and our iPad is older but we would love to get to actually play! Otherwise its one of the best Hello Kitty games we played!

We love this app and we’ve had it on all of our devices we just put it on our iPhone se and we cant get past level 14 because its in super fast motion ! Please help this is so frustrating. We played the first 14 levels in this fast forwArd motion thinking it would go back any day now but so far no good. We’ve tried loading and uninstalling but nothing. If it werent for the timed levels we could make due but its literally impossible to get past where we am.

Hello developers, we downloaded this game a few days ago and we loved it so much because we love the Candy Crush type games and im obsessed with Sanrio. We were so excited to come back to playing but we cant seem to get past level 10. The time goes at about a 3x speed to the point where we cant complete it. We know you wont see this but we would really love to be able to complete/continue this game. It is such a shame that we had to delete it because we knew it would be pointless to keep trying to beat the level when the time goes that fast. Thank you for your time. We hope maybe if you see this you could take our review into consideration and fix the game. We would gladly re-download it if this problem was to be fixed. The free stuff runs out at level 14. Youll hit that in about two days. After that you need to pay to play because you cant progress without diamonds which is the real currency of the game. Also the gatcha mini game gets old fast. You get the same boring stuff like PLAIN wooden stools over and over and over again. We assume this will change if you start paying but only an idiot pours money into what is just candy crush but with more Kitty.
Game crashes on you before you finish the first thing. Fix it.
We keep loosing our diamonds and energy trying to beat the level and glitches are sabotaging.. Repeating gifts: we have enough brown tables.. Please up grade this game…
We like this game but its too hard to progress without diamonds and the diamonds cost a lot. Also, every single time we do gatchapon for beating a level we get a brown chair from the pink twinkle star. Its annoying!!
Do not buy jewels for premium items. They put regular items with them. We wasted $10 to get a bunch of junk items. Wish we could get a refund.
Dear Developer, Same as everyone else our app keeps crashing at level one so cant get anywhere! Now that hello kitty is doing colabs with everyone like target, crme shop it would be a great idea to update!
Our girlfriend has this game on her android phone, and it runs fine. We downloaded it on our iPhone so she can earn some more boosts, but we cant get far because our iPhone 7+ version runs so much faster. There is no chance to finish the levels that are timed.
Has started having extremely erratic behavior after ios12 update. The prior iOS it would randomly freeze while playing but now the timed games run at 10x the speed and animation is very jerky.
We’ve been playing this game for a loooong time, (Im on level 250) but ever since we updated our phone to iOS 12 like everyone else is saying, the game glitches like crazy. You cant play most of the games because the time moves faster than it should. Im also guessing that because the last update of the game was a year ago, the developers no longer care. Its gonna kill us to uninstall the game, but its literally unplayable now.
We would really love to play this game but it keeps closing on us after we beat level 1, so we cant even progress in the game at alllooks like other people are having the same issue as us. It may be because we have a newer phone but this is definitely a bummer. We love these types of games! Hopefully you fix, wont be playing until you do.
We Cannot even get past the tutorial on our we Phone 8. When it says please choose the map we cant even move the map! Its Terrible!
