Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

  1. How can I have the heroes trained?

There are several ways to increase the chance of training. It is especially helpful if the hero has bought an experience potion (yellow potion) beforehand. The chance of training is also increased if the hero can defeat a high level monster or defeats several monsters.

  1. How can I have a hero blessed?

A hero wants to be blessed after having his suffering (e.g. diseases caused by undead monsters) treated in the temple. The different blessings are only valid for certain races. So in the beginning only one blessing is available for elves and it can be helpful to attract as many elves as possible to the village.

  1. How can I reduce the charging time of the unicorn energy?

The recharge time can be reduced by up to 10 minutes. This is done by ranking daily tasks (from level 10, up to 4 minutes), Santa’s brother (from level 11, 2 minutes) and using the unicorn trainer (from level 20, up to 4 minutes). With Santa’s brother there is also the possibility to produce unicorn food, which can be used instead of energy.

  1. How can I delete or reposition a building?

Select a building and open the building menu with the button in the upper left corner. Select "Store building". If you now want to move this building somewhere else, click on an empty field and select the building from your storage.

  1. Can I find improvements in treasure chests for employees who cannot be found in treasure chests?

As soon as an employee is on your team, you can find improvements in treasure chests with the same probability.

  1. I can’t get any further with the task "In your village you need 10 cats" and need a tip?

This task can only be solved at level 28. Once you have cats in your village, remember that all cats need love. Have you ever pressed a cat in the game? :-)

We are really enjoying this game. Im a bit of an idle addict. This game is more hands on than idle. It has a really even progression and a lot of things to do. The IAPs are pretty brilliantly done- you can play with no IAP, no progression wall, they are just a nice side aspect to get some things faster.

Our quest chests are all wooden. Fix this.

We only get 8 hour long wooden chests. 1 star for bugged game.

Its a single player game. Lame energy and timed chest system. Also dont like cursed treasure chests.

This is a single player game. If we want to mess with our phones time thats our business.

Not cool. Dont bother playing this game. Huge timers and if you try to skip them you get penalized.

Easy and simple to play, no ads unless you choose to watch them, gradual yet fair increase in difficulty as you progress in level, and certainly not pay to win. Deserves 5 stars.

This is honestly one of the best idle games out there. Its not overly complex, but everything it has on offer is charming and well-polished.

We haven been addicted the past few days. Nice to see a new style of game with all the clones out there!

This game is honestly really refreshing. You can purchase gems with real money if you want, you can watch ads to get gems if you want, but none of that is forced down your throat. No pop ups for special deals, no ad interruptions, just a really fun game. Some said they dont like the time limits with the Unicorn going to bring you adventurers, but for us thats a good way of saying "okay, im out of Unicorns, time to take a break!" And if you play your cards right and spend money wisely the game gives you unicorns at a steady rate when you level. If there is any issue we might have in the future it may be a lack of unique buildings? The reason we don’t know if its an issue yet is because we’re only level 7, so there may be more buildings, similar to how there is more dungeons. Overall its a really fun game, laid back and relaxing honestly. Id love to see the devs keep it up and do more!

We have played countless idle/clicker games, and this is one of the best. We downloaded it expecting it to be another quick cash grab, which makes up most new games, but was presently surprised when this was good. Some of our biggest gripes with idle games are not present in this game. There still is the small issue of time related items, but besides that, its a very enjoyable game.

We think this game is cute and a great idea but the energy system ruins it.

This game is great. Its satisfying to make progress, you dont need to spend money or watch ads if you dont want to, and if you read the descriptions of items, you find out that you can actually weave together a combo that makes adventurers bounce back and forth between different actions to make you money. The English translation could use some work but the game itself is amazing for being free.

The premise of the game is a lot of fun, the gameplay is too.

Fun game, low pressure. Ads are optional. Its a pretty casual game, theres enough to do but its not very demanding on your time. Most time crunch things are do X within 5 minutes so good for short bursts.

Its fun. Nice to pass the time while we have down time. Be cool to be able to switch through the shops instead of backing to the town to click on the next product house. Annoying but not a deal breaker. Skl.

We have been having lots of fun for days…

Interesting game. Cute and fun. But once you reach the early 20s, there is nothing left to do, to discover, to look at, or to wait for. Except the truly stupid achievements for adicts, the game play gets stale too quickly,

We cant open the first treasury! The reputation points cant move when reaching 13999, and the level of the village cant reach level 4!

Hero Park is one of those games you see and try thinking youll only put in a short amount of time to it but suddenly your battery is at 10% and a few hours have already slid by. It draws you in with a fun couple of characters, a non aggresive ad system, a straightforward play style. Hero Park features all the basics of idle empire building genre but instead of having nothing to do while waiting for money to buildup this game actualy keeps you constantly involved jumping from building to building making sure its fully stocked for your next gung-ho customers. Some features can get automated for you like keeping X,Y,Z constantly in stock at the tavern but things like restocking your dungeons with monsters and loot falls to you. Inviting diverse arrays of customers comes down to you. Need to up your armor sales? Trying to sell to elves but not humans? Choose who comes to your park to direct your sales in both quantity and type of items sold to individual characters. A diverse quest system that rewards you for challenging yourself. Select your quest from one of 3 difficulties to what you think you can achomplish. Higher difficulties offer greater rewards from improved chest drops to bonus Honor points. This system is added upon by their daily challenge an extremely accessible feature for all players. Push to see how far you get your sales in specfic areas! Great game, good devs, dont need to pay a dime to have a good time. 9/10 game we hope it stays this great for a long time to come! (Lvl 19 town at time of post writing) we love reading the reviews about wooden chest bugs its an anti cheat system, youve all just played yourselves lol!

Really great game with minimal time investment. Actually considering giving them money to show our support.

Thank you so much for not shoving ads down our throats every 10 minutes! Having a blast playing this game!

If you love tavern games, you have to play this.

So what we highly enjoy about this game is that you can control how active you want to be. You have a unicorn that fetches you people to spend money, it has energy that refreshes or you can watch an ad. So if you wanted to keep playing you can with ads or you can wait for the energy to naturally come back.

Couple of things good. It’s not a cash grab. It’s graphics are cool. It’s very complex after the initial tutorial. Some things that might need work. The interfaces are clunky. You should be able to click on a store and using directional arrows go to another store. The unicorn thing is an extra nonsense. Either have it be automatic or just have it not use slots. We stopped playing because we literally couldn’t get heroes. Upgrade the unicorn? If we could we didn’t know how. The auto-builders are fun but aren’t you just defeating the purpose of an idle game by making them so complex? Offline does not work at all. There is a little little bump. Either remove it or make it to where it works.

As you get your buildings pass lv 10, you just raising levels without any further reward. Recently something changed. Quest chest doesnt give out platinum chest as frequently as before. In fact much less frequency. So yeh…. Boring now after couple of weeks.

It just takes too long to refill. Really enjoy the game but got tired of the energy. Deleted it.

Love the game. It is such an easy concept but so much complexity from setting up shops, to monster and dungeon set up. We cannot wait for the next update! Please increase hero capacity, add new shops or new buildings! Thank you for making all but one employee free! We currently have all employees and have not had to pay anything to get them.

Love the game play on this one.

Its been over a week since our husbands got his update on his phone, still none here. Update your app already.

We didn’t think we would enjoy this game as much as we do. Its unique and fun.

Game kept us very entertained. A lot to stay on top of and that kept us coming back.

Fun game. Love how simple it is and its a great time killer. Our only complaint is that on the iPhone 11 you cant see how many gems you have as that part of the top bar is cut out. :) we have a screenshot we are willing to provide if the developers want it.

This is a great game! However the progress is a bit strange. You only get 10 unicorn runs which bring you 3 heroes. Thats not a lot to keep playing. Also, theres no real offline mechanic. Cant wait to see how they grow, though!

We want to give it 4 or 5 stars, but theres a couple of misgivings. 1) the slow trickle of heroes. Its either 3 heroes every 20 minutes via the unicorn, or like 1 hero every 3-5 minutes depending on how much stuff that random hero buys 2) offline gains ONLY apply to heroes already in your town when you close your app. The offline gains just are useless 3) everything restocks, except for the actual dungeons. You can say constantly make skeletons which is nice, but you cant say put the skeletons in the dungeon which kinda kills an idle aspect Very close, but missing some key aspects.

We find it to be a decent mix of active and idle play. Its got quite a charm and just works well. Its stratifying to balance what stock you have vs what the heros want. The whole game has a charm to it. So why three stars? Well, we bought a special offer and ended up having to re- download the app. Trying restore purchases doesnt work. The only way to contact developers is through discord, which we dont have. So make purchases at your own risk.

This game is OK but it really batteries.

We love this game, its fun without being overly complicated. We just wish there were more buildings to purchase.

Way too much micro management to be fun! Also 7 hour + cool downs to open chests. This is a boring PAY TO WIN game. Stay away, dont waste your time r money on it!

Ill say, this is actually a super good game. We played it a lot a while back, but quit and uninstalled it cuz we got bored, found it again and decided to play it again, but now it wont start up for some reason. It loads, and then the starting cutscene freezes. The music still plays, but we cant get past the cutscene due to it freezing up. Even when the music ends it still gets stuck. Might have to do with the fact that our IPhone is old to the point where Apple is refusing to let us update it now, but Im not sure. Quick addition: we just reinstalled it and its working now. Whoops.

We noticed its been almost a year since the last review. It looks like theres been an updated within the month, so we guess its still supported. This is a very cute game that is a mix of standard game play that is still engaging. We’ve gotten to level 20 fairly quickly without paying any money. The game is fairly generous with its rewards and watching ads is by choice rather than being forced on you (some ads have actually been almost intriguing enough for us to try the games advertised – a good sign) we sincerely hope to keep this one for a while.

The unicorn and hero selection ruins what otherwise seems like a fun game. Heroes should just automatically come to the village.

Would like to see more implementation of life-balance stuff. (Monsters auto refill in dungeons, unicorn auto-hire travelers, etc.). The game be be quite a time sink. Would also like to see energy refill faster. Dont be so greedy. Energy should refill every five minutes maximum.

No offline progress = no reason to come back to this.

Really fun, doesnt try to kill you with ads or prompts for purchases. The mechanics are simple yet thorough enough that theyre super fun. Easily the best city building/RPG we’ve yet played.
