We have played for three days and when we went to log on today all our progress was erased. Other then that it is a pretty fun game. Just hope we dont lose all our stuff again.
We love tycoon games. We like the flow and visually its beautiful. Our issue is the game guiding us on what and when to spend. We have really bad ocd and we like to have each item lets say at 100 before we move on to the next, however this game puts a big unloveable tip or instruction in our way and it throws off our numbers because we got so annoyed and purchased it. We think you are on the right path but if you do give tips make them moveable so people who want to play outside of the games flow can and enjoy it just the same. Ill give five stars when that changes.
Love the game but cant play for long, every time we open the game it has restarted and Im at level 1. Cannot save where Im at.
Never navigate out of the game or have a low battery while the game is loading. If this happens during the You are successfully connected screen, your game progress will be hard reset.
We loved playing this game and was quite far. Our town was at lvl 32 and we were far in the island and grinding marina items. We had fun up until one morning we woke up only to find our game restarted to the beginning and we have to now grind our way back up. A part of us doesnt even want to if its gonna happen again. We spent some money to get gold before we had opened the island and even to unlock the events early when we first started. Now it feels like it was a waste. We opened a ticket when we first noticed a few months ago and havent gotten any response from them. We would love to keep playing the game if the restart issue was to be fixed.
This was a really fun game until it resets your progress randomly. We were really sad to log in and gave to restart so we deleted the game.
As the title states, the game randomly resets your progress and we have had no resolution in how to solve it. That is a shame as this game is not that bad. It even gives a small reward the more ads you watch and they are not too intrusive. We wish we could give it five stars, but having to restart each time the cloud randomly decides to lose your progress is extremely frustrating. We do not believe there is any more support on this version, so perhaps we will try the browser version instead.
We have the iPhone 11 Pro plus and we cant see anything in the left side of the screen.
We have lost our cloud save twice, this time we were a few weeks in and lost all of our progress. We wont bother starting again.
Progress randomly reset on us Load times are over 1 minute Its a shame this is a decent game but after our progress has been reset a few times we have no reason to continue.
Played for quite a while today. Came back and the game reset itself. Will play again once this is fixed.
Game itself is pretty fun, but The game regularly erases your data with no apparent way to recover it. The first time it happened was 24 hours after starting the game and just after our first reset, the game just wiped itself and we had to start all over. Then last night, 3 weeks in of playing the game diligently every day for about 3-4 hours our data randomly erased itself again.
After playing this game for several weeks and thoroughly enjoying it, we woke up one morning to find our previous save completely gone. The game has started us from the very beginning. We reached out to support and they were honestly fantastic. They sent us codes to use to obtain gold/tokens/etc to quickly get our progress back. It wasnt exactly where we had been before, and we had to start over on collecting marina items, but we were satisfied nonetheless. Now here we are, two weeks later, with the exact same issue. We opened the game as we rolled out of bed, as we do every morning. We then went to Twitter to get todays code. Upon returning to the game, everything was gone. Back to the beginning. We just cant do it again. We know support will do their best to help us get back to where we were, but we just dont have the desire to do it again. We were extremely excited to see how the marina progresses and what occurs after reaching level 30, but we just cant continue playing knowing that this same issue will continue to occur.
Everytime we get somewhere it restarts us so there's no point in playing the game if anyone wants to know.
Literally never gets past the getting save file screen.
The game reset us 2 times. Once after we spent 6 hours playing then. Then the second time after we played it for 15 hours.
Our game has been rest 5 time now and we have just counted playing and now we are freaking down.
We love this game on steam. However here in iOS the game hasnt received an update in 2 years. We learned the hard way that after about 2 days the cloud will lose your save. We spent real money on the game and a restore purchase isnt even an option. So not only did we lose our progress but we lost the gold and speeds we purchased with cash.
Takes at one minute to load so-called online saves, then lost the save in one week.
The game reset on us twice even after we put money in it, losing our gold and everything having to completely start over.
We went to play this morning, and our game was reset from the beginning. We deleted it. We are not starting over.
Great game. Had a lot of fun until our save was deleted. We lost all our progress for five days. Said we had to start over. We would avoid until it is fixed.
Same issue as lots. Im enjoy the depth of this game though Im not able to get past level two or three due to cloud save issues. We randomly login and our save game is gone. Ive diligently gone into settings and saved and closed the game and still lose our game save. Fix this and we give five stars. Have enjoyed the actual gameplay.

We like the game but it made us reset fully 2 time.
This game is pretty great, balanced economy, innovative take on idle game. The issue is that though the web-based (steam, etc.) version of the games cloud save seems to work just fine, they seem to have not figured out how to have it work consistently on IOS. We spent a few bucks on an in-app purchase and logged in a few hours later to find our progress (and purchase) nowhere to be found. Would like it restored or a refund for what we spent.
It resets maybe every 3 to 4 days. Im almost done with this game. We love this game tho other then that.
We're really looking forward to when this app doesn't constantly reset after 2-5 minutes of playing. When this is fixed, please let us know.
