RULES AND INSTRUCTIONS
To move pieces around just tap the piece you want to move, and then tap on a free field, to move it there. The path from one field to another mustn't be blocked by other pieces. The goal in Hexbee is to get as much points as you can, by making lines of at least 5 pieces of the same kind (a star piece is a wildcard). When you make that line, the pieces will disappear, but if you make a move without making a line, three new pieces will appear. The game ends when the board is full and therefore no more moves are available.
This Family game offers engaging gameplay and regular updates for mobile players.

Community Insight:
If you dont close this app completely it drains your battery down fast, fast. Also agree gets very frustrating.
With a few changes to the rules, this could be a great game. Unfortunately it is impossible to win, Monotonous gameplay can go on for hours or even days. A couple easy changes such as -Once a color has been removed it does not reappear – Removing groups of tiles that connected on any side, only 5 in a row. Additional levels of different shapes or configuration screens could make for an great game. Unfortunately it is monotonous and never ending.
Not complex, but certainly challenging as the points increase.
This is a really fun game for visual learners.
Good one to challenge yourself.
At first we couldn't get a handle on this game but as we learned it it got more and more fun. Even have our husband trying to play this now too. Great fun.
We have spent hours lost in the hypnotic movement of this game.
This has become our favorite game.
Excellent game. Fun and addicting.
This is one of the best match-style games available. Possibly THE best. We're not comparing it to match 3 jewel-type games. This one has a flavor all its own. Clear, clean, attractive presentation. Can be taken as either a relaxing diversion, or as a game that employs strategy and pre-planning. A winner.
We play Hexbee every other game we play. That's lots of times every day because we're temporarily bed-bound. It has to be a good game to keep our attention that long.
Love this game addicting we get nothing done as we keep playing. Calm and relaxing fun.
Been trying to figure out how to play no explanation on restrictions. Help for this game is non existent. Glad it was a free one. It could be fun with maybe a little better instruction.
The game is very pretty and seems simple enough, but there are unexplained rules governing game play that prevent you from completing lines. Then you're left guessing what your next move is or trying trial and error. A simple explanation of these rules, or visual cues as to what spaces are off limits when you click an item could catapult this game into awesome.
There's hardly any way to win. You get one move while 3 more flowers are dumped in the way. Don't play unless you want to get angry.
Love this APP. A great game to play to fill time. We bought the theme packs cause we enjoy switching things up so not always looking at the same thing and hey it's only .99 cents.
We can't really see buying the themes pack to support them, as we would if the game was rockin' enough. There's a reason that every match game out there has a million wacky effects – straight matching is mind numbing after just a few minutes no matter how good you get at it. The polish is great, especially for a free game, but there's zero depth and nothing to make you want to play a second game once you're done.
This seems like a game we could get into and we keep trying to figure it out but it wont let us move anything we need to in order to complete our lines even though it's clear we can make a good 1. And wont register our lines of 5 and over either. Even when we go to to move something else even though it'll mess up our lines it won't even move those so we'll sit there for 45 min on 1 move to no avail. This even includes stars. The instructions don't include any rules to this affect and there is no button to contact anyone to ask these questions, for tech support. We love anodia but bc of these issues we're having we strongly dislike this game. There definitely should b better instructions if there r rules that apply and if not than a link to use for questions or problems if u want ppl to enjoy ur game. Seems like a needless spoil to something that could b a fun game.
We've long searched for an IOS equivalent to the great Palm Pilot game "NoMess" (or "No Mess"). This is the best equivalent game we've found on the app store! You'll want to just pony up the .99 and get the theme packs as that adds alot of variety to the game. One thing that we'd love to see added is the option to change the "hex" grid to a regular "square" grid, like the one in NoMess. We'd also like to see a personal leaderboard that shows your top 3 highest scores or something. Thanks so much.
What a cute little app. It's well made with retina display graphics; we play it almost daily. It's not often you see a free app that's well made and contains no ads. Since this app is free with no ads, that means this developer is one of the extremely rare ones that isn't a greedy piece of crap. Because of this, we went ahead and purchased the $0.99 Theme Pack to support them. And to the people giving awful ratings and reviews because there's no instructions, we ask you, what the heck do you need instructions for? This game is pretty self explanatory and requires a very small amount of common sense to understand. Are you people THAT stupid.
Just played for hours trying to get to the next level, but there isnt one. But it is a very star quality gaming adventure for sure.
Clueless little muffin… You rock!! Keep up the EPIC work.
The directions are above in the game description. It is a five across game where five matching items in a row make them disappear & every move that isn't a match causes more items to arrive. It's a challenging game, a great deal of fun, a time killer, a stress buster, and we were truly in love w/the 1rst play. Easily earns 5 out of 5 stars.
We love hexbee it is so fun and the flowers are so pretty.we also love that we can change the color of the background and that it is completely ad free. Thank you.
Five across? Okay, but why are some moves blocked? Too confusing to be fun. Maybe a little description of the rules would be nice. We're deleting it.
We would have given this a higher rating if there were some instructions. Good thing we went back to read the description of the game and saw the instructions in there.
No rules, no expanations, no help file. This game is NOT intuitive enough to just jump in. Its no fun when you have no idea how it works, what the levels are, what new symbols mean. Had to search on the internet just to find out what was the point of the game. We are an intelligent person who generally catches on quickly. We see no point in this game and no point in keeping it.
