Don't bother. There is a forced tutorial for a game that is ridiculously easy. Give an option to turn the tutorial off or stop making these awful games. Not interesting or engaging. Poor story line. Graphics are decent which makes the rest of the game more disappointing because nothing else lives up to the good graphics. Very glitchy. Yes, lots of games are glitchy, but if it makes your game impossible to play, then you have some serious work to do before presenting your work to the public. Do a bad job, get bad reviews.
Crooto often promises positive change, but rarely delivers. Update to version 1.8.0, launched 12/19/22, says there will be a new event and other changes. But update did not bring a new event, but a small increase in some rewards with the removal of others, and a disappearance of earned stickers. This is the latest example, but its always like this. Promised, not delivered.
Why do you make it so hard to get energy and it takes a lot of time just to get it. Its like you dont want anyone to succeed than you offer energy bonuses that give very little energy that its not even worth getting it.
This game has nothing but issue. The data fails all the time, you cant get on as there is always a sever problem. Then support says it us but our download speed is 150 mbps. So how is it us? We really dont enjoy this game.
We have been playing for many months now. Today asked us to update and now doesnt work. We deleted it and downloaded it again and still didnt work. Really love the game please fix it.
The latest update isnt working. We love to play this game but lately there are no new chapters and now it wont even open.

Legends of Eldritchwood is such a rare gem! The story, gameplay, and art are all top-notchdefinitely 5 stars. Ive reached out to the developers through the game to ask if theres an update coming soon, but we havent heard back yet. Hoping for some news soon.
This game has turned into nothing! Promises of big update and nothing done. No new chapters in nearly six months. Empty promises never fulfilled.
Im honestly loving this game. There is so much to do. And we love the mystery as well as the story. We would definitely recommend this.

Impossible to complete tasks without spending real money. Cant earn enough of anything through gameplay to complete storyline. We would NOT recommend this game to anyone anymore.
After Ravenhill ended, many players migrated to this game as the closest substitute. Although not as good as Ravenhill, the game was enjoyable initially. As time went on, it developed more and more glitches. The worst glitch is when a player completely loses their progress, has to contact Crooto and wait for them to restore their level. This repeatedly happens to many players each time an update is issued. We will give Crooto credit for most of the time being able to restore progress. The game has become repetitive and MONOTONOUS with weekly tournaments playing the same four locations alternately. Although it says new chapters are coming soon, no new chapters have been added for two years. Like many games, the developers have added ad-watching options, and now have taken away many of the features which had assisted players to earn energies, boosters, and coins. The most recent update is the last straw! Instead of progressing the storyline, theyve added yet another side feature focusing on multiple pets, which surprise, surprise! Really only progress if real money is thrown at them. At this point, theres no purpose to the pets, no rhyme or reason. We have lost eight players who have quit out of sheer boredom, disillusionment, or refusal to go through the hassle of waiting to have their progress restored for the umpteenth time. We were a high-ranking guild, usually scoring fourth, fifth, or sixth in the world and are now down to 17th because frankly, we are BORED, disillusioned, and have lost enthusiasm for the game. Pretty soon almost all of us will have left the game to all the Russian speaking players and guilds which Crooto apparently is now primarily targeting. We are only hanging in on the glitchy chat to help our players transition to other games, then we will be deleting this BORING game.
We have tried to play this game and wont download. Twice Ive lost EVERYTHING and CROOTO NEVER helped recover our place or all our feathers. Im giving them a 1 they dont deserve that. CROOTO THIS GAME IS NOT FRIENDLY ANYMORE.

We migrated to Eldritchwood from Seekers Notes via Ravenhill. Prior to last 2 updates, we would have given this game 4 stars. The developers dont seem to be able to add a feature without messing up the basic game. For example, success in quests and guild competitions depends on interaction and cooperation. This requires a functional chat that allows guild members to communicate. Been playing for almost a year. Have yet to experience a glitch-free upgrade. We love the game concept and have enjoyed playing, but we are searching for a new game. This one has become too frustrating.
Yesterdays update has locked us out of the game. We cant even request a fix since we cant get in to get our id number. This game had so much potential and goes downhill with every update. The last two have now made it unplayable. Please reverse the last big update and the one yesterday.
We dont see any change at all with this new update! Everything is the same as before! Winsome Warriors.
We cant play the game because it takes so long to download and it wont let us play with it too.
New upgrade is not making the games any better. They used to have mini games which made the games fun but when you have to wait months for a storyline and dont have mini games it gets boring. Sad thing was it was a lot of fun at first.
We hope we got the title right. But this is a great game we really love it and we love our club but since we did the update we havent been able to play for 2 days Im disabled and it helps pass the hours we tried to report a problem but it wouldnt go through we hope you can help us and then it would be a 5 star rating Ive been playing for a year and a half and we even bought the subscription.
We loved it but the glitches wont let us play and we wrote the support team and Im frustrated because they havent respond. When we installed the update a while ago in the middle of doing it it froze so we did it again. From that moment we havent been able to p,ay. Maybe some files are corrupted. We dont want to delete it and re install it because we will loose our progress. Unless you can help us reinstalling it so we can continue with our game.

Our game crashed when we downloaded the last update. As you suggested, we reinstalled. We lost our original account and now have our husbands. We want ours back. And help with our problem.
The storyline is amazing. Why did it stop!? It stopped us at level 23. Says to wait for more levels. Its been a month! Other people are farther than us. Why cant we continue to play until we get to where there are no more levels. People keep joining our guild and leaving because they cant play anymore and get tired of waiting. Please help!! Now we cant even get the app to load.
Since the latest update we have not been able to play this game. All we get is a blank screen. We also paid for the extra help on the levels. So its wasted. Please help us get back in the game. Please contact us when the glitch is fixed. We really miss playing.

When will there be more chapters to this game? We enjoy playing but am no longer have chapters to go further. We received the updates but went through the chapters in no time. It updated today and now it won't connect to server. It sits there loaded at 100% then just tries to connect to server.
Please consider lowering the price for the Royal Pass. Popular games like this one only charge $4.99 for their version. Another popular one used to charge higher like you do and once they lowered it down to $4.99, many more people started purchasing. Members of our guild there that had never purchased before suddenly were purchasing at the lower price. Win win.
Since your last update we havent been able to play. As we enter the game and go to the new location as indicated by the arrow. We click on the new location and we get kicked out of the game. Im playing on iPhone. What the heck is going on. We are very frustrated. We like playing the game and finally found our guild that moved from raven hill. Your help is much appreciated Thank you.
Have rebooted but doesnt help. Loads to 50% and stops.
We updated the game today and it will not let us play.
A couple of days ago, Eldrichwood failed to load, or rather it loaded to 50%, then stopped. We tried again, then rebooted and tried again and it just opened to the 50% loaded screen. We then offloaded the app and took the option to reinstall. Launching the app went to 50% again and hung. So we offloaded the app and deleted the app, which of course, deleted the app and the offload (our mistake). We installed the app, but now it loads as a new player (not what we want) we see in our cloud storage the app was backed up, but we see no way to restore just this app, we would have to delete all content on our device and restore the entire backup, and we have reservations about taking this option (plus, if successful, wouldnt that just put us back at the 50% hung issue?) What options do we have in getting our profile back and working?we like the game but we cant play it, so we cant give it a high score just now.
While this game is fun to play there are always problems and glitches. This weekend alone we paid for the golden pass but it did not unlock, lost all our bombs and rockets (close to 200) and lost 2000 in energy while playing our free energy for an hour reward. We sent two messages to support that were never answered. Desperately need new developers.
Our crew and we have sailed from Ravenhill and Seekers Notes both Mytona. They let us down big time. We are happy here in LOE/ Hidden Objects of Eldritchwood. We are happy with Crooto and the way they are communicating and fixing glitches. All games have glitches. We adjust to them and are happy when they get fixed. New glitches pop up and we adjust until they get fixed. We try not to grip and complain. We try to communicate that there is a problem and ask for it to be fixed. Crooto communicates back with the solutions and that is always better to read that SOON. Mytona mad us hate that word. Thats all we got from them. Thank you Crooto. Keep up the good work on a learn to love game that most of our crew can get. A few devices could not get the game and we miss the ones that are not with us. Its hard to find good team players to fill a crew. Team players that come to chat and help others in the crew. Do their best in the guild quest along with the rest of us. We, too, am a cast off of Ravenhill, which we are very disappointed that it no longer exists. Many of the guild we were in got together again in LOE. It seemed to be the lesser of the evils ( forgive us, games truly arent evil) that had seek and find, guilds and puzzles that we really like. Then came a huge gap between chapters, and glitches between Android and Apple users, chat problems, crashes and freezes. We have no idea how many times we got threw out of the game due to crashes. We do understand that fixes are in the works, but they seem to cause more glitches. However, the biggest downfall for us was when we restarted our IPad a couple days ago. For someone who higher levels of the 40s, we suddenly now have to completely start over at the first level. Sorry, that is not happening! All we did was restart. Didnt delete cookies or anything else. Could have happened with an update. We apologize to our teammates for leaving them hanging, but this game is not worth our time to start over.
We would give this game five stars if it WORKED right consistently. It is beautiful and clever with just the right amount of challenge. Crooto is responsive to suggestions and has made improvements, but it is still buggy. Sometimes its little things like earning a reward that doesnt seem to count. Today ALL CHAT IS GONE. This is more than a social issue because you cant complete some of the tasks without other players. Crooto, did you create a game that you cant maintain.
We love your game but not the Snow anomaly!! Could you please make the Snow/Ice Anomaly, easier to wipe off? Right now we have to press so hard on our fingers that its starting to hurt. We really dread having it as a quest. Please make it easier with less pressure for our poor fingers! Thank you.
You Need to update your game. It is getting very boring.
We loved this game, played for weeks, then one day we opened the app and we were a new player all over again. Like we had never played before. We were player 24212, but now we had a new number. All our accumulated coins and boosters and status had disappeared. We wrote to support three times in three days and never heard from anyone. Dont play unless you dont mind having to start over again after losing everything.

We like playing the game but you need to replenish the storyline quicker. Ive been waiting about 3 weeks for more storyline and have not seen any. You started the storyline and after the first stone we cant go any further.
We came here from Ravenhill, it started out great, but any new chapters are taking too long- its becoming boring. Looking for a new game , with guilds comparable to Ravenhill.
We would give this 5 stars if we had more chapters, able to request energy, fixer and collection at same time. Having a 3 hour timer on one request is holding all the players up from completing challenges. Please take these reviews and do something about this.

This game has many positive features. No annoying popups trying to get you to spend money. There are challenges where you can purchase for money for better rewards but reasonably priced. Guilds allow 50 which allows all your friends to join. Always many different events or challenges going on. No boredom! Rooms are large and light enough and items to find are large enough so this game is doable for all ages and eyesights! Also the glitches which we expect will occur are worked out in a somewhat timely manner. Only request is to add a help guide to tell how you can best play to meet objectives. Overall though you get five stars and a big thank you from us.
This game is so beautiful and the graphics are so fun. Theres absolutely no problems for us yet but we just started. The only thing we would want to add is a way to look back at your progress. Like a chosen ones journal. Examples what happened in the intro, why did billy go missing, and where did you find him. Also bios for the characters would be a nice add too.
